Had a great stay here. Staff were very kind and welcoming. Reception was helpful up until I was checking out. They unfortunately left the new girl on her own and she was a bit confused about what I owed. It took a lot longer than expected, but thankfully my flight was delayed so it wasn't an issue getting to the airport on time. Also, the management later contacted me because they thought I hadn't paid my full bill, but it was because hotels.com/Expedia didn't give them the full amount even though I pre-paid before I even arrived. Thankfully I had proof that I had paid or else the hotel would have charged me extra. Hopefully, the process is improved in the future, other than that, I had a lovely stay.

Excellent hotel. The rooms are clean and secure with a nice view, the staff are helpful and kind, and the food is good. It's a quiet neighborhood with access to tourist locations. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Discount at the neighboring spa.

The hotel's water was terrible. The water for shower was mustard yellow muddy. Their initial response was monsoon. It got better but the water was never crystal clear. The staff was trying to be helpful but many of them just don't listen to their customers.
