While the hotel is nice you have to clime 3 flights of stairs above apartments to get to your rooms NO ELEVATORS. We were not given the rooms that we reversed. They tried to say it was an upgrade but it was not. We had an early check out and they said they would provide packed breakfast for us (which was paid for). When we got ready to leave there was no one available to assist. We called multiple times and no one answered so we had to leave the keys in the door and carry our bags down ourselves.

Location, location, location. The view and proximity to the pyramid complex cannot be beat. The room and beds were comfortable. The cleanliness was average – the provided toiletries in the bathroom had been used previously and there were minor housekeeping issues – no TP until we asked, for example. Also the pyramids show that we watched from our balcony continues until about 9:40. It's not quiet. It didn't bother use, but take note. We really enjoyed our one night here with our group of 8. It's a bit of an odd place as only part of the building is the hotel. But the view is incredible and the service is great. Mohammad the manager is friendly and helpful. The rooftop restaurant is amazing and the food was great, although it's not very fast. There were some quirks, like the water pressure was inconsistent but I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay with full view of the pyramids.

Goede accomodatie met uitkijk vanaf het rooftop terras op de piramides en de sfinx, waar ook het restaurant is, dus tijdens de Sound and Light show elke avond is dit ideaal. Het personeel is vriendelijk en wil je met vanalles helpen om je verblijf zo plezierig mogelijk te maken, soms wel iets te overdreven maar dat is de cultuur van de mensen. Verder zijn er leuke winkeltjes om de hoek en bevinden er tegenover het hotel ook een paar ATM's. Dus ik had niks te klagen.

I was very pleased with my stay at the Egypt Pyramids Inn. This hotel is more like a bed and breakfast, a small and cozy building. Due to it’s small size, you get the royal treatment. The hotel staff know all the guests by name. They have assistants on hand ready to assist with anything you need. It is like having a personal concierge at your disposal during your stay. The rooms were excellent, clean and well equipped. The rooftop cafe was excellent with an epic view of the pyramids. The staff were very polite, professional and helpful. The hotel is a few feet away from the entrance to the Pyramids. The WiFi was better than any that I experienced during my 3 weeks in Egypt. Fast and reliable connection with no interruption in the signal. Can’t say the same for all the other hotels in Egypt that I stayed in. I highly recommend this place. The service they provide is much better than what you would get at a large chain hotel.

The Egypt Pyramids Inn has a fantastic view of the pyramids. The staff is attentive and its relatively clean and well priced. But there are some things to consider if you want to stay here: 1) Not all rooms have pyramid views, in fact most do not. The ones with views cost more. 2) Many people do not get the room they book. I did not get my pyramid view room on my first night, despite booking months in advance and communicating directly with them to confirm. Compensation was a free dinner at their restaurant (not really equivalent) 3) the area around the hotel is safe, but not the nicest area. 4) Rooms are on third floor and there is no elevator Once I got the room I actually booked (pyramid view) on my second night, I was very happy with it. And the staff was always helpful. Breakfast was good.

Room clean and comfortable. Very convenient location. Neighborhood terrible and filthy with unceasing vendors. Very annoying to be harassed to buy moment walk outside. I am well accustomed having traveled extensively. Very loud wealthy party inside compound on night there at base of sphinx. Fireworks, canon fire and VERY loud music till 3AM. Other loud parties in area. Very loud environment. Staff tried to be helpful and were overall kind, but it is a very dated hotel in a filthy part of town that happens to be on a great and convenient location for pyramid access. 1 minute to gate with excellent sunset view. Realize what this hotel is and with that you will be fine.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The staff were exceptional and they accommodated all our needs. They treat us family there. Also if you need to book your tour go directly with them and they will accommodate all your tours. The room is clean and we have the whole balcony to ourselves. The view is excellent!!!! You can’t beat the view from this hotel. The entrance to the pyramids is right across. Breakfast was awesome, the food is fresh and they will actually cook it for you. Me and my family will definitely be going back again.

