First, this is not two houses or the larger house in the photos. This is a garage that has been modified into a rental. Second, the driveway is RIDICULOUSLY STEEP and not shown accurately in the listing. If it is wet or slippery, you are likely not making it up the first half of the drive. The people renting the big house next door had to park on the street and carry bags up the 2 flights of outdoor stairs just to get inside. We were lucky enough to get halfway up and only have to hike the other half. The first floor is 2 rooms that were the former garage bays. The one room is huge and the other (with the bunks) is well sized. They're nice enough rooms, but the outlets are sparse (few work) and the garage openers and doors didn't add to anything. The second floor is the living room, kitchen, half bath and bedroom (the one with all the empty shelves). Hopefully whoever is sleeping in there can sleep through all the kitchen noises. The bed is two twin beds next to each other, so there's a lump between the mattresses. The third floor is another large bedroom and bathroom with the ONLY shower (no tub). The hot tub took 2 days to heat up and never got more than warm. All in all, it was a nice place for the price for 3 couples to have their own rooms, but the trade off is that you'll all have to have really good knees to get up that driveway and up and down all the stairs to go to the bathroom or shower.
