Great hotel and lovely staff. Location is very convenient very close to donki.

Excellent stay from room to staff for my family of 4

Miramu Kyoto Station was the perfect place for my family to stay. It is steps away from the train station for ease of transportation. The staff are friendly and helpful. In the reception area, there are binders of information - restaurants with food recommendations, sites to visit, etc. There is a laundry room which we used. It takes 400 yen for washing and 100 yen for 20 minutes of drying (can add several coins for the dryer). There is also a washer/dryer combo. I personally wouldn't recommend it. Our clothes didn't dry. If you do use it, don't put in a lot and not heavy clothes like jeans and sweatshirts. The combo costs more. The kitchen in our room was nice- it's stocked with forks etc, but we only used the microwave. When we left, they gave us a note thanking us for staying as well as our names written in Japanese. If I'm ever in Kyoto again, I'd definitely stay here again.

The staff was amazing! They provided great recommendations and help questions and luggage forwarding & local transportation. They made the stay feel like a “home away from home”. Kyoto Station location was perfect.

Cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Exceptional staff and service. Large clean rooms they are perfect for families. Just a wonderful stay!
