There were washers and dryers on-site available 24 hours. Friendly staff at reception was available to make change for the machines. Room was very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

I love the thoughtfulness that has gone into making this place convenient for travelers. washers and dryers in the workout space! A real deal-peloton bike in the workout room! abundance of clean quality linens, and a comfortable bed. real coffee mugs! elevators that work. an on-demand shuttle service versus waiting. I was super impressed with the shuttle service that picked me up after a delayed flight at 3:30 AM.

The hotel says they have airport parking, but when my child and I arrived in the evening, after a long day of traveling, they told us there was no more parking available and that we would have to move our car to airport parking. So we had to go back out, take our car to airport parking then walk back to the hotel in the dark. The hotel parking lot was not even halfway full.

The hotel is right by the airport. Their shuttle.came quickly to pick us up and delivered us safely just a few minutes later. It was the perfect solution for our late night arrival.

The property was alright. We got charged more than reserved for, and though there were multiple of us checking in, we got split up between different floors. Cleaning people were banging walls and talking loudly and knocking around starting before 9am in the hallway, and the adjacent room (that could have been part of our group) was instead populated by some very loud individuals. Bathroom mirror was cracked at the corner and I cut myself trying to figure out the lighting so I could see to put on my makeup. Never could get the lighting bright enough to see in the bathroom. Dishes in the suite weren't clean. Staff was decent but somewhat disaffected and distant and not particularly accomodating.

I love to stay at Home2 Suites when I travel, usually have a great experience, clean and great staff. However this time we had a 5 day trip, the maid never came once to clean the room and when I asked why several times I was told that the room had a "Do Not Disturb" Sign up which was not true. We came for a sports tournament so were out of the room early every day and back late. When we a had to ask a few times for clean towels or toiletries since room was not being cleaned the late night staff were very rude and seemed bothered to be asked. These experience made this trip very unpleasant and not at all what we expected.

Sierra checked us in and she was fantastic to let us know where to go in the event of a tornado (there was an active watch). She even said she'd call the room if the watch was upgraded to a warning. FANTASTIC communication and willingness to keep guests safe!

The site was right by the airport. We were able to return our rental car the night prior to our very early morning departure. The next day in the still dark morning hours we walked over, on a well lite walkway, to the airport terminal through the parking garage. 👍

The room was very clean and the staff was very nice. The only thing I would like is to have a bigger variety for breakfast. But 5 stars for me.

This property is clean and well maintained. The major advantage of this hotel is that it is literally in the airport parking lot. Drive thru one simple gate from hotel and you are in the airport parking lot, park, jump on shuttle bus and you are at the terminal in a few minutes. There are no restaurants within walking distance of this hotel.

The hotel room was very clean. I give that a five star. The reason why I gave a four star on cleanliness is because around the pool area needed some attention other than that the place is very clean comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the best part about it. It’s very close to the airport literally walking distance for car rental return I would definitely stay here again. I would recommend anyone to stay here. Thank you.

Everything was great until breakfast. No good bananas or yogurt, single choice of pastry (muffin) was dry and no taste and the oatmeal, while cooked, had a lot of excess water. We asked for a less than very overripe banana and the very nice lady said that was the best and she had informed managers before. We ate at 6:30am so it wasn’t that we ate late and it was ”picked over”. It just seemed like an abbreviated effort to make a continental breakfast. Very few tasty choices. We’ve stayed at this hotel several times and never experienced such a poor breakfast. The lady overseeing this was trying to make the best of what she was given to work with - not hers, but management issue.

Very nice room, friendly staff, nice linens. Easy shuttle to the airport. $8 per day parking while you're gone. I expected airport noise, and it was there... but the air conditioner in the room was kind of noisy too. Overall, a great place!
