⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Un excellent séjour ! Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au Santa Monica Proper. L’hôtel est magnifique, avec une décoration élégante et une ambiance à la fois chic et design. Les chambres sont confortables, très propres et bien équipées. Le personnel a été accueillant et attentionné tout au long de notre séjour. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le rooftop, la piscine et les restaurants, qui contribuent vraiment à l’expérience. L’emplacement est très pratique : on peut facilement rejoindre la plage et de nombreux restaurants à pied. Au final, c’était probablement notre hôtel préféré de notre road trip en Californie. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter et le recommandons vivement.

We were very disappointed with our experience at the Proper Hotel. We called numerous times to ask when our room would be ready, but no one could provide a clear answer or meaningful update. The staff we spoke with were short and generally unhelpful, which only added to the frustration. Even reaching someone by phone was unnecessarily difficult, requiring several automated prompts before we could speak with a person. For a hotel at this price point and reputation, we expected a much higher level of communication, hospitality, and service. Unfortunately, the experience fell well short of those expectations.

Second stay here -Really love it. Was initially unhappy with the first room I was checked into and the staff obliged in finding me a more suitable room. Thanks to Irena! Pool is amazing and honestly why I came back. Only downside is the amount of children at the pool. Rooms are lush, beds are clouds!
