Best Western Plus LaCrescent - LaCrosse

Convenient location and a newer hotel with a great tavern located next door. Staff was not to enthusiastic but the room was very clean and comfortable.

The room was very clean and nice. The staff were attentive and open for questions. The continental breakfast was great - food was hot and had a lot of options that most continental breakfasts don’t have.

The pillows were terrible. I did have to fix that by rolling the sheet up to make it feel softer. The I’d say I’ve had better. She did not keep it up as far as cleanliness. I didn’t even want a cup of coffee because it was just a mess under there. I didn’t want to put my cup down. I would say the person did not keep up with the amount of people eating, i.e. for example the pancakes were not replaced. I had to ask for them to put another bag in so I could have one.

Our stay was excellent! Our king suite was very clean, including the bathroom. Very spacious, we like to get a suite when staying for more than one night as it gives us more space. The bed was a little harder than we're used to, but it was still comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection. Lobby was clean and staff was very friendly.