This is the best hotel in entire giza. The view is just amazing from my room. The sound and light show is visible but not very clearly audible from here or any other hotel/restaurant in the area. Nosotros reservamos este hotel por la ubicación y la vista que se ofrecía tanto con las pirámides como el esfinge. El cuarto estaba increíble y muy limpio con buenos detalles e iluminación, el desayuno muy completo y bueno. Nos hicieron el favor de cuidar nuestras maletas hasta irnos al aeropuerto en nuestro ultimo dio y aprovechamos para cenar hay mismo, la comida también tenia muy buen sazón. The view of the Pyramids from our balcony room was amazing. The hotel management and all its staff was great and accommodating. We arrived at 6am and were granted early check in. This allowed us to get some sleep before touring the Pyramids. The room was clean and comfortable.

If you want the perfect view this is the place for you. There are some stairs but the place is perfect, our room was on the same floor as reception, 2 xl twin beds, with balcony overlooking pyramids, free wifi, breakfast was included in our reservation but there are many food places nearby. The staff was very friendly and pffered a helping hand whenever possible. We were offered many tours around Cairo and Giza, but ended up just getting the transfer from the airport through them, wonderful service, the driver was very accommodating and found us at the airport right away, welcomed us and happily went over what to expect in Cairo during our stay, it was a great experience (thank you Ali!). Overall, i would deff stay here again and will deff be providing friends and family members with this place

The location was everything in this hotel with amazing views (depending on room you select).The room was a bit dated with window not closing completely causing the air conditioning not to really cool the room,but all in all i was very satisfied with my stay.The staff was very attentive and welcoming and willing to help with any questions or tours if you havent made plans.Sidenote you are right in front of the Giza entrance so you will be swamped with vendors once you step out of lobby but that is everywhere in Egypt.I Definitely recommend this hotel if your in cairo for Giza,waking up to the pyramids is in front of your room is beyond words

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, mainly thanks to the excellent service. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely focused on making my stay comfortable. Every request was handled promptly and professionally, and the attention to detail really stood out. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a priority here.My flight got a few hours delayed, talked to Salama and they let me to do the check out with a minimum fraction of the price! Had booked “Panorama Room” (against Pyramids) and got a smaller/sideroom (street view) and next night a room w/o window. Hotel blamed Hotel.com. After confronting management, the hotel said it WAS the ordered room. Again blamed Expedia/Hotels.com. Hotel tried offering dinner and a “full day with guide, 8 hrs, for free” But it is NOT for free, as I payed more for the “panorama view-room” - every time I said I only want the room I payed for, the replied “all sold out” The last night we had the “suite” - a room beside the restaurant where staff and guests smokes right beside. The terrace to the room was stored old parasols and some electrical stuff sticking from the floor. Other guests had free view to this terrace from upstairs. Toilet door could not be closed/stay closed and the lock was jammed. Lots of staff but no control regarding booking - and the manager blames a new staff.. The place is absolutely not for people with less mobility. The rooms are located 3 stories up but by staircase. Staff constantly over service and grabs suitcases etc. Even after several “no thanks” and manager saying “let them do their work - they work here..” Our life’s dream-anniversary trip, booking a “panorama view room” ended up in having the “panorama” anywhere else than our rooms, sadly.

The hotel double books their pyramid view rooms, and sadly we were the unlucky ones. The staff admitted they were aware the room we booked wasn't available and offered a discount on a different room. They also told us they would give a better rate if we didn't give them a bad review. We left the hotel and found another across the street with the pyramid view for 1/3 the price. Besides that this is a 2 star hotel at best...more of a guest house or backpacker place.

All the staff were great. However when I booked a tour guide with them, the (tour guy) was hesitant to bring me to the ‘Hanging Church’ and keep repeating if I would visit the Mosque instead. And The Horrifying part was when he bring me to the ‘perfume store’ it’s kind of a house and he left me there. Then the owner (a guy) offer me for different kind of perfume, and I refused it and offer again for a tea. I was SCARED so I walked out and the SCARIEST part was the curtain was closed as well as the DOOR! To EVERYONE, NEVER BOOK a TOUR GUIDE From the Hotel.

