Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Richmond Airport

Breakfast was great!! Staff was very helpful and very nice.

Amenities advertised included an airport shuttle. This was the major reason for my stay. Once I got there, I was told I could not leave my car. An airport shuttle is useless if you cannot leave your car.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location was perfect with easy access to the airport, which made travelling stress-free. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a convenient and enjoyable place to stay.

Pool was the only issue. It was closed due to maintenance. I should get at least $50 refund since it was advertised on the website that there’s a n indoor pool with a picture that looks like working. It’s a false advertisement.
