Thought parking would be included but it was not. Please consider including that next time

Overall, my stay was pleasant. However, I was disappointed to find that when I booked the room, it mentioned free parking, but upon arrival, the hotel staff informed me there would be an additional charge of SAR 50 per night for parking.

Staffs were very kind and welcoming. The location is perfect and it's right in front of the Mosque, and many small stores in the area. There is a bakery/sweet shop inside the hotel, which opens until around 11pm. The room was very clean and the stay was pleasant.

Concierge and cafe staff made our trip much enjoyable also room cleaning staff were very friendly.

Great place to stay in Madinah. Directly located behind the Masjid Nabawi and easily located from afar. Staff were always helpful, the cafe was very nice and had lots of options and assortment of cakes and shakes. Definitely would recommend this place again.

Clean and good food. Parking is limited but there is paid parking at the masjid and free parking lot nearby. Friendly staff.

Saif and Sajid the bell boys went out of their way to help us cellophane our luggage which was much appreciated. The distance to the prophet’s mosque was about 5 mins , opposite gate 320. The hotel amenities were good with an excellent breakfast with ample selection of foods and a lovely cafe with snacks throughout the day. Saudi coffee was available throughout the day too if you like it in the lobby. WiFi was okay. You have to download a VPN booster to make WhatsApp calls or use botim.

Love the property. Close proximity to the haram. One point to note that this area is a quiet area compared to the other location nearby haram.

Staff was courteous. Clean place. Well positioned. Good breakfast spread. Laundry service was good and timely.

What really stands out is the hotel's excellent staff. The housekeeping team is excellent, especially Sumon who helped arrange our laundry multiple times. Also deserving of commendation is the hotel's f&b staff led by manager Fouzrullah, all of whom were very attentive to our needs. The bellmen, receptionist were all great. The room condition itself is average as to be expected of an inn, the view of haram is great.

The rooms need renovation—a lot of broken things. The bathroom shower door was broken. It is just close to Haram, that's only the positive thing. It is not value for the money. I paid over $250 per night which is quite a high for August.

They gave us a room with a broken hot water tank and therefore there wasn’t much hot water to shower with Then it started leaking in our washroom We were going for Umrah so obviously we try to deal with it with patience but it’s still hard with small children Had high hopes for this place but unfortunately was ultimately disappointed

5 minutes walk from Prophet mosque, small but clean, reasonable toiletries, comfortable bed, shower water was weak and service couldn’t fix it, breakfast is not wow but ok

Extremely bad Customer Service took them 3 days to change my room no hot running water for 3 days and they finally changed it when the water started leaking from bathroom roof work of advice talk to manager instead of staff they will hide the situation from the Manager.

- the bathroom roof was leaking with water -Call reception multiple times to come fix the water temperature. I showered with freezing cold water every time.

Overall was good. But no one showed up for cleaning and house keeping during our stay of 5 days.

Great experience. Comfortable. Very Clean. Good Service. As close to the Haram as you would think. You can leave the hotel at the adhan and have good time before the iqamah to reach the haram if you were late. Good malls in the area. Could not have picked a better place

I spent 3 nights at this hotel before I headed off to do umrah. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. I got to the hotel room early and was checked in within the hour, which was superb. I can confirm the staff are very helpful, warm & pleasant and clearly take pride in their jobs. I felt extremely safe with them as a solo female traveller. I booked a double bed room, however I was given a bed that two single mattresses put together, although this was solved in the end, it was frustrating having to clarify the difference between a double mattress and putting two singles together. However, I can confirm they did their best to accommodate considering they were at full capacity & acknowledged the issue. I was eventually checked into a different room the next day. In the meantime they insured the current room with the two mattresses was as comfortable as possible. I would definitely stay here again as I felt valued and safe as a customer. Small things to improve on: The hot water in the shower gets cold quickly (within 20mins) The kettle in the room doesn’t turn off automatically once it reaches a boil. Overall, thank you to the team. I loved my time in Medinah. Special shoutout to Saif, Abdallah, Solafa, Zayed and the bell boy at the front I never got his name (always happy and smiling). The location is great, it is directly opposite gates (322,320). There is a small supermarket/corner shop on the right which is super convenient as a traveller!

