Green Meadow Central Đà Lạt - O'TEL

We liked that we felt safe, good area and that some staff were decently nice. What we didn’t like was that we booked a room from what the pictures on Expedia showed and then when we got there they put us in a room right next to the loud busy lobby, so we asked to change but then we had to pay an extra fee. Even paying the extra fee and getting room on the top floor with view, we could’ve easily reserved a different hotel with better cleanliness, cheaper and with an Apple TV. This room on the top floor did not have any of that and we were quite dissatisfied about it. At the end of our stay we wanted to leave one day early because of starting to get sick so we told reception of our plan to leave and they didn’t even give us a discount or be considerate of our situation. They just told us that since it’s a weekend they can’t give us a discount because they wouldn’t be able to occupy the room. If this hotel took our comments into consideration about the rooms that did not look like the pictures and the fact that we got sick on our vacation in Da Lat, this would’ve been a better story and we would’ve given them a better score but since they did not I’m gonna have to give them 3 stars (that’s even being nice).