We arrived way before check in time. 9:30am. Manager said he would get our room ready as soon as possible. In the mean time he had us sit on the roof top lounge, that overlooks the sphinx and pyramids and gave my wife and I free breakfast as we waited! After breakfast the room was available. This hotel management fails to honor Expedia reservations. Despite reserve several months in advance and maintaining regular contact with them via Whatsapp chat, upon arrival, they sold our Pyramid VIEW reserved rooms and claimed they had no availability in the middle of the night. After a two hour wait, we were offered a room in a different hotel, which is being under construction, no lights, that rushed us to check out early morning. There was no front desk, and we encountered another couple facing a similar situation in the middle of the night. Staff members mentioned that manager, claiming to be the manager, frequently engages in such practices. Similar past situations by the manager confirmed by the staff and they see this as a matter of offering apologies and full refunds, without addressing the inconvenience caused.

The property is well maintained and the view is wonderful of the pyramids. Please beware booking any excursions with the hotel directly. We took a tour of the Giza pyramids. Our Egyptologist Jackson was excellent and extremely knowledgeable. Our driver Hossamm went above and beyond. The information sent to us by the hotel quoted us a price of 95 dollars per person. It listed admission tickets to sites would be included. On the day of the tour I was told I had to purchase all entrance fees which totaled an extra 80 dollars for two people. When I spoke to hotel operator, he admitted to the mistake but blamed it on Expedia. He then, would not refund the entrance fees. I feel this was a bait and switch operation by the hotel. Beware booking any excursions directly with the hotel.

I can not say enough good things about this place. We had a room with a private balcony (highly recommended). Views of the pyramids and the bustling streets below were fantastic! Stayed there for six nights. The staff is terrific! They are so welcoming, helpful, and just awesome! When you leave to walk across the street to the little market for a coke or snack or to go to one of the several shops in the area for souvenirs and trinkets, a staff member will escort you to keep the street peddlers away. It felt like having your own personal body guards! They were great and helped make us feel safe. The complimentary breakfast is delicious. It is the same every day but it's tasty and free so I'm not complaining. The restaurant also has great menu items for lunch/dinner, the lamb chops were excellent! Every day we would just watch the hustle and bustle of the street below or stare off at the pyramids and wonder in enchantment. The staff was really the best, they always asked how our day was, if we needed anything, what are plans were, etc. You could just tell they really cared about our experience. The last night before we left, some of the staff came and knocked on our door just to personally say goodbye because they wouldn't be there when we left (super early flight). I've never felt this level of hospitality from anywhere else I've ever stayed. Great view, great location, but most of all, great people❤️ Thank you, Egypt Pyramids Inn, for an unforgettable adventure!

The views were amazing, however the waiting staff was a bit rude when we asked about breakfast items. The day manager was very welcoming and made arrangements for us when he found out we didn’t get the room we had paid for with a balcony. When we got there at 3a our room was given to someone else and we had to stay in a much smaller room with no balcony.

Al llegar nos cambiaron a un hotel de la misma firma a unos metros del que reservamos debido a que nuestra habitación tenia problemas de aire acondicionado, la atención del personal y el desayuno con vistas a las pirámides son excelentes, el estado de las instalaciones deja mucho que desear, ahora si quieres tenemos las mejores fotos al desayunar con las pirámides de fondo este es el lugar, los alrededores se ven sin manutención alguna, sin embargo es bastante seguro, queda bastante alejando del Aeropuerto

The location was everything in this hotel with amazing views (depending on room you select).The room was a bit dated with window not closing completely causing the air conditioning not to really cool the room,but all in all i was very satisfied with my stay.The staff was very attentive and welcoming and willing to help with any questions or tours if you havent made plans.Sidenote you are right in front of the Giza entrance so you will be swamped with vendors once you step out of lobby but that is everywhere in Egypt.I Definitely recommend this hotel if your in cairo for Giza,waking up to the pyramids is in front of your room is beyond words

Location, location, location. The view and proximity to the pyramid complex cannot be beat. The room and beds were comfortable. The cleanliness was average – the provided toiletries in the bathroom had been used previously and there were minor housekeeping issues – no TP until we asked, for example. Look elsewhere than the restaurant for dinner. Drinks: bad. Food: I couldn't say, it never arrived after 1 hour of waiting. The continental breakfast was sufficient but nothing special: a fried egg with bread and cheese. The OJ was fresh and good – the best part of breakfast. Staff was friendly, although I guess there was a communication problem because on the last day we didn't get the taxi driver we had requested. There was some street noise, so if that bothers you... Also the pyramids show that we watched from our balcony continues until about 9:40. It's not quiet. It didn't bother use, but take note. Egypt is not quiet 😁 Overall a good stay with a killer view of the pyramids and Sphinx.