I have had the most incredible experience at Tulip Inn. It is right next to the mosque, so it was incredibly inconvenient. Mr. Khaled at the reception has shown me the utmost kindness and gave me the most beautiful suite. He was so friendly when he spoke with me and so well mannered. My room was clean and very nice. It had all the amenities I needed. And the best part is as soon as I parted my window curtains, I had an amazing view of the mosque. I would also like to thank Molla and Areef for all their help. I am looking forward to visiting Madinah again and will certainly be booking with Tulip Inn.

The Area was perfect, near by the mosque Nabawi, Quba shopping Center etc… The breakfast buffet was good and the staff just lovely and welcoming. Unfortunately I didn’t had in my room the Queen size bed I booked , and they just joined 2 single beds so I could fell the gap in between and it’s wasn’t comfortable at all. A part from that my staying was all right…

Hotel room was clean, good quality of bedding/pillows including bathroom towels. Conveniently located near the masjid. 5 minute walk to Gate 318 or 320. Above average breakfast, staff was very helpful during our stay. Street level noise was high due to the construction right across the hotel, rooms walls are so thin that you can hear others and a loud door banging noise throughout the day from neighboring guest’s room.

The haram view is superb, the day manager I think his name was zayd - gave services beyond expected. Very friendly staff, rooms are clean and spacious - highly recommended. We shifted to another hotel near by and can find big difference in quality of services.

Nice , we loved it , walking distance to haram. There is opportunity to improve: The room was tiny , beds were small, in breakfast they kept checking our room number multiple times while we eat, I asked for check out later than 12 because my train was 1:30 but refused

I booked a room but my plan had changed. I informed them more than a month ago, but didn’t provide a refund. Didn’t even respond to my request.

Saif (bell man) was very good and helfpul. He provided us with good service from check in and took care of our bags when we had to check out. The hotel is close to the haram and the facilities (breakfast,room) were great. They upgraded us to a haram view room free of charge which was a nice touch, we will really consider staying here again and recommending to others.

The hotel was close to the mosque. However, staff was really slow. They would take hours to fulfill your request. You would have to send them remibders to provide with water bottles, remote missing etc

Went for umrah with family, 17 people and 6 rooms. Was a breeze checking in, all staff were super friendly and helpful. Nothing we needed was ever missing. The guys working at reception go above and beyond to help and deliver great service. Made our stay so much easier. Thank you tulip inn

Does not advertise the property correctly. Room are not what they show on the web. Staff does not help.

Staff were very helpful. Reception staff were amazing, attentive and happy to accommodate all requests. Special mention goes to Ziyad Hassan, Manager for taking care to ensure our stay was exceptionally comfortable, and went out of his way to resolve some issues for us that were not even related to our stay! I forgot the staff name who worked on friday and checked us in, they were also excellent very helpful and approachable most of reception staff can speak very well English so that made communication very easy.

Walking distance to the Mosque and view. Staff were ever so helpful . Apart from when we arrived we were told that. When we arrived to the hotel . Hotel staff informed us that we didn't have a booking . originally i booked 3 rooms for my family. Hotel staff informed me that the hotel did contact Hotel.com to ask for payment . I wasn't aware that a payment was required before we stayed at the hotel . I didn't receive any email from Hotel.com . This kinda put pressure on me and the hotel to find my family and i accommodation on the stop.

I had a wonderful stay, the staff are polite, professional and always ready to assist. they were very accommodating in allowing us to check in early, which was a big help instead of waiting until 4pm. The hotel location is midway between the northern area, where all the restaurants are, and the South Gate which lead to rawda.

Stay was excellent. Could see the Masjid from the window and only 7 mins walk. Staff was helpful and friendly.

I just came back from a 10 day stay at the Tulip Inn. Khaled Al Rashede, was at the front desk who welcomed me at my check in at 4am, once I arrived. He was very professional and very kind. You can tell that he knows customer service, because once he found out that i was staying there for 10 days he immediately made sure that my room had a Haram View. He also made sure within minutes that I was checked into my room. The staff are all good and welcoming, always trying to help and gove aboved and beyond to make your stay better. Just one thing I find can be improved is the food at the breakfast buffet. I can use a step up and have more variety. I do find that somethings are left over from the night befores dinner bufet. The beds are not the greatest but for a haram view its worth it!
