This was a great room for the price. We will definitely stay here again. **The parking lot does have a huge crater/pothole that I almost wrecked my car in. They really should put up some cones some you can see it in the dark.

Parking lot was in poor condition, craters of potholes but the the staff were very nice, super easy process, the room was nice and clean just a little outdated is all. Overall a decent stay and it did what any good hotel should do. Provided a clean bed and towels for the night!

They advertise having a pool but it's not accessible. There's no breakfast. The side table was loose and the toilet was loose from the floor. There was a cockroach in the room, They charge $100 for a room but couldnt possibly spring for a box of facial tissues. The lady working said that she was going to have Expedia give me a discount but that never happened.

I realize that this hotel was undergoing some renovations, so there were definitely some cosmetic issues going on. However, the first room I checked into was very dirty and did not have a working refrigerator. The second room was fine, but the chairs were all cheap plastic chairs that were extremely uncomfortable. My biggest complaint was how the hallway on my floor (a non-smoking floor) reeked of marijuana and dog piss.

It's just barely OK seriously out dated but currently under renovations, beds were great, no coffee maker or hairdryer, frig has no freezer we lost all our ice cream 😫 only real bad thing was cockroaches, but that better than bed bugs! Best front staff i have encpuntered in a very long time, very helpful and courteous.

The staff was friendly.... The pool was closed... The and the nice man with the massive pitbull in the lobby was nice. The room was ok except for everything was sticky and the beds were shot. Did not spend second night checked out and found different hotel.

It’s just old and falling apart. You get what you pay for type of deal. Staff were fantastic though. No hair blow dryer so bring it if you need one.

This place is old. They say they are remodeling, but I did not see any work being done. Also, there are roaches. I liked the full refrigerator and freezer. However, the room was not completely set up either. I asked for a blow dryer, and they made me come down and get it because no one else was at the front desk. Their customer service could be improved quite a bit.

I stay at the hotel for the night and I killed about five roaches, I had one crawl over me in the middle of the night, I found out they were in the AC unit and then in the bedframe itself I stuffed tissues where I could so they wouldn’t crawl on me. I stayed up till about four in the morning and left at 8 am don’t stay here

I killed many "cockroach" type bugs in the room over the course of my 6 night stay. I stayed there around the same time the year prior and I did not have this issue. I will not stay there again. The staff that I interacted with during check in and when I had an issue with my keycard during my stay were outstanding. They were extremely friendly and helpful.

Room was not cleaned from floor not being swept and wrappers on the floor. Three rooms, all dirty. But even worse- cockroaches. And when brought to the attention of front staff they admitted they knew of them and although owner is trying to rerenovate, not paying for extermination. Was told we would get a refund, and then tried to kick us out. Tried to make ammends by offering us a free soda. We stayed here a few years ago and it was great, I guess I gave too much trust it would be the same.

The staff was very nice and the room was tidy and clean. However, I was put in a room that was right above a flood light that shone on the building the entire time. So needless to say, I had floodlights shining in my room, despite the curtains being closed. Ridiculous.

Its in airpark, easy access! The hotel is being renovated, but our room was fairly updated. All rooms have a balcony which is nice. We were there bc of the football game, no other rooms were available even a month out of booking. But its close to downtown Lincoln.

Bed was surprisingly comfortable, my room has a small kitchenette and hotel provide me with all cookware, all areas where very clean, only thing That I see need to improvement will be on the lights, it was kind dark while using the kitchen.

Room walls seem too thin. Other guest were extremely noisy . Other guests had dogs that wouldn’t stop barking at night, which led to being unable to get to proper rest. Internet was intermittent at best .

The staff is friendly. My floor of guests were terribly noisy.A lot of noise in the hall until 12 am. The people next to my room called the front desk to complain about me when I asked them to be quiet at 2am and 3:15 am.

I didn't know what to expect from a hotel that was less than 70 dollars a night (I paid either 60 or 66 dollars a night if I recall). I went up the elevator fearing the worst but to my surprise it was immaculate! No smoke smell, very clean and modern. A true Gem in Lincoln NE. They were having Internet issues the day I got there and you could tell the staff was stressed because of this but I received great service from all staff. The only issue I had was I lost Internet on my phone after the first day there. I was told though that I should have called downstairs and asked for help. 10 / 10 would stay there again!

