Çok vasat bir otel , temizlik çarşaf ve havlu değişimi iki günde bir yapılıyor . Kahvaltı dahil paket aldık , aç kalmamak için kahvaltı yaptık son derece çeşit az ve kalitesiz ürünler sunuldu.Sabahları havuz etrafı hortumla yıkanıyor ve yıkanan suyun büyük bölümü devir daim ile tekrar havuza aktarılıyor havuz ise yoğun klorlu . Fatura talebimizi ise 10 gün önce kesilmiş denerek öteliyorlar . Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum .

Disappointing to find hotel not fully open,pool empty of water with maintenance staff in attendance.

Oncelikle odalar temiz begendik, ama havuz cok bulanikti ve orada havuz icindeki lamba kenarindan kablo cikmasi bizi tedirgin etti yetkililer bir sorun olmaz deselerde havuzu kullanmadik gerci aksam istiydu ve ertesi gun konaklamamiz bitmizti zaten, ama foyatina gore tercih edilebilir

The pool was nice and rooms was clean enough. But there was some issues about the property: 1- Elevator: There are 3 floors and lots of steps to get there. No elevators; so you got to carry your luggage. Lack of elevator is an issue for this or any hotel! 2- Rooms needs maintenance. Bathroom at our room looks old and outdated, water was going out of shower to the bathroom floor. the towel hanger was broken and not much hanger in there. No trash bin in the room. Fridge was not cooling.

Aussicht bombastisch, Pool ist auch sehr schön, aber die Zimmer sind eine Katastrophe. Aus den Wänden hing im Bad die Steckdose raus . Die Glastür im Bad hatte keinen Knauf zum öffnen und schließen. Wir hatten das Familienzimmer was vom Schnitt sehr schön war aber die obere Klimaanlage war defekt, als Ersatz gab es einen zusammen gebastelten Ventilator. Das Frühstück war gar nicht gut, die Auswahl mager und für die Kinder nicht mal Gläser oder Becher geschweige denn Saft oder Wasser im Angebot dafür hätte man zahlen müssen und das mit utopischen Preisen. Auch wenn der Preis völlig in Ordnung war, werden wir dort nicht mehr einchecken.

It's nice with excellent view and nice clean rooms. But WiFi wasn't working and breakfast wasn't so good. In general I was happy with my stay but can't say it was nice

À fuir : hôtel en dégradation générale et hygiène douteux. À notre arrivée la chambre était sale, dans un état presque de délabrement (contour de la porte cassée presque tombante sur nos tête). Nous avons demandé à changer, la seconde chambre était sale aussi et une troisième chambre nous a été attribué, nous avons accepté par défaut et fatigue et il nous a été promis un nettoyage le lendemain. Nous avons demandé à rencontrer un responsable. Nous avons dû nettoyer avec des lingettes les différentes surfaces utiles. Plusieurs dysfonctionnements ont été constaté par le personnel également; fuite dans les toilettes, manque d'hygiène général dans la salle de bain aussi et cache climatisation manquant. Le petit-déjeuner était minimaliste pour un soi-disant 4 étoiles, les tables étaient poussièreuses. Dans la matinée nous avons réitéré notre demande à voir le responsable. Monsieur faisait son petit-déjeuner et n'était pas disponible. Vers midi nous avons redemandé à le rencontrer, celui-ci s'est dit disponible 10 minutes plus tard alors qu'il nous ait passé devant sans un bonjour. Nous avons donc attendu pour au final que l'on nous dise qu'il n'est finalement pas disponible, nous avons ré-exposé les problèmes rencontrés au personnel qui ont fait intervenir pour nettoyage de la chambre et réparation des toilettes. Finalement le responsable nous a demandé "ce qui pouvait constituer un si grand problème au point de demander à le rencontrer", sur ce nous avons donc quitter le bureau.

