Toxotis Hotel

Very disappointing experience — would not recommend Unfortunately, we did not enjoy our stay at this hotel at all. The cleanliness was a major concern throughout our visit, both in the common areas and in our room. We saw many cockroaches around the pool and bar area, which was extremely unpleasant and made us question the overall hygiene standards of the hotel. There was also a strong, unpleasant smell in the elevator. Instead of properly addressing the source of the problem, the hotel used some kind of chemical product to get rid of the smell. It was so strong that it made our eyes burn whenever we used the elevator. Our room was very small and not properly cleaned. It was extremely dusty, to the point that we were constantly sneezing while staying in the room. Some of the electrical sockets were not working, which was also very inconvenient. The food was another major disappointment. It did not seem fresh, and the same dishes were repeatedly served. The food was also bland and tasteless. Even our children complained about the pizza and chicken nuggets, which says a lot about the quality of the food. Overall, this hotel was far below our expectations. The combination of poor cleanliness, cockroaches, dusty and small rooms, non-working sockets, unpleasant smells, irritating chemicals, and low-quality food made our stay very uncomfortable. Sadly, we would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff were welcoming and polite throughout our stay. Our room was cleaned every day, which was appreciated. The breakfast was good with a decent selection, and the swimming pool was clean. The pool bar staff were also friendly and welcoming. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend the hotel and definitely would come back again

We came here not first time! Very nice hotel! Perfect location, 5 min from the sea. Cozy bar next to the swimming pool. Very tasty food, nice menu. Friendly helpful staff in reception, especially Mrs. Stavroula and blonde girl from Kyiv, with beautiful smile) Boys from bar very good at serving! Manager atbrestaurant very attentive and polite. Thank you for relaxing holiday! Will come back soon)

Hotel looks newly renovated but to a poor standard. Room was fine, few power cuts in the week, shower floods bathroom floor everyone. Pool and sunbeds were lovely however floor of pool is ruched. Number signs on room doors are missing. Food was standard. Hotel in good location close to shops and restaurants, pharmacy.