The lobby hallways and other amenities were a little bit sketchy, outdated, in disrepair. The walls and floors and ceilings are very thin. I expected more from an airport hotel, and maybe it was just because it was a cornhuskers football weekend that the clientele was very noisy. There were barking dogs , people arguing very loudly and on my second morning I was awakened by a guy who somehow had locked himself out on his balcony screaming help me at 5 o’clock in the morning! The front desk people were very kind, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about stuff around. Another nice thing about staying there for football is that there’s a car service that will take you from the hotel to memorial Stadium for a very reasonable price.. There aren’t any great breakfast places close by so you’ll have to go find something in the morning.

The physical room was actually quite nice. It was spacious with nice floors. The bed was comfortable. The shower was disgusting but otherwise the bathroom was fine. I was next to the elevator and was awoken a couple times before 2 AM. There were 2 crickets in the room and it was cool but humid. As a place to sleep it could have been worse.

I didn’t like the extra charge when I checked in. Despite what was offered on Expedia, despite that charge, I had to pay extra at check in. A extra $60.00 was added to my original bill. Claimed that I will be reimbursed, but it will take a few days. They took my money instantly but if I get it back, it won’t be for a few days. I don’t agree with this process.

The two staff members we interacted with were gems! Great service! That being said, property left much to be desired. The first room we were given was partially services by the cleaning crew. It had no linens and had not been cleaned. The staff member was very apologetic and she was great to deal with! The second room was acceptable, but we only had two small pillows for the bed. There was a barking dog next door, but that was intermittent. The bathroom needed to be cleaned better and the bathtub backed up. There is potential here, but some things need work. I got the sense that they are working it.

The front desk people were very kind, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about stuff around. Another nice thing about staying there for football is that there’s a car service that will take you from the hotel to memorial Stadium for a very reasonable price.. There aren’t any great breakfast places close by so you’ll have to go find something in the morning.

Great staff and good updates on a dated property. Its your standard good motel 6. Clean rooms, good service. Area is a little rough, however I've stayed 3 times over 2 years, and never had any issue.

Decent property with clean rooms. Didn't feel the most secure with in it's location. Lots of run down hotels close by. Definitely convient to the interstate. Traveler beware there is a $60 incidental hold at this property.

Its in airpark, easy access! The hotel is being renovated, but our room was fairly updated. All rooms have a balcony which is nice. We were there bc of the football game, no other rooms were available even a month out of booking. But its close to downtown Lincoln.

It was a very good value. We just need a place to sleep for a few hours. You could tell they were doing improvements. The room was nice. Bed good. Bathroom tub drained super slow.. tv remote dis Did not work. Front staff was amazing. A guy was hanging aroud the parking rapping. He made me feel very uncomfortable.. over all it was a good place to stay for a quick stop. Keep on With improvememt you have a great locations and on your way to making it a hotel

This is an old hotel that’s been well kept and maintained - not fancy. But it felt safe and was a decent place to sleep. The hotel staff were all awesome. Would recommend if you don’t need a pile of amenities and just a clean place for a good nights sleep.

They advertise having a pool but it's not accessible. There's no breakfast. The side table was loose and the toilet was loose from the floor. There was a cockroach in the room, They charge $100 for a room but couldnt possibly spring for a box of facial tissues. The lady working said that she was going to have Expedia give me a discount but that never happened.

Keep in mind that this is an economy hotel. The room was clean, comfortable everything worked. Getting to the room was moderately disconcerting. The lobby hallways and other amenities were a little bit sketchy, outdated, in disrepair. The walls and floors and ceilings are very thin. I expected more from an airport hotel, and maybe it was just because it was a cornhuskers football weekend that the clientele was very noisy. There were barking dogs , people arguing very loudly and on my second morning I was awakened by a guy who somehow had locked himself out on his balcony screaming help me at 5 o’clock in the morning! The room was nice and clean, the caret in the hallways really needs to be deep cleaned or better replaced, there is a deserted pool with dirty standing water in it which is an eyesore for the property.

I had reservations for 2 rooms and was late at getting in which i saidn i would be wjen i got in to check in they were about to give my rooms away and told me i was lucky they hadnt. Then they were rude checking us in. The hallways smeeled like pee. The rooms were dirty and one had a horrible smell that wouldnt go away. I will never stay here again motel 6 are usually pretty good but not this one

It is a no Smoking motel however you can step out on you balcony and smoke. Well the hallways were full of smoke. Noisy neighbors and a barking dog in the building. The bathroom was tiny. Toilet was literally the sink it was so close very uncomfortable

I liked the staff. All the staff I spoke with were very nice, friendly and helpful. The fact that this property excepts pets is the main reason I chose to stay there. I did feel safe; however, the room, particularly the bathroom was not very clean. There were dead bugs on the bathroom floor and a clump of hair stuck inside the toilet bowl.
