Very friendly reception always willing to help and give suggestions. Their recommendation for restaurants were spot-on every time. Also very helpful with helping us get from one place to another with suggestions of transport. Lovely rooftop bar to relax after a long day. Perfect location!

6 night stay, great looking modern hotel in a central location to some of the major attractions. Friendly and helpful staff, clean room with daily cleaning. Noise proof room, rooftop bar with a great breakfast buffet selection. Cab service upon request. Would definitely stay again.

What an amazing property! Georgio at the check in was amazing with helping us get checked in an hour or 2 early and he was so friendly showing us some recommendations around the hotel. Jose at the rooftop bar was incredible as well, so friendly and you he really helped make my wife and mine’s honeymoon special, he even dropped off a drink at the room since we were right down the hall from the bar. Location is perfect, classy people walking around, just far enough out of the chaos to not feel cramped, but also a 10-15 minute walk to everything a tourist would want to see. My only complaint would be the “hot and cold” handles on the faucets are very hard to turn if you have soap or water on your hands, we found a way to manage but that’s my only piece of criticism. Every staff member was friendly and the breakfast buffet was up to par as well.

I’d give this hotel a 3.8/5. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful! however, the room itself was not clean. The mugs for the coffee were dirty, towels had hairs on it, and the outlets weren’t working when we got in. They did fix them quickly and that was great but I wanted to relax when I got there instead of having to ask for all those things to be changed/fixed. Even after we had cleaning service one day they still never changed the coffee mugs and plate- very gross. You could see see how dirty it was. Not sure if I would stay here again. However. Area around the hotel felt calm, quiet and mostly safe. Great recommendations made by the staff.

The only good thing was that it had Netflix. The room was extremely small for a family suite horrible housekeeping and every time you showered water leaked all over the floor and soaked the bathroom, and the rooms are not sound proof. This is not a 4 star hotel just barely made 3 star

Bel hôtel, excellent service à la clientèle. Le dejeuner était excellent et très varié. Une corbeille de fruits nous attendait dans la chambre à l’arrivée. Insonorisation intérieure est moyenne, on entendait bruyamment la chasse d’eau des unités au-dessus de nous, ce qui me parait étrange pour un hôtel de ce niveau. Très belle salle de bain tout fait de marbre, mais l’angle de la douche était mauvais et l’eau coulait à l’extérieur de la douche. Lits confortables Le personnel de l’hôtel est vraiment accueillant, polis et le service 10/10. On attendait (5 min au maximum) pour le check in et on nous a invité à nous asseoir et on nous a donné des bouteilles d’eau.

The hotel is nicely remodeled, modern, very clean, very kind and helpful staff, great location, next to a mini market, food, money exchange and historical sites which is very helpful and nice. Felt safe and was a good price. Would definitely return. Would only recommend to add a shower door or something to help the water not fall all over the floor in bathroom.

Mycket bra hotell, centralt & nära till det mesta. Fräscha och noggrant städade gemensamma utrymmen & hotellrum. Fantastiskt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. We had the largest room, the Executive Room for our party of 5. Room was big and comfortable with a king size bed, queen size sleeper sofa, TV and desk in one room and two twin beds and TV in the other room. Huge bathroom. Complimentary breakfast..continental plus meats, cheeses, bacon and eggs. Outstanding, friendly, accommodating staff! Could not beat location.

