Great staff and hotel. Not much amenities in the room which is fine because I only needed the mini fridge. They offer microwave in the lobby area. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Spacious room. Great food and shopping options. Disappointed with breakfast. No eggs, or bacon, sausage, potatoes or fresh fruit. It was all packaged food. They have a Peloton but there aren’t any workouts to use on it. Was glad to see a treadmill and elliptical. Pool table was in good shape. I liked all the different sitting options in the lobby, and access to a computer and printer.

Overall this day was okay. The only problem I have is that there's no microwave in the room. So whenever I wanted to heat my food up I had to go downstairs to the first floor in the lobby. Another problem I had was the incidental fee that I was charged. It did not tell me that on the website. So I had to figure out how to pay for it. I had cash money but they did not accept cash. I had to call in a help for him a friend and give their card number. That was inconvenient

I love staying here. The staff are always nice, the rooms and beds are comfortable, and there’s also lounging areas in the lobby where you’re able to watch tv, play pool, or just unwind. 10/10 recommend.

My room was not properly clean. Inside the shower was used soap bars and soap scum on the bottles in the bathroom. The staff was nice and reassigned my room but that bathroom had soap scum as well. Over all the stay was okay.

Room was in good condition. However, my room was not cleaned on one day. Staff said they clean the rooms every other day unless requested. The only problem is no one told me that before check in. Had I known, I may have stayed at another hotel. Just my thoughts!

The staff was friendly and the hotel was nice overall. The issue was the cleanliness of the room. We had 2 queen beds and 1 of the beds had a sour and the other had hair in it. The front desk staff changed our room and actually brought the keys to our room. Again service was great just double check the rooms.

The neighbors from the next door were fighting during the late night till the next morning. We couldn't rest for the whole night. In the other room the bathroom wasn't clean. There were hair and some mark on tissue box and no shower gel on shower area.

The water pressure in the shower was terrible. I called and it was explained that it must have been the time of day issue. I had a 3 night stay and this issue was consistent. I’m in the engineering business and this was not the correct response. I was told maintenance was to check the shower. There was never a follow up. Very disappointed

1st room 513 assigned could not shut or lock door from inside. 2nd room 401 assigned refrigerator made a loud sound constantly. 3rd room assigned king size bed facing tv had a big dip, not helpful for my back. I chose to sleep on the side by the window so not to fall in the dip. The water pressure was horrible.

I especially liked that there was no icky carpet because I have allergies. I also really liked the step in shower and the soap and shampoo containers on the walls versus little bottles and soaps. The decor was nice and cheery, too, with Scandinavian vibe. It was my first time staying in a Tru and I was very happy with my stay.

My issue is with both Tru Hotel and Expedia for booking a sold out hotel! I travelled 10 hours with my family. I had a gut feeling to check everything was good. It was 10pm and I contacted Tru. The lady said “oh we were just about to call that it’s sold out.” It took TWO HOURS to find another place last minute. Do better!!!!

Brand new property surrounded by restaurants amd entertainment. One issue arose at check in. I am aware of resort fee or damage fee assest to hold. I used my cash app card to hold fee and the front desk refused my card stating that it had to be a debit card. Confused at this statement, Cash app debit cards are accepted at every hotel including this company at other locations.. The front attended really could not provide details on refused funds. So, we ended up using a primary debit card to clear the issue

We were late getting to hotel due to traffic/weather. The night clerk was welcoming & happy to fulfill my request for non-feathered pillows & an extra blanket. Breakfast staff were friendly & attentive. Compared to a different hotel we had stayed at the night before, it was refreshing to stay at such a fresh & clean place for a quick sleep before continuing on our way.

At check in the staff was not friendly and seemed overwhelmed. I discovered immediately that the toilet in my room was running non-stop and was very loud. I asked the front desk to send maintenance to fix it. Upon returning to my room I could see that someone had attempted to fix it (they left dirty plastic gloves in my trash can). The toilet ran for my full 2 day stay.

Coffee cold, view of the roof of next door building, had a bunch of kids running and knocking on doors, at breakfast the people getto taking up all the breakfast and stacking on plates and bringing back to their rooms. Leaving breakfast practically bare for other guess.

Breakfast area was too noisy with all the TVs audio on loud and on different t channels. Babel! Too much noise from other rooms entered our room.

The room was clean. The toilettes in the bathroom were well stocked. The breakfast was good (eggs, bacon, pancakes, bagels, toast, coffee, etc.). Check-in and check-out was easy.

Overall, the stay was okay. I normally won't write a review unless the stay was outstanding or it was poor. Let me start by saying when I checked in the 2 young ladies were welcoming and inviting. Later in the night I was greeted by a giant (roach to me) waterbug. I notified the night person, who told me that it happens when it's humid. I have never seen this in a Hilton property. If I can't put my shoes on the floor, I'm not comfortable. When I checked out, I was not asked "how was everything or anything". Btw, the breakfast was good (they had bacon). So the person at the desk only asked did I want a receipt?

Clean room not staff but the hotel has many deficiencies no closet no place for clothing. Internet service is terrible. Breakfast is OK the usual fake eggs and stuff like that.
