Aurora Bed & Breakfast

Very welcoming friendly owners and clean spacious room. Cake and drink offered on arrival. Very quiet area and comfortable bed made this a lovely stay. Plenty of space to park and easy to find. Breakfast was fabulous too.

Aurora is a special place whose owners gave us such a warm welcome. On arrival we were given tea and freshly baked shortbread and fruit cake. Our room was tastefully decorated, airy and quiet. Breakfast was a feast of locally sourced produce and freshly baked bread. Our dog loved her visit and was thoroughly spoilt.

This was a favorite place on our travels throughout Scotland. In a peaceful setting, everything was lovely and immaculately cared for, with many extra nice and small touches. Jane and Richard were excellent hosts, welcoming us warmly, sharing helpful suggestions, and providing a wonderful breakfast with homemade bread. This was a great stay and highly recommend!

Richard & Jane run a great place. They are warm & friendly, breakfasts are incredible (especially the coffee!), & the rooms are spacious & comfortable. We liked that they used local items to decorate. That adds a lot of character & charm!

Richard and Jane are the perfect hosts. From the moment we arrived to the minute we drove away 2 days later. The room was huge, spotless and so comfortable. They were on hand for advice on where to visit, eat out or just there to reassure us that we were welcome in their home. The best way to describe our stay is that as we left it was like leaving friends or family. We felt like we could have stayed on. But we had a schedule to follow. We would Definitely stay again.