El hotel fue remodelado hace poco asi que todo esta nuevo la limpieza fue muy buena mi unico pero es que las habitaciones son extremadamente chicas, yo reserve la mas grande supuestamente para 4 personas y no había espacio para abrir las maletas, en varias ocasiones me rasguñe la pierna tratando de pasar a un lado del sofa cama, yo tuve desayuno incluido y la verdad esta bastante bien, es buffet chico pero completo, la zona esta muy bien, a pasos de via nazionalle y cerca de todo

New, modern, fairly spacious room with a big smart TV. The room has all the essentials, very clean and bed is the most comfortable out of all the hotels I’ve stayed in Italy. Very friendly and courteous staff, they will go out their way to help you (i wish I know her name, the receptionist with long straight dark hair). Breakfast is nice, few selections of cooked food. Location is great, 10 mins walk to trevi fountain and train station, local supermarket right next door. One downside is the poor soundproofing of the room, in the early morning I’ve heard loud noises which sounded like cleaners cleaning, woke me up a few times and I couldn’t go back to sleep after. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This property has the worst staff ever. No hospitality at all plus rudeness. I am not sure how it is still in business with this kind of service. The rooms are mediocre. Basically just hard rock beds to sleep in. We reserved an uber for our international flight on our last day. The receptionist offered this trip to another family and left us resolving the situation on our own. Not recommending this hotel to anyone.

Bar tender Jose was great and recommended our favorite restaurant, at check-in we got a list of best restaurants from reception and we went to five which were all awesome! The 2 others that we found on our own, did come close to these. Location is perfect walking distance to most attractions, only Vatican City did we take the train to, which was a 5 min walk to. Knowing room size expectations in Italy was important, this is a very good room size and bathroom size. No iron in rooms but they bring one right up when asked, though they collect it everyday. Breakfast was adequate, same daily, so don’t expect to be wowed but their coffee selections were great! I would totally stay here again!

I do not recommend this hotel. The hotel is located in a tickytacky commercial area of Rome with no charm. Ten minute walk to anywhere remotely charming. Second, terrible customer service. Never saw my original booked room. When I told them on my arrival I was a solo traveler, the rep gave me an ‘upgrade’ she said to a three person room. I went to see it and it was nice but was like a cave it was so dark. Went back to front desk, they said they had no more rooms, I was given a four person room that at least had decent light. What happened to my original two person deluxe room? I asked to speak with the hotel manager, was told he was out. There was no hotel manager on site for the entire 5 day stay. The woman at the front desk two days into my trip told me it was her last day, the hotel manager was never on site and she was tired of dealing with all the customer complaints. My strong recommendation is DO NOT STAY HERE. The hotel is vastly overpriced for its location and amenities and poorly managed, there are much better choices of hotel in Rome!

Amazing! Definitely a fantastic establishment in a very central location. Would stay again anytime and highly recommend. Extraordinarily helpful and passionate concierge. Perfekt für einen Städtetrip. Sehr zentral. Man erreicht viel zu Fuß, ca. 20-30 Min zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Hauptbahnhof ist ca. 15 Minuten entfernt. Sind von dort aus zu Fuß zum Hotel. Das Hotel ist schön - aber sehr klein und kompakt. Frühstück ist ausreichend und Lecker. Dachterrasse ist schön aber die Aussicht ist nicht der Hit. Preise im Hotel sind in Ordnung.

The CC Palace and their staff were wonderful. We enjoyed 3 nights there and a 4th night the night before our return flight. The hotel is in an excellent location within walking distance to most sites. We even walked to the Vatican. The breakfast on the terrace was great too with lots of choices. The service was great and we would definitely stay here again.

테르미니역에서 버스로 한 정거장, 밤늦게 공항에서 기차로 로마에 도착해 걸어서 갈수있는 위치였다. 조그만 규모의 호델로 최근 내부를 리모델링하여 깨끗하였으나 조금 협소하였다. 근처에 유명 관광명소가 있어 새벽에 걷거나 뛰어서 밤의 로마를 관광하기 좋은 위치였다. 식사는 저결했으나 종류가 다소 부족했다. 직원들은 매우 친절하였다.

Pros: About 15 min walking from Roma Termini. Clean, modern, good breakfast. Great bathroom with enormous shower, one of the largest I’ve seen at European hotels. Everything on the mini bar was only 2 euros. Would stay here again! Taxi to airport can be arranged from hotel for 50 euros. Only con: One of the waitresses during breakfast was incredibly rude. Everyone else was great.
