Home2 Suites by Hilton Roseville Sacramento

This was a quick trip for a dance competition. My son, his wife, 2 kids and I were sharing one room, which made me a bit nervous. I was afraid we'd be on top of each other, I was pleasantly surprised that the room was spacious and very comfortable. My only complaint, if you could call it that, was I didn't like the bathroom barn door. Id rather have a door that would close completely.

I was a solo traveler for this trip and only stayed a couple of hours to rest after watching a concert. With that said, I barely brought stuff with me. I only brought 1 bag for clothes, toiletries. So when I was checking out, I came across the fridge and decided to look at it. It had food, water and other stuff in it for god knows how long. I paid $300 for an overnight stay and expected for a nice clean room. I had me thinking if the room was actually cleaned or not. During breakfast, Ive seen dirty plates that was placed close to the disposable cups where you get water. I do find this unsanitary. Selection was just okay. I only had interaction with the front desk staff, both check in and check out staff were friendly, courteous and approachable. Overall, I dont think I would go back here again.

The cleanliness of the room and the whiteness of the towels were the most impressive features.