I know we stayed at this hotel out of season as our trip wasn\'t for a holiday but very disappointing as paying guests! On arrival in the middle of the night we were given a key to a room on the opposite side of the hotel, to get there and need to use phone torch to see where we were as no electricity on, staff followed after us using his own torch saying "wrong key", to be then given a key to the room next door with no electricity or water on, so then given a third key to a room opposite side of hotel again but a smaller room which only sleeps 2 people not 3 as we\'d paid for. We stayed here for 9 days and had NO housekeeping whatsoever; no change of towels, bedding or cleaning of any type. The hotel itself is on the top of a VERY steep hill so no good whatsoever if you\'ve problems with mobility with no restaurants in the immediate area and hotel restaurant closed it\'s a big hike to go out to eat. Some staff were lovely and couldn\'t fault them but others, as paying guests, we were more or else left isolated and to fend for ourselves. The hotels condition was poor, it looked beautiful in the photographs and the room layout and view was fantastic but cleanliness was appalling! Toilet was stained and disgusting, the net curtain was ripped, the balcony was constantly full of water and as said no housekeeping done throughout our stay. The reception area was leaking badly with rain. Avoid this place is you value cleanliness and don\'t like hiking. certainly wouldn\'t stay here again.

Konum olarak çok güzel merkeze yakın sayılır,Temizlik çok kötü,akşamdan havuz başında içilen içecekler bardak şişe hepsi sabah masalarda duruyor.Havuz başındaki minderler kirli ve çoğu yırtık.personel çok alakasız.Verilen ücreti hak etmiyor.

Das Hotel ist auf den ersten Blick sehr schön. Die Lage ist super, der Pool und der Ausblick auf das Meer traumhaft. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Allerdings lässt die Hygiene und Sauberkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig! Es ist sehr dreckig! Die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche sind fleckig und riechen als wären sie schon benutzt gewesen. Die Zimmer, vor allem das Bad renovierungsbedürftig. Alles wirkt schmierig und überall sind Haare. Zimmer mit Meerblick - Familienzimmer auf 2 Stöcke -kaputte Böden -defekter Fön -dreckige, schmierige Scheiben -Duschboden mit Schimmel befallen -kaputte Klobürste -dreckige Handtücher -defekter, übel riechender Kühlschrank -fleckige Bettwäsche usw…. (siehe Bilder) Das Frühstücksbüfett ist nicht einladend. (siehe Bilder) Für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist das Hotel definitiv nicht zu empfehlen! Preis/Leistung total daneben! Sehr, sehr schade!

Otelin konumu biraz tepedeydi. Denize yürüyerek gitme imkanı yoktu. Havuzu var ve güzeldi. Otopark sorunu yoktu. Yemekler için şunu söyleyebilirim 3 gün konakladık ve 3 gün üst üste tavuk ve hindi vardı. Yemeklerin lezzetinde sorun yoktu ama açıkbüfe de 3 gün tavuk yemekte istemiyorduk. Odaya ilk giriş yaptığımızda temizlikte sorunu vardı yeniden detaylı temizlik istedik. Duş ve taharet musluklarında sıkıntı vardı arıza durumunu bildirdik duş musluğunu yaptılar ancak taharet musluğunu yapmadılar. Minibar buzdolabında 2 adet su vardı ama dolabın soğutması çok iyi değildi. Otel içerisinde alkol fiyatları ortalamaydı. Personel sayısı zaten az otel küçük ve herşey selfservis olduğundan personelle ilgili yorum yapılacak bir durum bulamıyorum. Kahvaltısı da ortalama boyuttaydı çeşit vardı ama kahvaltının lezzet seviyesi ortaydı. Odalar büyük balkon kısmı güzel. Tatilinden sakinlik ve dinlenmeyi bekleyenler hiç otelden çıkmadan memnun kalabilir. Gençler için biraz sıkıcı bir oteldi.

Terrible- only 5 star item was the bed as it was super comfy. The views were amazing also. Reception area was very nice & staff were friendly. Went up to our room to find bathroom door would not close. There were a few lights in the room not working. The paint was in need of tlc. Shower was poor quality as it did not come out the shower head properly. Would not recommend with children or for a long period of time. - we were woken up by other guests shouting and laughing outside our door early hours of the morning. We complained to the front desk but unsure if they were spoken too. We only stayed for two nights but would not stay again.

