La atención de la Recepcionista a nuestra llegada excelente, una chica muy agradable y se esforzó al 100 para hablar Español. En el check out, la señora que nos atendió, excelente y muyyyyy amable. Igual con el traductor nos ayudó mucho. La chica y la señora muy simpaticas

Para ser un hotel de carretera, me impresionó que todo estuviera muy limpio, los baños impecables totalmente blancos cero manchas en pisos y paredes de mohos, las camas bastante cómodas. En general fue una buena experiencia

Eww! The first room we were assigned appeared to have used dirty linens on one of the beds. Room look as if had not been cleaned in a while. Crumbs and dust on desk and floor. Phone was unplugged so we had to reconnect. Dust bunnies everywhere! The front desk did get us another room. The second room we were assigned did appear to have clean linens. Shower head looked to be deteriorating. Room (and entire hotel) needs a good deep clean. Pool has rust spots in it and needs to be brushed. Breakfast was ok. We do they had a few more options for people with dietary restrictions and allergies. Staff did not open breakfast until after 6 am and still were bringing items out. Staff gave us a difficult time and questioned why we were requesting additional bath linens. Staff overall seemed very bothered with having to handle customer questions and concerns. We overheard from the hallway a night staff saying that they would not do things because “it’s not my job”. This is not the type of experience that we expected from a hotel charging over $120 a night.
