Também merece observação a piscina que não é aquecida e fica fria durante todo o dia, pois não bate sol direito, o que impede seu uso, mesmo em Córdoba.

Centrally located!! We parked off site and didn’t need the car at all once we were there. The pool looked nice but we never made it. They have a nice rooftop bar as well.

Nice property but strange you need to change lifts to go to your room on 1st floor. I found a lot of people including myself lost in the lift system not ideal

Lovely room overlooking the square. Staff were quick and attentive and very friendly. Very central and walked everywhere. Breakfasts were buffet style with plenty of choice. Pool was a lovely bonus but would loved it to have been heated as too cold to get in…

Great hotel on a great location. Walking distance to everything. Shopping is around the corner, restaurants very near. All historic landmarks is super close. The bar on the roof terrace is a must.

There was an error and booking and the initial staff did less than nothing to help accommodated us. After prodding, the staff made some accommodations but not enough considering what we paid. We were switched to one room near the streets but the outside noise was too much for a comfortable stay. We were switched to another room and that room had ants. We stayed at the same hotel in Seville and the staff there were excellent.

Perfectly placed hotel to explore the main sites of Cordoba on foot. Well maintained and spotlessly clean and with lovely helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Clean room

The hotels in a great position. The staff really friendly and helpful. But. Our room had a smelly drain in the shower. The heating didn't work for 2/3 of our nights and the room was cold. The staff tried to fix it but it took til the 3rd night for it to work. The rooms was right outside a bar. Late nights. And then in the morning the street deliveries would start at 7am. Don't have room 112!

Central location. Friendly staff. Excellent rooftop. Spacious room. Breakfast is fine. Our room was on the 2nd floor, close to a pub. So we had quit some loud music during the night.

We were greeted very personally by the reception staff, who made us feel welcome. Room was small but very comfortable, very clean and the bathroom and shower were were large. Breakfast was good, although the size of the breakfast room made the experience more like a cruise ship. Great WiFi

Location is walkable to attractions and parking was nearby and convenient. Windows were poorly soundproofed and we were woken up at 4am by street cleaning for a good 30 mins. We had a plaza facing junior suite.

This hotel is stunning, it's located on one of the main squares in central Cordoba. The hotel felt very newly renovated. The rooms aren't huge but they have high ceilings which makes the room feel larger. The decor is modern and sophisticated. The bathroom is large with a beautiful rain shower, there was however an odd magnifying mirror on the main bathroom mirror which was cloudy and which you had to bend over the bathroom counter very awkwardly to be able to use at all but other than that, the room and bathroom was lovely. We had a breakfast add on which was decent, not fabulous but there were enough options to make a nice start to the morning. it was a gorgeous hotel and I would recommend it.

I am blown away by how beautiful this hotel is! The lounging areas are fabulous. My room was spotless with a great view. The service is also great. The receptionists, manager, staff always greeting you. They are also SO helpful and don’t make you feel bad if you’re asking for too much! And of course the location is 10/10. From the front elevator you can go to the rooftop bar and view the courtyard hills across and from the back elevator you can go to the top floor and view the city facing toward the mezquita and the river (highly recommend checking out that view although the spot is under construction). The amenities were so good too!! I will be carrying my H10 tote bag throughout my trip. They even provided an umbrella. It’s just what I needed. The bed was also comfortable and the sheets feel premium. I would also like to mention that the AC works great (it is whisper quiet so you can’t even tell it’s on) and along with the fan my room was nice and chilly for sleeping.

We spent three nights here in a very comfortable room in the new annex. The room was spacious, clean and very quiet (including the aircon). It had a ceiling fan which was very welcome. The hotel is situated on one of Corboba's main squares and we came via a flat 20 minute walk from the train station. It is interesting blend of modern (international and bland) in the new building) and traditional in the old. The rooftop bar makes for a pleasant spot to enjoy a drink in the evening. Breakfast is buffet style with the usual wide range that you would expect Plus some homemade cakes and local specialities. From the hotel all of the major attractions are within comfortable walking distance so it was an ideal place to stay.

Clean and modern room with amazing views to the square

We stayed in the renovated part of the hotel, very nice and well designed rooms and bathrooms. Great location in the center of the old town. Internet service service is a nuisance. You have to go through the login process every time you want to use email or internet.

