My second or third time staying here. Property is well located for the west side with great access to UCLA, Hollywood and Beverky Hills. In some areas it is showing its age. The pool area was still being renovated but the pool was accessable. The rooms are comfortable and the vibe is chill.

Nice location and clean and conveient but more of a 4 star than 5 star hotel. Limited dining options. Rooftop was closed. Restaurant felt more like a cafeteria. Staff was a bit "woody". Parking awful and they charge an egregious $70 for parking when you can park for $20 around the corner. Concierge has 2 dedicated desks but a bit disjointed and does not answer when called. Complimentary driver/car to Beverly Hills shopping is a nice touch.

We had an amazing stay. Best service I’ve ever received anywhere. Great location. The roof top pool is beautiful. Our room was very spacious, cleaned twice a day with turndown service. We will definitely come back and stay here again next time we are in town.

Everything about the property exceeded expectations. Only complaint and not a big deal for us but perhaps for others was that the rooftop pool was under renovation. We were not made aware of that prior to booking. Perhaps why rates were attractive. Really a nice place, great staff and good location.

We had such a lovely stay at L’Ermitage. I was traveling with my elderly mum and my son, and the staff couldn’t have been kinder or more accommodating. From the friendly welcome at reception to the helpful valet team, everyone went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Our room was incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated, and perfect for the three of us to relax. Loved the separate changing area and two vanity areas - super spacious. Housekeeping was fantastic—everything was spotless and well cared for throughout our stay. Room service was a real treat too—fast and delicious. And the restaurant downstairs was excellent. We ended up dining there more than we planned because it was just that good. Loved the decor too. L’Ermitage really struck the perfect balance between quiet luxury and warmth. We felt truly looked after and can’t wait to come back

Everything was nice, except that someone opened my room door and tried to enter even though I had a "Do not disturb" sign on the door. They tried to enter at 5:45pm on Apr 29th while I was in the room, but the door chain prevented the full opening of the door.

The entire staff went above and beyond to take care of my family and I. The Sous Chef Sol also made our time there spectacular by sending a complimentary gift to our room to say welcome. I normally stay at Four Seasons or Peninsula but decided to change it up for this trip - and I’m glad I did. The service was absolutely outstanding, the location is great and the rooms are spacious. I will be returning here on future work trips without a doubt. Special call out to the valet team who were quite possibly the friendliest people I’ve encountered at a hotel.

This is our first time at L’Ermitage. We’ve been to LA area a couple of times, and we stayed at places like Montage, Peninsula and Four Seasons hotels, which were all great places. We are so impressed by this great hotel!! It will be our first choice for our next visits. I can’t say enough about the beauty of the suite. It was nice and spacious, and attention was paid to every detail. It was a great surprise that we had a piano in our suite. I really enjoyed it!! House keeping was great. Room service was fast, with delicious food and super nice staff. The Casa Covo restaurant was our choice for breakfast and lunch, and we really loved it. All staff members were very affable and were very nice to us. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with Sylvia from the front desk, who was literally rude! She doesn’t belong to a 5-star hotel by any means. I had an encounter with her where I asked her a simple question on the phone, and I was so upset with the way she answered it. She’s not an asset to this hotel. I asked another employee about her name, because I wanted to make sure to mention it in my review, and they said: I know what you’re going to say! That is Sylvia. Beautiful facility with extremely friendly staff in fantastic location. Very comfortable beds and luxurious rooms. The restaurant staff sometimes get lost hanging out together, the drinks are extremely expensive for a very short pour, and the two rooms on the second and probably third floor on the front are too noisy (main entrance and outdoor dining area, we unfortunately stayed in one). You hear everyone checking in, out, etc.

Great sized room. Comfortable except at times hot water was only warm. Couldn’t get the A/C to work at night so it was too hot but opening the window helped. TV allowed for streaming so that’s a nice feature. Gym is very small with no extra space for w I’ll ring out with weights especially if another person is there. Restaurant is great for breakfast.

We had such a lovely stay at L’Ermitage. I was traveling with my elderly mum and my son, and the staff couldn’t have been kinder or more accommodating. From the friendly welcome at reception to the helpful valet team, everyone went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Nice location and clean and conveient but more of a 4 star than 5 star hotel. Limited dining options. Rooftop was closed. Restaurant felt more like a cafeteria. Staff was a bit "woody". Parking awful and they charge an egregious $70 for parking when you can park for $20 around the corner. Concierge has 2 dedicated desks but a bit disjointed and does not answer when called. Complimentary driver/car to Beverly Hills shopping is a nice touch.

We had such a wonderful experience at the L'Ermitage, even just for our one night stay. We had just been married the night before, wanting to have a staycation evening away from home before getting back to real life. The entire staff was incredibly kind, accommodating, and generous. We had a delicious meal at the on-site restaurant, enjoyed coffee at the cafe in the morning, and sat by the pool all day, sipping cocktails and champagne. The pool bartender (Ramsey) was so friendly, helping us celebrate while we played games and lounged in the sun. Even the valets were lovely! This is our second stay here and just like the first time this beautiful hotel does not disappoint. The rooms are so comfortable and bedding and towels are so soft. We even looked the brand up and purchased sheets for our home because they were so nice. The pool on the roof is very chill with a nice bar and the view is wonderful. We will definitely stay here again.

My room had a minor problem with the toilet, which I reported, but it was not repaired, although maintenance checked on it. So, I had the noise from the toilet throughout my stay. Also, most of the furniture on the rooftop was all wet in the mornings, so I got my pants wet one day. They cover the loungers by the pool to protect them, but not the other rooftop furniture.
