Queens Grant 671, 2 chambres, accès à la piscine, WiFi, 6 couchages

I have used Vrbo several times. First time using Vtrips and found check-in frustrating. told to pick up parking pass at 578 Wm. Hilton Parkway at 4pm. Arrived at office, no one there. Waited, left and returned, still no one. A maintenance man showed up. Asked if I was there for parking pass and if I checked the green box located next to front door. I said no because it wasn’t after five. Looked inside, nothing. We then went inside office where he found three passes, none of which were mine. Hecalled Camelia on the phone who told him pass was at Palmetto Dunes pickup office. She said a message was sent out but I never received it. Did receive message that door code had been changed. Finally picked up pass, went to condo only to find door code didn’t work. Called Vtrips and was given a rather long number which didn’t work and then given another number. It worked and we got into condo at 5pm, 4 door codes later. After unpacking, went out for dinner. Found out faucet in kitchen sink was broken and handle ended up in my hand and smoke detector was chirping meaning battery wasn’t working. I called office to report the issue the following morning. The faucet was fixed at some point not sure when as we were in and out most of the day. Had another issue with toilet in master bathroom. Called and work order was placed. 24 hrs later no one came so I called again. Told I would be called with ETA. Never happened. I checked toilet again and giggled a couple of things and it worked.

Do not book this rental through Vtrips, they are terrible. You have to pick your parking passes up from a different location than if you didn’t book through them. Could not get in touch with the actual office that had our parking passes and when I called Vtrips, the number they gave me was wrong. The property manager was nice, but not very helpful. We had several bees nests and I got stung while trying to take the recycling out. Someone was supposed to come and spray and take down the nests and they only sprayed the nests, so the bees came back. Property manager was slow to respond, my husband ended up taking down some of the nests. Workers showed up 2 days before the end of our stay and took over the entire back deck. We were unable to use the deck or the pathway to the pool behind our unit for those last 2 days. The workers were loud, especially with my 1 year old trying to nap, and when I let the property manager know, she never responded. I even sent her pictures.

Fantastic experience!! Ease of check-in process and condo is super roomy and very clean. Was so nice being steps away from the pool as well as the lake for the kids to fish some. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will most definitely be back.

Our unit was beautiful and very clean. It had everything we needed. Aside from a small electric incident, which was addressed very quickly, all else was great

It was a nice getaway for a bachelor party! Probably would've been nice to have coffee at the house and maybe a few updates like a smart TV but all in all it was a good stay!:)