This hotel was excellent. It was in a perfect spot for walking around the city. The hotel was clean and very cute. Something to note is It is located on a busy square that was noisy late into the night and could be heard even with the windows closed. The main reason they didn’t get 5 stars is because we booked a room (and paid for a room) with a king bed, sofa bed, and terrace. We got a room with only a king bed and no discounted rate. They said the terrace and sofa bed weren’t guaranteed, but this wasn’t disclosed on Expedia. They offered to move us to a room with a terrace for our second night, but to come back in the middle of the day to repack and move was not worth it to us

Pleasant stay. Everyone at the reception desk was top quality - they boost the grade big time cause the people working in the bar/restaurant (booth ground floor and roof top bar) area was unfortunately not the same top quality. Seemed a bit annoyed that people visited the bar.

Fantastic location. Room was very comfortable and the rooftop bar is fantastic. Difficult town to drive in. Parking is close to the Hotel but you have to drive outside of town to get to it. Reception sent us on a goose chase to our rooms. Staff was Not extremely helpful, but again the location and facility are wonderful.

From the moment we arrived, Anabella at reception set the tone with her superb welcome and professionalism—she really made us feel at home. Rooms are Spacious, stylish, and spotless. Everything was brilliantly maintained and very comfortable Excellent breakfast selection with fresh, high-quality options each morning. A great way to start the day. Warm service, attentive, and faultless throughout our stay. Overall, we cannot fault this hotel. It combines elegance, comfort, and outstanding hospitality in the heart of Córdoba. Highly recommended!

J'ai eu une mauvaise expérience avec cet hôtel. Je suis client Gold d'Hotels.com, et j'ai choisi cet hôtel VIP (upgrade de chambre si dispo, checkout tardif si dispo). En arrivant, j'ai demandé si on pouvait faire un checkout tardif à 15h au lieu de 12h. Le réceptionniste n'était pas au courant de la politique Gold d'Hotels.com, et qu'il fallait payer un supplément, mais il allait se renseigner. On arrive à la chambre : un seul lit double au lieu de 2 simples comme demandé au moment de la réservation. On nous change de chambre, mais dans une catégorie inférieure (vue intérieur au lieu de vue ville) parce qu'ils n'avaient pas d'autres chambres dispo. On est déçus. Le réceptionniste s'était engagé à nous appeler pour nous donner la réponse sur le checkout tardif et 5 heures après, rien. Je descends à l'accueil pour demander des serviettes pour la piscine, il me les donne sans me parler du checkout et je dois lui redemander. Il répond : "ah oui, j'ai parlé avec mon manager, on ne connait pas cette politique Gold, donc on vous laisse jusqu'à 14h seulement". La chambre était minuscule, la prise électrique sur la table de lit ne marchait pas. La télé ne marchait pas. Je l'ai signalé à l'accueil et on nous rechange de chambre, minuscule aussi, en nous disant : "pour les désagréments, vous pouvez faire le checkout à 15h au lieu de 14h". Conclusion : downgrade de chambre au lieu de upgrade, 3 changements de chambre, pas de respect des conditions Gold. Ce n'est pas un vrai VIP.

Everything was fabulous. The location was excellent. You could walk down to the Centre of the city. The historical sites were a 5-7 min walk.

Main issue was dreadful noise from the square as there was a free concert with a DJ until 1 am. No sleep possible

Amazing hotel. The pool was very relaxing, the decor is amazing, the rooms are spacious and well equipped and the staff are fantastic. Not to mention the rooftop bar and location are amazing. Only negative is there were no dietary labels at breakfast as one of our party was lactose intolerant and staff had been notified, but we weren't sure what was lactose free.

Rather grand hotel in one of the main squares of the commercial centre. A short 10 minute walk to the old town. Room was spacious and modern and the breakfast buffet had an extensive choice. A nice rooftop bar proved a popular place to relax in the early evening

Great room, great breakfast catered for Gluten free. Wonderful roof top bar. Only criticism was the roof top bar service here was a bit slow but, overall excellent stay.

No good fruit options. Breakfast juice served to you would rather help ourselves.

The Palacio has flair, is very centrally located and very as a good choice for our stay in Cordoba. We very much liked our room with a view and the staff at the reception. Breakfast was awkward, overcrowded and loud. Second day was better, but never up to the hotel’s standard. It felt like the loud hall of a train station. Besides that I would stay in the hotel again, but possibly without booking the breakfast.
