A very good single night stay. Room was clean and modern. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lounge set up with hockey theme and celebration of the Stanley Cup winning Florida Panthers. Only issue was a server issue causing TV services to be somewhat unstable and difficult to navigate between channels and making some network connections fail. Hopefully this will soon be resolved. Breakfast included and had excellent offerings. Rating: A-

The room was great only stayed 3 nights so was not planning on cooking the fridge came in handy would definitely stay again if the need arises. I love the popcorn in the afternoon heard about cookies that are awesome but I missed out. Nice having a bar there with pizza for a late night food.

I spent a little over two weeks here, and have never felt so comfortable in a hotel! Everyone was friendly, kind, and extremely accommodating. The room was spacious and well stocked. The pool was nice and warm, and I enjoyed it daily.

We had a great time, and enjoyed the hotel. We did have some issues (the body wash, soaps were empty in the bathroom, the room was not properly cleaned out, there were clothes, toys from prior guests, the iron blew out the fuse everytime we used it, the bedroom tv didn't work, etc). Despite these issues, the staff was nice, great location, kitchen is always a plus when traveling with kids. The breakfast food was not great but it was something to hold us over until lunch time. I would like to believe it was bad timing. I would try them again. Pool was great.

Only disappointment was the surprise parking fee of $10 per day, which wasn't clear when booking, and it's unreasonable to charge a parking fee for a property that is far from congested areas - it's not like it was in the middle of Manhattan.

We had a 1 bedroom suite. It had a full kitchen! So large! Excellent for a family. Lobby very clean. Breakfast typical but sufficient and is included in rate. The only drawback is the entrance is not clearly marked.

They didn’t want to give us clean towels we had to hunt staff down to get it and even then it still took another 2 hours before we got it! Also there were roaches in our room! Disgusting!

My room was dusty. There was a stain in 1 towel and hair coiled into another. A/C Wouldnt stay on. Or just came on intermittently even when changed from auto to Fan-On, Hi. Bathroom filled with dust.. mold on the tiles in the bath area. Shower head wasn't spraying well so had to find just the right rotation to get a good jet. Everwhere else was decent. Lobby was very clean. General areas were clean. Staff very friendly. Coffee was great!. Breakfast options were good. Didn't eat there so I cant comment but eggs, sausage, oatmeal, fruit and waffles were available.

Spent over 700 for 2 days at their suite. Couldn’t even get the basic necessities done like garbage changed, new towels/ toiletry without have to call the front desk for hours and having to physically speak to someone for it. Never got compensated for the terrible experience

The hotel was pretty nice. The worst part was the toilet in the room was awful and barely flushed. The AC in the room also didn't cool the bedroom unless the door was open to the living room. However, the staff was super nice. Angel at the front desk was the best, and she helped us a ton. She went above and beyond, and I cannot compliment her enough.

The young lady that assisted me at check in was very pleasant and provided a quick and easy check in. The hotel was well kept outside and in. Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again, if in the area.

Angel at the front desk was amazing. She was extremely professional and helpful. Wash cloths are too small and the shower is too slippery! No lotion or toothbrush holder provided. All in all it was an excellent stay!

Its a really nice property, I love the location,the person on duty when I checked in was OUTSTANDING (I cant remember his name) and would give 5 stars except for one thing: 2 nights of my 13 night stay, the power went out to part of my room in the middle of the night, including the air conditioning. Anyone who stays in south Florida knows that waking up in a pool of sweat is never comfortable. I reported it the first time, and maintenance came and fixed it, but a terrible nights sleep can partially ruin the next day of your vacation. It happened a 2nd time, and when I went to check out yesterday I started to tell the person at the reception desk that these 2 events were my only complaint- I wanted to tell her that the power going out in your HOTEL room is not really something you hear about (especially the A/C) and I was about to ask for a partial credit and the receptionist literally walked away from me while I was attempting to summarize my stay. I ordinarily dont write reviews but seriously, your A/C going out in the middle of the night in a hotel in south Florida is not a pleasant thing to wake up to, and the one individual had zero interest in listening to me, they should have offered me some partail credit for those 2 nights