The Egypt Pyramids Inn has a fantastic view of the pyramids. The staff is attentive and its relatively clean and well priced. But there are some things to consider if you want to stay here: 1) Not all rooms have pyramid views, in fact most do not. The ones with views cost more. 2) Many people do not get the room they book. I did not get my pyramid view room on my first night, despite booking months in advance and communicating directly with them to confirm. Compensation was a free dinner at their restaurant (not really equivalent) 3) the area around the hotel is safe, but not the nicest area. 4) Rooms are on third floor and there is no elevator Once I got the room I actually booked (pyramid view) on my second night, I was very happy with it. And the staff was always helpful. Breakfast was good.

La habitación tiene muy buen tamaño, aunque el agua caliente se acaba rápido , el personal es muy amable, la ubicación es inmejorable ya que está enfrente de la entrada de las pirámides y la vista es espectacular. La zona deja mucho qué desear, entren por el camino pavimentado, la parte de atrás no la recomiendo, el desayuno está bien , pero podría tener más variedad. Te ofrecen agua embotellada ilimitada y se agradece mucho.

Great location for Pyramid and Sphinx views. Hotel is noisy and the bedroom window was lacking covering to keep light out. Very pushy people on the street the second you step our of the hotel

Assolutamente unico....vista sulle piramidi eccezionale, camera bella pulita confortevole. La struttura è di un più vecchio immobile e la struttura è meno bella. La vista che offre supera questi dettagli. Colazione e pasti sul terrazzo con vista sulle piramidi. Bellissimo. Un po' lenti nel servizio di ristorazione però economico......consigliato...

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The staff were exceptional and they accommodated all our needs. They treat us family there. Also if you need to book your tour go directly with them and they will accommodate all your tours. The room is clean and we have the whole balcony to ourselves. The view is excellent!!!! You can’t beat the view from this hotel. The entrance to the pyramids is right across. Breakfast was awesome, the food is fresh and they will actually cook it for you. Me and my family will definitely be going back again.

The only reason to book this hotel is the view. The location is directly in front of the Sphinx. Everything else about the hotel is very basic…just good enough for one or two nights at most. We ordered dinner and waited almost an hour to get the food. When it arrived the pizza and the kabobs were cold and we tasted dirt/dust on the food.

Nosotros reservamos este hotel por la ubicación y la vista que se ofrecía tanto con las pirámides como el esfinge. El cuarto estaba increíble y muy limpio con buenos detalles e iluminación, el desayuno muy completo y bueno. Nos hicieron el favor de cuidar nuestras maletas hasta irnos al aeropuerto en nuestro ultimo dio y aprovechamos para cenar hay mismo, la comida también tenia muy buen sazón. El sandwich de pollo delicioso, y el pichón relleno igual. Sin dude volvería a escoger este hotel tanto por la ubicación como todo el servicio, excelente

Goede accomodatie met uitkijk vanaf het rooftop terras op de piramides en de sfinx, waar ook het restaurant is, dus tijdens de Sound and Light show elke avond is dit ideaal. Het personeel is vriendelijk en wil je met vanalles helpen om je verblijf zo plezierig mogelijk te maken, soms wel iets te overdreven maar dat is de cultuur van de mensen. Verder zijn er leuke winkeltjes om de hoek en bevinden er tegenover het hotel ook een paar ATM's. Dus ik had niks te klagen.

Property was clean and the staff were friendly. The view was amazing and definitely a great value for the price. The dining options were delicious. Food did take a while to be brought out. I would definitely visit again!

Menu bueno pero repetido. mejor un poco de fruta como un platano melon esta bien solo que estamos acostumbrados a huevo revuelto o frito en americael hotel ha mejorado mucho y tienen un 10. la mejor vista la mejor terraza la mejor comida y cena su pollo asado es extraordinario acompañenlo con arroz y verduras cocidas es mi tercera visita cuiden bien reservarlo por aqui porque otros sitios son piratas y muy muy caros suerte y saludos