Opzich wel goed. De bedden goed kamers schoon alleen deur ging niet op slot. De fohn was kapot wc werkte ook niet bij aankomst en duurde vijf min voordat het water van de douche warm werd. Ook werd de kamer niet schoongemaakt en kregen we geen schone handdoeken. 1 x verwisseld in vier dagen tijd en geen enkele dag is er schoongemaakt. Wat achterstallig onderhoud was er ook. Maar voor de prijs dis wel oke

The room was spacious. The bed was very big and comfortable.There was, however, no A/C in the upstairs section of the family room so it was hot up there. The pool and pool side were very nice. Staff helpful and friendly. The breakfast however was very poor and similar to one a basic guest house would offer. It was mainly salad items and sweaty cheese. Missing was a choice of breads and pastries. Eggs boiled only - no omelette. Cereal was the cheap type and the sausage the highly processed type.The toaster didn’t work and the coffee was bad.

Un paio di notti, leggermente decentrato, 10 minuti a piedi dall'inizio di Kusadasi. Siamo arrivati a fine stagione e la colazione era un po' limitata dato i pochi ospiti presenti. I ragazzi della reception sono fantastici, disponibili e gentile. Bella la vista, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Hôtel super calme, vue sur mer à couper le souffle et propreté parfaite. La piscine est au top et le personnels au petit soin… petit bémol pour le petit déjeuner que nous avons trouvé assez simpliste mais bon. Nous avions la suite qui est un Triplex sur 3 niveaux vraiment top!!!

Siento no dar una opinión positiva, pero desde que entras ni te dan información de la zona , ni que en la estación hay unos domus que se cogen por 1 euro y te llevan a Efeso,Te mandan a otro edificio a la habitación con las maletas sin carro(lo tienen para otro uso).Lejos de todo taxi para arriba taxi para abajo , Poco personal lo llamábamos el hotel triste.El desayuno malísimo. Ni un día han acertado con las toallas (3 personas). A las 8.30 te gritan y golpean la puerta para limpiar. Me gusto la piscina y las vistas

Bel hôtel , près du centre, nous sommes restés 5 jours, ni le ménage et ni les lits n'ont été fait durant notre séjour, le personnel au bar du restaurant sont très sympathiques ainsi qu'à la réception et les dames de menage.

Terrible drive into hotel. Building site and stray dogs. No sheets in bedroom. Mouldy leaking aircon. No cups etc either. Food very ordinary with no atmosphere in restaurant area. Very overpriced for the offering. On the positive Lovely young who were trying their best but too few of them. Great views but a long ugly walk to beach.

Gute Lage 10/15min Fußweg Zur Stadt Stadtnah super Meerblick, ruhig Preisleistung gut Info: Im Februar kann man nicht im Pool schwimmen dreckig und das Wetter ist zu kalt dafür. Zimmer war ok sauber aber die Fenster hätten sie putzen können 😬

This hotel is a little gem. Really easy going and quiet. Views from balconies are great. Really enjoyed staying in this hotel.

Rooms - we had a family room and to be honest we couldn’t fault it. A few sockets hanging out the wall with wires showing was about the only negative. Very spacious rooms with great balconies and beds. Pool area- we were the only people around the pool most days, no music on, we ended up going to a nearby hotel for a better atmosphere. Food- breakfast is your typical Turkish breakfast with a small choice of meats/cheeses, bread and conserves. They also have 3 containers for hot food which most days contained eggs, and then varied between cheese pastry, Turkish sausages, chip, wedges, even spaghetti bolognese one morning?! We wanted to grab some lunch on our first day and upon asking the restaurant for food we were given a menu but everything we asked for we were told “sorry we don’t Have” so in the end we had to settle with a burger and a plate of chips as it was the only thing they had. Definitely not your typical lunch time pool snack bar that we’re used to. Very little English is spoke here as the majority of the guests seemed to be Turkish but it was enough to get by when we needed it.

Odamız deniz manzaralı çok güzeldi . Oda banyo temizdi. Kahvaltı çok iyi değildi biraz zayıf kalmış otelin konumuna konseptine göre daha iyi olabilirdi.

Sorry! I don't like this hotel when stay 2-days in Sept'25 because room service not okay and also breakfast are very poor so ovel all not satisfied !!!!
