The only thing I would say is a negative is.. there was no coin machine toget quarters in the laundry. Other than that? It was great

Unaware of people, actually living at the hotel. Along with the most inconvenient issue, the elevator being down and had to walk up 4 flight of stairs. Hotel blames elevator company.

Room clean. Floors of laminated plank, no carpet. No Hand towels in bathroom. Only one person on wiFi before charged. Kitchenette without cookware or serviceware unless paid. TV adequate. AC/Heating good. Water flow in sink very low. Shower adequate. Smell of cigarette smoke coming in Bathroom vent. One bar of soap. These hotel rooms for someone bringing everything. Stayed two nights with no maid service. You basically get a room with linen and need to provide everything else. This hotel only about 2.5 years old. EXTENDED STAY, BYO things or find another place to stay!!!

The room & hotel was clean. But, when we got there they had us set up for a single queen room, which was not what we booked. There was 3 of us, so luckily the employee that checked up is noticed & was able to switch us to 2 double beds. The beds still were not the 2 queen beds that we booked, but I did not say anything. I was just happy we had a 2nd bed. The WIFI though was a deal breaker for us. You are allowed ONE device to hook up to the Wifi there. I got my son's wifi set up & then went to log into my laptop to do some work & they wanted to charge us for a 2nd device. That was a bummer.

Need ice buckets and ice machine

The location on corporate blvd is a convenient location if you plan to travel to Quantico Marine Base or the museum. It also is located aling route 1 and next I-95 corridor. As for the downside, there are no restaurants nearby. You have to drive either South to Aquia or stafford, or North to Manassas. As well, there are no amenities such as a pool, coffee bar or breakast bar. It was relatively clean, but had a sufficient security plan. It was at the end of corporate blvd and was very quiet

There were roaches in the room. The shower/bathtub is the smallest I've ever been in. The mattresses felt as if they were made of paper-maiche. Only two small, flat pillows per bed. Despite having a kitchen in the room, there were no dishes or cookware provided. The gym was out of order and closed entirely. Everything in the rooms and common areas appeared run down and in desperate need of a refresh. I feel sorry for the people who book extended stays there.

Property was ok, I'd return if needed, but not eager to go back. There was a bit of a funky, stale smell in the common areas, could be a one time thing. Otherwise stay was ok.

The room is dirty floor,the tv dirty,towels dirty,the room smells really bad a dirty mop dusting everything I never complain about something in hotel but this one need really clean and I rent 2 room and both the same

Staff deserves a better hotel. It was pretty gross!! Carpet was gross and made my eyes water. It felt like you were walking on a soggy sponge. I had to invest in house shoes because I didn’t want to walk on it barefoot. Nasty smell. Roaches crawled around everywhere. We left with bite marks all over our body. We never confirmed if it was bed bugs or not because they put this cover on the bed that won’t allow you to physically see the mattress. Now that we are no longer at the hotel, the bumps are going away. Like I said, staff is great and deserves a much better hotel.

Room had a leak in it, disgusting toilets, spend the 200 dollars more and get a good place

Nice clean motel at a reasonable price!

Very clean. Beds were very uncomfortable. Staff were pleasant.

- no one tending front counter quite often - called front counter from room: no answer - no coffee in room. Only available in lobby from 7-11 am‼️ - no breakfast available that I know of. No one to ask❗️ - no insulation in walls between room ;you hear everything. - no clock/radio to set up morning ⏰‼️

There was a stinky smell in the lobby area & my TV did not work in my room, had to move rooms twice for the same issue

Construction of the property apparently didn’t include insulating the level between the ceiling of one room and the floor of the room above.

The hotel was adequate to my needs. It’s no frills when it comes to the room. No Kleenex holder in the bathroom, no hand towels (just bath towels and wash cloths), no amenities like shampoo, conditioner, lotion, no carpet, no hairdryer, and no curtains just blinds. Room felt humid even though AC was on. The staff was very nice, and pleasant. The room was moderately clean.

If someone is a light sleeper, needs to request the odd number rooms. Our was facing I95 which is very noisy.

Positive hotel is for long stays, laundry facilities and gym on site. Full kitchen (fridge, stovetop, sink and microwave). There were no dishes or kitchen supplies. The room had very basic furnishings, cheap bedding. The mattress was way too firm and uncomfortable. The property is animal friendly and there was dog hair in our room, bathroom and shower.

The person who stayed one room above me was loud all night till 2am for both nights.

