Rooms were bright and clean with open space. The rest of the hotel was equally nice. Breakfast was good also. A big drawback is the need to valet park. The parking attendants were great. But when you add $40-$45 in parking costs, the cost of the stay increases significantly. There must be some way to accommodate self parking.

The room was very roomy and clean. I ask for a Couple more bath towels and never did get them. We both like one for our body and one for our hair. Nice breakfast and cocktails. The pool was closed bummer!! Friday we could sit around and play games but Saturday they didn’t let anybody in at all. Good location easy walk to Atlantic Ave. Need a car or Uber FreeRide to the beach.

This hotel was great very nice clean and friendly staff. The only reason I gave it a 4 star on property was because we wanted to use the pool and it was closed the third day we got there. We did go to the beach but my boyfriend is more of sitting in the shade and the umbrellas and pool were nice the first day we were looking forward to using it but couldn’t. Other than that hiccup I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for an inexpensive getaway in Delray close and in walking distance to downtown. The staff was excellent.

Not bad for a Hampton Inn. Pricey for a room and it cost me over 59 bucks a day to park. Hotel charges $36. A day to park and a tip each time you take your car out. No self parking, which is what I prefer to save time each time you want to use your car.

Very efficient hotel. Comfortable rooms, comfortable beds. Clean, nice breakfast, nice fitness room, extremely friendly staff. Excellent location close to the beach and walking distance to beautiful downtown Delray. This hotel is not a resort or luxurious. For a designated 3 star hotel, it's a fine place to say.

I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. One front desk clerk found me some hot chocolate when I asked for it and another one helped deal with noisy neighbors early in the morning. The workout room was well-equipped. The breakfast was satisfying. We would go there again if we're ever back in Delray Beach!

Two nights in a row I had to ask for 2 extra towels. They provide only 2 of the bath towels and we were 2 people. I use a second towel to dry my hair. On the third day, we came back at 230 after leaving at 9 am and then left again at 4 but room was never cleanned that day. Underground garage very convenient but $20/day in a residential neighborhood for guests??

Woke up to bugs crawling everywhere at midnight. Had to grab belongings and go to front desk in pajamas at midnight for a room change. Needless to say I did not sleep much. Very gross!

Not the best, butter better than average, Hampton Inn I have stayed at. I was there for 3 nights, and the room was never serviced despite speaking directly with a housekeeping supervisor. The room was fairly large, and the bed very comfortable. Lots of lobby space set up smartly for working before/after checkin/checkout.

Good location. Can walk to the main street where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. The room was okay, the bedding was missing the sheet. I had to ask the front desk for a sheet. The room had a strange smell to it, as well as the bedding. The free breakfast looked horrible. I went down to see what they had and nothing looked appetizing. I wouldn’t stay here again. I think it is good if you’re looking for something close to the restaurants and in walking distance of activities.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn Delray Beach for a family trip. The property is beautiful, with a nice atmosphere, a great location, and friendly staff. We had stayed here before and our experience was excellent in every way, so we were surprised and disappointed this time to find the bathroom in our room not properly cleaned, and even a cockroach in the room. While we still appreciate the hotel’s overall ambiance and service, this issue significantly affected our stay.

The hotel is newer and in great condition. Our room was clean except for some hairs in the shower and on the towels. The staff was very friendly. But my reason for 3 stars in you have to use Valet to park your vehicle for $30/night!!! We already paid over $200 for a basic room looking onto the entrance of the hotel (which means it wasn't anything to look at). I wish we had paid a little more and just stayed at the Delray Sands or even the Marriott down the block looked just as new and nice but had a roof top lounge at least. I wouldn't stay here again.

The ladies that were working, the breakfast were phenomenal outstanding customer service. However, when it came to the hotel itself, theirNo safe in room-Had to get our towels at the front desk, the bathroom tile floor needs to be cleaned it was dirty..The young man that was working the desk was not personable. He was grumpy. not one bit friendly. There was a young lady working in the daytime. That was nice and customer service.

Do yourself a favor and stay in the Hyatt Place down the street. This hotel is just far enough from downtown to be a bit of an annoying walk with minimal foot traffic and on our last night around 11-12 my wife and I were yelled at by someone who started following us for the last block which was legitimately unnerving to the point that we ran into the building to get away from them. When we got inside the property we told the front desk person who just said something along the lines of it being typical to have drunk people around the downtown area. Beyond that incident, the train tracks are nearby and noisy, the pillows are extremely uncomfortable, the air conditioning is just window units which blow directly on you while you sleep, and the parking is expensive.

Disappointing stay for the most part sadly. Worse things: shower had the worse pressure i’ve ever experienced. and was impossible to get proper temperature. one night took cold shower as water never got hot. Sink was odd as faucet is off to side and barely protrudes into sink making hard to use and keeping water from countertop. and why no toilet seat cover? gross, as it’s much cleaner to put seat down when flushing. otherwise fecal matters you don’t see flies out. breakfast.stayed 3 days. not enough seating for all guests. One of the two pancakes mix containers never worked, never fixed. and why no bacon. two diff sausage types every day. odd. $20 night self park. Got stuck in elevator one day (just for few minutes) and then it was out of order rest. heard someone says elevators out again. . wonder how often happens. good: location. few blocks from atlantic ave. quiet and clean hotel. had pool though didn’t use. spacious rooms. parking was in/out privileges. Price was reasonable for the location. not sure i’d stay there again.

