The units are about a ten minute walk from Finch Station of subway and places to eat. Willowdale ave is fairly busy and there is some traffic noise that forced us to keep windows closed. The building is very clean throughout and features a well furnished kitchen. Our unit A had a very modern private bathroom with multi head shower, but the room is quite small. A good value for the money.

We stayed here for two nights and had a great stay! Parking needs to be reserved in advance but it was simple, and the property itself was nice and cozy. Nice area and only a 10 minute walk from Finch station.

The room was very warm at night. Bring your own pillows, the ones provided aren’t great. The walls are pretty thin, I could hear the mumbling of normal conversation in the room next to us. The shower was awesome. I appreciated the bedroom doors having their own lock and code. I wasn’t expecting to have to share a bathroom with the other guests but it worked out fine. Owner responds right away

Really great experience. Distance is more like a 15-minute walk to Finch, which we never did - we drove the car to Finch and parked in a cheap parking lot next to the subway station. All the stores are there too. The kitchen facilities are really amazing and the bathroom and half bath were somehow kept clean although I never saw anyone doing it.

One of the worst places I’ve ever been to through Hotels.com. Very noisy place as if you are sleeping on the road. Lack of parking and host bugging you for that. Super small room.. and very bad smell coming from the whole place . Will never come here again

Good system off checking in. Friendly host immediately responding trough Whatsapp. Coffee, tea and bottle water are available. 10 minutes walk from the subway. Only minus was the sound off the bed. Soft sleeping, but by turning it sweaks.

Rooms were a bit small but it was in a convenient location about 10 min walk from subway. Owner was responsive and the property was clean. Laundry was an added bonus. Keep in mind this is a house and not a hotel or apartment so there is no soundproofing so you can hear other people who live there but everyone was quiet during our stay.

Booking states information will be sent 24 hours before arrival i had to contact them 3 hours before arrival because i still did not have code information to get in this place is a shared location it should be listed as a hostel i thought you would have your own personal space this space is shared and mislabeled it seems that permanent residents live here as one was always outside in the very small shared space the small of the kitchen was very unpleasant the room was very small as well as the bathroom over upset with the miss marketed listing would not book again

Good stay 15 min walk from the subway and immediately near a bus station. The accommodations were fine, felt secure and clean. The garden view was rough but I didn’t come to look out the window so it was fine. Would book again. Was a little concerned doing a homestay-type through hotels.com but it worked out fine. I did not get the 24 hour check in email but did reach out to the host and they responded promptly.

Very enjoyable. Luxurious shower! The room would benefit from another towel rack, with facecloths, and a couple more hangars in the closet. Very comfortable bed. Great location, bus stop right there. Parks, walking trails nearby, and also close to Yonge St restaurants etc. On the eco side, instructions as to what can go in the blue bin would help guests use it appropriately.

All the stores are there too. The kitchen facilities are really amazing and the bathroom and half bath were somehow kept clean although I never saw anyone doing it.

Really great experience. Distance is more like a 15-minute walk to Finch, which we never did - we drove the car to Finch and parked in a cheap parking lot next to the subway station. The property is in the Greater Toronto Area and is more convenient to stay in if you have a car - Toronto Downtown parking is not that simple if you have a good car. The rooms are simple, and the home is shared with other guests - even the bathroom and kitchens are shared with other guests. You’ll have to work your cooking and bathroom schedules. The AC didn’t reach our room well, but other than that, we felt it is a reasonable place to stay.

Clean, beautiful newly done bathroom. Shared lovely kitchen and the other guests respected our food storage. No hand towels or facecloths just bath towels, we had to buy some for our washroom. There should be spare dish towels in kitchen, same one all week even after guests came and left throughout the week. There’s a TTC stop in front of house which is a bonus. TV but no local channels so if have Prime or another system you will have to use it if you don’t want to watch YouTube as we were told that was all we could get. There should be instructions on how to use the TCL TV or download the TCL Manual for instructions. Our overall opinion….good.

Very enjoyable. Luxurious shower! The room would benefit from another towel rack, with facecloths, and a couple more hangars in the closet. Very comfortable bed. Great location, bus stop right there. Parks, walking trails nearby, and also close to Yonge St restaurants etc. On the eco side, instructions as to what can go in the blue bin would help guests use it appropriately.

There's no AC in the room or air circulation, and the heat was controlled elsewhere. I texted the owner twice about the heat, and it dropped by a bit but rebounded. Unless I left the door open, and the room opens to the kitchen, there's nowhere for the heat to go. I was sweltering for most of the stay. The bedding doesn't include a flat sheet between the blanket, which was a bit odd. They provide 2 bath towels but no hand towel, so I brought my own based on previous reviews. The shower water pressure is a bit low. Fine for waterfall, but barely adequate for the other shower options. The provided shampoo, conditioner & body wash was good quality. Woken by the fire alarm battery dying, which was beeping at ear-deafeningly levels every 5 min. They came after 10 am to fix it, but I suffered for a few hours even with earplugs. Wi-Fi is speedy enough to watch streaming video with medium quality. Kitchen drawers should be labeled so I don't have to open each one to find dishes & utensils. They did have a working umbrella, which came in handy during the snowstorm. It's a 10-15 walk from Finch station thru the parking lot, and there's lots of food options down Yonge St. Neighbourhood is safe, and Willowdale Ave is busy during the day.

The room was clean and not badly appointed. However it was very small. There was no room to walk around. Also, we were very hot. The heat was blasting. We could hardly sleep, it was so hot. Could have been 85 degrees F in the dead of Winter. No staff in attendance, and minimal communication.
