Great value. Nice family run business. It’s not fancy, but hard to beat $30 for a room In Palmira with hot water and AC plus an awesome breakfast!

There was a terrible smell in the room coming from kitchen. Mattresses and pillows were not comfortable at all

Beautiful plants. No hot water. Shower was in very bad condition. Heard people yelling outside the property and inside. No soundproofing at all. Bed was comfortable. People are very nice.
