View was amazing!

Beautiful location on the beach. Beautiful home with everything needed in the kitchen. The pool was nice and having our own boardwalk to the beach was nice! Vacation Homes stayed in contact with me. Thank you for a wonderful trip!!

We booked this location for its proximity to the beach and that it had an elevator and garage parking. One of the garage doors was nonfunctional for 4 days. The most negative impact was the lack of a working elevator. We had elderly family members who were essentially prisoners because it was too difficult to maneuver the multiple stairs into and out of the property. We were told the elevator would be repaired only to find out that it was not an option. This resulted in drastic changes of plans and prevented many family activities.The management has, thus far, made no effort to compensate for these issues.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house needs a serious updating. Lots of small things made for an uncomfortable stay. The kitchen is furnished with castoffs from other kitchens, the deck is splintered and had roofing nails on it, the dishwasher took 3.5 hours to run a cycle. For the price, it should have been nicer.