When I asked staff I was told that they called the gas company to fix the issue, so after working a 12 hour day I couldn't take a shower and the next morning the water was still ice cold! There is NO amenities, no coffee maker in room, even tho the rooms have a kitchenet there are no cooking utensils, although they have a sign that says you can buy them, when I asked about a coffee maker I was told they don't have any, the bed was not comfortable, a lumpy mattress on a spring, bedding was rough, not of good quality. There was also no hangers provided for hanging clothes. Definitely not a place for business travelers! I had to plan this trip quickly for work and thought I was booking at a place I stayed at other times I went there, It was not the same place with a similar name that's up the road. Yes it is cheaper then others but I would definitely pay more for hot water, comfortable bed, and coffee, the other place up the road even has a great breakfast spread. I don't mind roughing it a bit, but this place has absolutely nothing that would make me want to go back there! I will say the staff was friendly, so I blame the owners for the terrible conditions, no hot water and I still had to pay full price for my stay, no offer of a discount for my inconvenience, I will be contacting someone about that and demanding a partial refund!

The front desk personnel was unavailable and not helpful.

The receptionist was rude upon check in. I checked in at 247pm and was asked if I requested an early check in. Was told we’re about to do a shift change. I requested her name and she asked why I needed it and declined. I reported her to corporate. Very nasty attitude.

Doesn't fully match the photos but great staff and decent accommodations for the pricing and location is amazing everything is close by.

We booked and informed came late for check in but door was closed and as per guidelines ext 500 wasn’t answering I have to go Hampton inn and get room Need my refund asap

During the checkin process I stood at counter for 15 mins sign said they were helping others. Called the number listed and they finally showed up.Asked if I could use restroom and was told i could use the one in my room .i could see restroom next to elevator but door was locked.The room had strong odor possibly from cleaning but not a good smell. The pillows were the worse i have ever slept on!! Seemed like they put 2 towels inside pillow cases. I left room next morning at 710am no one at front desk had not even raised the barrier yet said it opened at 7am.. would not staybthere again

This was one of the best lower cost hotels I'd stayed at. We had an annoying dog next door to us but that was not the hotel staff's fault and otherwise our stay was great. The entire staff is insanely friendly and welcoming and the on-site manager is very sweet and has nothing but good intentions for the people staying. I am staying again for a week soon and will consistently stay afterward as needed.

Best customer service experience I’ve ever had. Jessica working the front desk was amazing. Excellent at her job and some reason I would come back and recommend this hotel.

Expedia itinerary: 72768225862865 I provided my card number for $111.19 including hotel booking protection fee through Expedia to stay at WoodSpring Suites Quantico Hotel with my friend on Friday, 3/22/2024. I spoke with the female staff in the hotel counter on the phone on Thursday, 3/21/2024 L.A. time at 12:09 p.m., and I told her that I would be there after 11 p.m. on Friday night. She said I can check in until 2 a.m. We flew from L.A. to Washington Airport at 9:30 p.m. and arrived at the hotel in a rental car at about 11:20 p.m., but there was no one at the counter, the blinds on the counter windows were down and we called several times for half an hour, but no one answered the phone, so we couldn't check in. On a rainy, cold, dark night, the hotels around us had no rooms, so we managed to stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton Woodbridge Virginia Hotel in the distance of 10 miles, but the hotel cost was $311.97 per night. I believe that this $311.97 should be refunded from Expedia. I definitely made a reservation through Expedia to stay at WoodSpring Suites Quantico Hotel, but I couldn't check in. Also, Virginia is the first unfamiliar place I've ever visited in my life, because I and my friend were in a desperate situation on a tired, cold, rainy dark night.

Great front desk staff very friendly

Great for business travel to the businesses in the adjacent business park. All are walkable.

Set away from busy roads, great iutdoor area to unwind, very friendly

Was a good comfortable stay. Didn’t read that pets were allowed, so had a dog next door, but behaved I guess. Staff was nice. Good location for the Marine Corps Museum.

Excellent proximity to base and good food close enough to have delivered. The property around looked like there was still unfinished construction going on, but if there is improvements going on that's a good thing.

The hotel was in a quiet business plaza. There were small shops and a bank near, stores were in short driving distance

The chair in the room was a kitchen table chair. There is no coffee maker in the room or available in the lobby for 20 of the 24 hour day. I was told you have to ask for a coffee maker as I was checking out but it wasn't mentioned to me in advance.

The stay was satisfactory. Didn’t have a breakfast setting like most of the other hotels but other than that the service was good.

Excellent customer service. Had an issue and it was fixed immediately by the staff. The only draw back I could see is although they gave free coffee they could’ve gave some danishes or muffins to go with it. Other than that the room was clean and they checked on the trash. I’d stay there again.

The property is located right outside of MCB Quantico and very convenient for family day and graduations from OCS. We booked four rooms and each was unique in what it provided. One room had soap and shampoo, one had a bath mat, one had a plastic mattress protector, and one had extra towels, but none had all of it. I would recommend a standard makeup for rooms and to ensure there is a means to make coffee each morning as the coffee machine in the lobby was not working.

It was clean and comfortable, but it is designed more for extended stays than short visits. It is also pet friendly and that may bother some people. The rooms have kitchenettes, so the hotel doesn't offer breakfast, and coffee is only available certain hours. It has very good free Wi-Fi.