Michael the hotel manager was very helpful in solving two minor problems with the room. We booked a one bedroom suite with balcony that was very spacious and well appointed.

The rooms on first floor were spacious with at least 12 foot ceilings. Bathrooms comfortable. Showers had poor water pressure. A/c worked poorly. Electricity spotty which made charging electronics hit or miss. And WiFi worked barely or not at all. I did like the all-day self-serve coffee bar in the lobby. Would have liked full size bottled water and coffee shop availability. Small fridge in room worked very well but as a guest without wheels,I had no way of buying beverages to keep cool.

The overall staff provided excellent customer service. The staff was one of the overall most courteous and friendly individuals I have experienced. This included the inside personnel and those responsible for car parking. One thing I did not like was that each time we checked in and out our car, we received an on-line text urging to tip the valet personnel. My wife and I tip very well is one of the reasons this bothered me considering providing a tip on line generally mean the employee will only get a portion of the tip and corporate gets a share. I know that's business, but one I found not to be customer friendly. Overall we had a great time. Rick and Corinne

Warm and friendly staff, helpful and kind. Fresh, cozy, clean hotel. Extremely convenient location steps from Atlantic Ave, Pineapple Grove and easy walking to the beach. Pool area does not wow, but everything else was great.

I found this Hampton Inn on Expedia. My husband and I were greeted by Shirley, who could not have been more welcoming. She was friendly and helpful, recommending a nearby restaurant for dinner. The hotel appears to be brand new with well appointed rooms, facilities, and lovely decor. Having many hooks in the bathroom to hold towels, clothing, etc., was practical and appreciated. Highly recommend! We will return!

Horrible customer service. Front desk staff, argue with customers, call them names, extremely unprofessional, refuses to print receipts if you book through anyone but Hilton and if you book but pay at the facility through Expedia or hotels.com- they will call you stupid and tell you that the receipt has to come through Expedia. That is NOT correct. If you reserve through Expedia/Hotels.com but pay at the hotel- you can only get your receipt from the hotel! The front desk employee followed our party out of the hotel speaking derogatorily to us, calling us “wrong, you won’t listen, stupid, ignorant.” And this was the response to a request for a paper receipt! Worst customer service in all my years of traveling. Highly discourage this location!

I spoke with the manager but this hotel definitely lacks in customer service. The only pleasant employee encountered at the front desk was the one who was working when we left at 4am. Otherwise, the front desk associate that checked me in was rude, she only told me to insert my credit card in the machine and then asked for my ID and pointed to where the elevators are located. She didn’t explain anything about the property or area at all. Then, we asked for an iron on our second day because there was only an ironing board. We were rudely asked if we checked for an iron… of course we did which is why we called twice to ask for one. Overall, the property is really nice and new. I just wish the customer service was much better. The location is also great being walking distance to Atlantic Ave. The manager was great though and called to apologize and offered some great advice for the area.

Do yourself a favor and stay in the Hyatt Place down the street. This hotel is just far enough from downtown to be a bit of an annoying walk with minimal foot traffic and on our last night around 11-12 my wife and I were yelled at by someone who started following us for the last block which was legitimately unnerving to the point that we ran into the building to get away from them. When we got inside the property we told the front desk person who just said something along the lines of it being typical to have drunk people around the downtown area. Beyond that incident, the train tracks are nearby and noisy, the pillows are extremely uncomfortable, the air conditioning is just window units which blow directly on you while you sleep, and the parking is expensive.

The hotel was super clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient to shopping and dining on Atlantic Avenue and Pineapple Grove. The beach was a mile away.

This property exceeded our expectations. There were USB ports everywhere and it was a very clean place. Breakfast was good. Location is perfect, walkable and close to everything. Would definitely stay there again.

This hotel was great very nice clean and friendly staff. The only reason I gave it a 4 star on property was because we wanted to use the pool and it was closed the third day we got there. We did go to the beach but my boyfriend is more of sitting in the shade and the umbrellas and pool were nice the first day we were looking forward to using it but couldn’t. Other than that hiccup I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for an inexpensive getaway in Delray close and in walking distance to downtown. The staff was excellent.

The hotel was great and the location was wonderful. Staff was very friendly. Not ideal for an extended stay. No bar or restaurant and no laundry service or washer and dryer on premises.

Property was clean. Breakfast had a lot of variety, and food was delicious. Parking is on property, and very convenient. We enjoyed the pool! We walked to many restaurants and ice cream shops!!

Poor service throughout our stay ruined our visit. The hotel is so cheap (despite charging over $300 a night) that we had to call down to the front desk every morning for a second roll of toilet paper and to get fresh towels. Plus, we were awakened at night by the rattle of trains two blocks away on a regular interval. The breakfast was so mediocre that after eating it one morning, we had to make other arrangements.

We held a mini family reunion, so we rented a couple of rooms for out-of-town guests (including for ourselves). The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. Breakfast was more extensive than other hotels in this price range. The pool was also very well maintained and well used with sufficient space for everyone. My daughter and family need a late checkout due to baby nap schedule. Reggie and Alaina we are extremely helpful and accommodating in response to this request. I would recommend this as a lower cost hotel with a lot of features above its price range. Great location just off the beaten path and yet quite walkable to both the Pineapple District and Atlantic Avenue.

The overall cleanliness of the facility was impressive, thanks to housekeeping. I was able to rest and recover due to the peace and quiet in the hotel and the location itself. I only wish there was more parking in the garage. Finding spacious parking for an SUV at night was limited.
