Terrace at Pelican Beach 0502 (2-Bedroom Condo) with Pool by Pelican Beach Management

This place was perfect for our family of 5. The check in was easy, and the property manager was very responsive with any questions or concerns we had. Having access to both the pool at Terrace, and the pool and beach at Pelican Beach Resort was perfect, and gave us several options for swimming and soaking in the sun. The property felt safe and secure, and the condo was in a great location.

Everything about this property is what you want for a Destin stay! Close to everything, clean, multiple pools. My 5 and 3 year olds loved it. Beautiful beach. Will for sure be visiting again. P.S. the tiki bar drinks are so good next to the pool/beach!!!

Unit was very clean. During checkin process, i had to check in at a different condo but wasn’t told at the the front desk. So I went to the fourth floor of the condo that I checked in at, and it was the wrong unit. I had to reload my bags, and drive down to my condo even though it was on the same Propery. The Pelican Terrace needs remodeling, the overall building. Elevator felt old. But overall my unit was clean. I did see a small roach.

My friends, family, and I had a great stay. The condo was beautiful with a stunning view and great proximity to the beach. It was our first time in Florida but we will definitely be back.

This was our first time in Destin, loved the beach. I knew we would have a short hike from the Terrace building to the beach, my youngest child is 9 so it wasn’t overly inconvenient. The hot tub was broken almost the entire time we stayed for our building which was a bummer. Condo was well decorated and clean. Showers lacked water pressure and need faucets replaced. Some of the kitchen utensils could also use replacing. Minor cosmetic issues (bedroom dresser handle missing). Master bed is very stiff (not a bad thing but something to note in the event people like that). Dryer seems to need a good cleaning of lint trap, can’t get to it completely and takes several cycles to actually dry. Great view even though you aren’t on the ocean directly and the condo was clean!
