Vi hadde noen fantastiske dager i Italia. Hotellet ligger i vakre omgivelser og har et flott og innbydende bassengområde. Hyggelig og kunnskapsrik betjening som kom med gode råd om transport og utflukter. (et lite minus var sengene)

Det var fantastisk hotell med allt poolområdet var fantastiskt. Personalen var jättetrevliga. Maten var god och väldigt fin utsikt.

Absolutely lovely staff. If you are old or unfit stay away as the slope to the hotel is tough. Room could do with a little maintenance, overall lovely hotel. Bus stop to Sorrento is 4 minute walk along with a restaurant & supermarket

Actually, this is a nice hotel/resort. Nice place, nice people and nice "appartment" (housekkeping even cleaned the kitchen/all cutlery every day). Amazing view from the pool or restaurant (great dishes!) down to the see (hotel is located high up on the hill). Location might not be ideal depending on what you plan to do (even from bus stop to the hotel it is a pretty steep 10 min way up), but not that much of an issue if you organised tours (pick up at the hotel). And if you come with your car, there are plenty of parking spaces. Unfortunately there is a huge huge downside which is why I can only give one star! The mattress is totally worn out, actually beyond that! We couldn't sleep in that bed, not even one person alone could. Luckily there were two additional single beds we could use...not ideal but worked for 2-3 nights. otherwise we would been forced to leave. Most important thing at a hotel is being able to have a good sleep, so this is an absolute no-go! Impossible to sleep = 1 star rating. It doesn't help if everything else is great. I hope the hotel reads that, takes care of replacing the mattress and generally puts a focus on the mattress matter in the future.
