The property is somewhat secluded but yet in the middle of everything. There is no pool on the property but there is public access to the pools of the adjacent properties. There is no housekeeping and you have to help turn the property over (take out trash, strip beds, ect). Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, just off the main dining/party street and directly next to a brewery and two very different out door bar. Staff was nice and I also rented a golf cart directly from them.

The room was clean and the staff was nice! The walls are thin, which is to be expected given that the island is a party spot, but I didn’t have trouble sleeping. We did have to strip the beds and take out the trash, which was a weird ask from a $300+/night hotel, but otherwise everything was very chill. The location is perfect, we didn’t need a golf cart except for the family fun cave.

Close to all attractions in Put in Bay. One block from main area. We had a basement bungalow. A bit sparse with furniture but clean and comfortable. Bed could be larger. Not sure it was a queen.

Rented the Lodge room. It was very small. Basically a small bedroom with a bathroom. But overall it was clean and well kept. Was expecting a 40 inch tv but was surprised with a small tiny tv hanging in the corner. Wouldn’t be a big deal any other time except football was on and no bars around we’re playing the game I wanted to watch. Also it isn’t advertised that they rent golf carts through them so we ended up spending a lot more through a different company. But again we had a great overall stay at Harriet’s house. The staff was very nice. Very close to the action and we would stay here again.

The room was small but perfect. It definitely needs a mattress topper or new mattress. Very uncomfortable. But other than that the room was close to everything. Had a couple issues with the tv but it was taking care of immediately! Very nice staff!

Our room was ready early, the staff was wonderful, and our the room was clean and comfortable. The only suggestion i would give is that we were staying in tge badement level and there were no lights fown thete. We had to use tge flashlight on our phones.

Not as advertised very small and extremely over priced. Pictures online showed multiplerooms rooms and we were all shoved in one room with 6 people some whp snored and 1 bathroom woth no lock. For the price you could stay at a 5 star hotel. Very small and confined

We had a wonderful stay at Harriet’s House in Put-in-Bay. The room was exceptionally clean, and it was clear that great attention is given to maintaining the property. The bed was very comfortable, there were plenty of towels provided, and everything in the room was spotless—including the air conditioning unit, which was dust-free and worked great. We were greeted promptly and with a friendly smile when we arrived. We were shown to our room and given information about the amenities. We rented a golf cart from them at $15/hr. This is a family run b. We met most of the family and they were all great and helpful.
