Arrived to friendly staff who helped us up to room with bags. Room was lovely spacious clean comfortable and a home from home beautiful stunning decor room called the palm springs room. Had an issue with an electric item in our room but quickly resolved and dealt with professionally and helpful. Otherwise fab stay and will stay again more often.

Very clean rooms with all the facilities you would need. All staff were very friendly and welcoming. When in Blackpool again, we would definitely look to stay here.
