Lovely new property. Minor issues: Walls at bed side too thin. Guy next door snoring kept me up 2 nights. No channel guide in workout room tvs. Please get rid of Fox propaganda channel….really sad to see that play in your otherwise great facility

Great room with modern kitchen, comfortable bed and indoor pool. Good location near St Louis near stores and beautiful, upscale neighborhoods. Safe place to stay near the highway but we did not have any noise from traffic. We highly recommend this hotel.

Blood on the comforter when we went to bed and pulled back the top layer. Asked the desk lady to have the manager contact us in the morning to remedy the situation and no one called. She took the bloody linens and was great to replace promptly but no one cared to contact us to apologize or compensate in the morning.

Pros: Great location, ample space, and nice layout. Also, customer service was great! Cons: caked-on dirty dishes in the cabinet, dog barking down the hallway, overall loudness due to lack of insulation/building, and breakfast was lacking.

I appreciate the cleanliness of this property. The staff are always professional and informative. The hotel is quite and tucked away, but still conveniently located close to shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. It has been my go to spot when visiting St. Louis.

We have stayed in this Residence Inn multiple times. The rooms are generally clean and quiet. A small irritation is that over time nobody seems to pay attention to the dishes and pots/skillets. Instead of the usual 4, there are maybe 2 glasses or 3 cups--some badly chipped. The pans are too big or small and often in bad shape. The decor is functional, but depressing. The whole ambience is giving the customer the very minimum, but still trying to check all the boxes. We will continue to stay here because it is convenient to the places we need to go, but we don't like it all that much.

I liked that there was a kitchenette. This was really nice to have even though we ate out most of the time. It was nice to have plates, glasses and cutlery. The room was very large with a sofa, kitchen and a large TV. The only thing I didn't like was the water pressure was not very strong at all. Otherwise we had a great stay. The staff is nice and friendly. The breakfast was also very good.

Our Room #107 had only one window that faced a stone wall connected to a utility courtyard. We couldn't see out anywhere at all, and our room was very dark and depressing. In addition, the lighting in the sitting area was very minimal and made the room gloomy. The actual room was otherwise clean, nice and modern. Being on the first floor is a plus since there are many close exits to various parking areas. The breakfast was adequate, but repetitive. I would stay there again if I had a better room. Be sure to bring your own hand soap, softer toilet paper, and bathroom night light. If you have room in your car, consider bringing a floor lamp too.

I will definitely be staying here again! The hotel is beautiful and as soon as I walked in, I was pleasantly greeted by Sam. He was upbeat, cheerful, respectful and made sure I had everything I needed. The studio room was amazing! Full kitchen, couch, refrigerator, cozy king size bed and great bathroom. The breakfast was amazing!

It was a great stay for a weekend getaway for St. Louis. The staff were exceptional and the daily breakfast was fantastic. The hotel is rather new and in a great area. I would definitely recommend and would stay again the next time I am in St. Louis.

Pros: Great location, ample space, and nice layout. Also, customer service was great! Cons: caked-on dirty dishes in the cabinet, dog barking down the hallway, overall loudness due to lack of insulation/building, and breakfast was lacking.

Internet was useless! Air conditioning blew directly onto the right side of the bed leaving me with a stiff neck every morning.

The fold out bed is actually a medieval torture device. Haha, good one - you got us. My chiropractor sends his thanks. But if that didn't keep me up all night, the local North Mockingbird would be equally up to task. I guess I paid $15 a day parking to keeping the parking lights on to keep the little guy confused that its not actually day-time. I guess the fact that he made car alarm noises all night was worth the $15 per night for parking, driving away thieves before a real car alarm actually went off. But seriously, after 2 nights, I think I would rather have my car broken into and ransacked by a bank of raccoons than put up with ever staying here again.

Service to the room was terrible. One clerk told us she was managing the hotel by herself, another told she was running back and forth from the Courtyard Marriott to the Residence managing it. We requested a pack n play, extra towels, and pillows two days prior to check in. Nothing was done or there. Living room tv didn’t work. They didn’t have staff to bring basics to the room so we had to get everything ourselves. Tried to tell the general manager and he blamed it on us saying we checked in early and did not. Floored. He then hung up on me. Will never visit this hotel again.