During the second night of my trip, my toilet wouldn’t flush upon asking for assistance. I was told that maintenance doesn’t come in until the following morning at 7 am. We had a reservation with a 3:00p check-in. My wife and I decided to go early to do some sightseeing and visit some businesses we enjoy. Unfortunately my wife’s back was hurting and she could barely walk. We had plans that evening and also the next day that were already booked. Usually if my wife can lay down for a few hours her pain is manageable for a while. Rather than going home we decided to go to the hotel and see if we could get an early check in. If we couldn’t, we were just going to head home. At the hotel I offered to pay for an unoccupied room from the previous night in order to get us in early. No need , Rose, the wonderful employee at the front desk , went above and beyond to get us checked in early. She looked diligently for a room that was ready for us. She didn’t hesitate for second to try and get us in. Needless to say , because of Rose , our stay was saved . We have stayed in about 100 hotels over the years including many comped suites in Las Vegas at very high end properties. None of them showed us the compassion that Rose did . From now on when we travel , we travel l quite a bit, Residence Inn will be our first choice Thank you Rose, Paula & Terry Tkachuk

We had a 1 bedroom suite. It had a full kitchen! So large! Excellent for a family. Lobby very clean. Breakfast typical but sufficient and is included in rate. The only drawback is the entrance is not clearly marked.

A very good single night stay. Room was clean and modern. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lounge set up with hockey theme and celebration of the Stanley Cup winning Florida Panthers. Only issue was a server issue causing TV services to be somewhat unstable and difficult to navigate between channels and making some network connections fail. Hopefully this will soon be resolved. Breakfast included and had excellent offerings. Rating: A-

Dates Thursday 12/5/24-Monday 12/9/24 (Corrections) My room wasn't cleaned on Satursday Garbage was smelling all over the room, the floor were dirty since Friday until Sunday, I reported it but they waited until Sunday Evening after I said something about my room wasn't cleaned on Satursday. We were very impressed and pleased with our stay at this hotel. Angel met us with a warm and friendly greeting and throughout our stay made sure we had everything we needed. The cleanliness of the room, the friendliness of all employees, the excellent breakfast selection was so welcome and appreciated. Great place to stay!

We had a great time, and enjoyed the hotel. We did have some issues (the body wash, soaps were empty in the bathroom, the room was not properly cleaned out, there were clothes, toys from prior guests, the iron blew out the fuse everytime we used it, the bedroom tv didn't work, etc). Despite these issues, the staff was nice, great location, kitchen is always a plus when traveling with kids. The breakfast food was not great but it was something to hold us over until lunch time. I would like to believe it was bad timing. I would try them again. Pool was great.

My room was dusty. There was a stain in 1 towel and hair coiled into another. A/C Wouldnt stay on. Or just came on intermittently even when changed from auto to Fan-On, Hi. Bathroom filled with dust.. mold on the tiles in the bath area. Shower head wasn't spraying well so had to find just the right rotation to get a good jet. Everwhere else was decent. Lobby was very clean. General areas were clean. Staff very friendly. Coffee was great!. Breakfast options were good. Didn't eat there so I cant comment but eggs, sausage, oatmeal, fruit and waffles were available.

This was our 2 nd time staying here and we were disappointed. We stayed in room 315. The bathroom had mold in the shower and the carpet did not look clean. The bed was comfortable. The refrigerator was very loud. I do not know if I would stay here again.

Our room was clean. We used up the towels after our first night’s stay. I asked the person at the front desk in the morning to have the towels replaced for our second nights stay. When we returned in the evening, no one replaced the towels, made the bed or emptied the trash cans n our room. I went to the front desk and they gave me the towels I needed. Breakfast was good. The second day they had the usual scrambled eggs and three other hot options with breakfast meats. Not everyone eats meat and it would be nice if they included a potato option in their selection, which is a common feature on breakfast menus. I am sorry I didn’t have my own body wash. The body wash in their dispenser has an awful chemical smell. It reminds me of insecticide. Staff is very nice.
