The hotel was great it had everything we needed. It was like home away from home. Rooms were clean, beds were nice. Kitchenette was a plus. Has a fridge, sink, dishwasher, and a little electric stove. There is also a gym, laundry room, and a pool. There is a fire pit area outside and a bar and lounging area inside. The staff was excellent and friendly. Very accommodating with all your needs. I would definitely recommend and stay here again if in Cleveland. There is a one time parking fee of $27 but you can come and go as much as you want during your stay. Easy access. Five stars!

The hotel is nice but several items in our suite were broken or didn’t work. The pool area smelled like sewer badly. The front desk seems to be way overworked, maybe not enough staff there. The food was great, the lobby was spotless and welcoming. Close to all major attractions in the city!

Perfect for our family of four. Kids enjoyed the pool. Parking was nearby and easy. Breakfast was good. Really thankful for the spacious room and kitchen. Would definitely stay again.

First, there is not enough parking spots for everyone. Too many rooms and not enough parking spaces. Went to a concert two nights in a row, got back at 2am and garage was full both nights. So they said to park on the street (not a good idea in Cleveland in middle of the night). So had to pay $30 to park in someone else’s parking lot and had to walk to hotel AT 2AM….IN CLEVELAND! Toilet only would flush occasionally and lights on our room only worked occasionally. Would avoid staying here unless it’s the only thing available.

Room was spacious and clean. Area around hotel was quiet and safe. Parking was $22 a night at parking garage. It was included in price when we checked out. Staff were so nice and helpful with dining suggestions. There is a free shuttle service for any destinations within 2 mile radius. Breakfast was served every morning for free and offered a lot of variety to choose from. Each day the choices were mixed it up a little too. They have a bar with happy hour specials and appetizers that were convenient after a day of travel on the road. Close to all attractions like Rock and Roll HOF, Westside Market, and more. Would definitely stay here again! I highly recommend.

This hotel is in an excellent location, just five minutes from Case Western and all of the fabulous museums in the area. The staff were helpful and efficient. I appreciated the large size of the hotel rooms, with all of the needed amenities (including a kitchen with everything one might need for cooking) and a spacious bathroom. The room was reasonably clean, though the floor had not been vacuumed thoroughly, there was a blood stain on the comforter, the drawers in the dresser unit were dirty, and the shower floor would have benefited from scrubbing.

The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and extremely clean. We walked down the street for dinner and had a few options. The hotel also has a complementary breakfast buffet with an amazing selection for adults and children. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

I will never book withhotels.com again. The hotel I booked was filthy. I immediately was moved to a different room on a different floor only to encounter the same filth. Hairs in and on the bed, crumbs on the nightstand, fecal stains in the toilet. I immediately got my luggage and departed.No one should have to pay for such dirty conditions.

I thought that our room was not cleaned well at all. There were hairs in the bathroom and debris on the floor throughout the room. There was no soap for the bathroom sink, no extra toilet paper, and no regular coffee packets in the kitchenette area. I would still consider staying here again because of the convenient location, but I would look around for other options first.

Unfortunately I hate to say this because I had been here before with family staying there due to location to the hospital and felt it was a nice hotel and clean. The garage and staff were nice, but once I got to the room I could barley open the door and then the door wouldn’t lock. I went down to the front desk and was told maintenance would be up. After an hour I returned and was told they had left hours ago. I had to change rooms which I was fine with because the first room was dirty ( mucous looking stuff on the wall, dust caked in the vents, crumbs In the dish holder and frig, as well as old popcorn on the floor), the mattress had no protector on it and the mattress pad was completely ripped. the second room was cleaner but there was greasy finger marks on the microwave and all over. Unfortunately due to all these issues I was in able to settle in my room until midnight with a need to get to the hospital by 5 am. It’s a nice place but communication and housekeeping need some improvement.

Our room stunk so bad like wet dog the floor and carpet was disgusting. The staff was cool but I couldn’t get comfortable because the stench was horrible. We had our baby with us I’m sad she had to experience this. We will be showering and bathing thoroughly after leaving that stinking room. Ew. Replace the carpet or at least clean the carpet

Expedia pictures show a sofa area for a King Studio Urban but the room is actually very small with no sitting area. Very disappointing since we had to spend a lot of time there. Fire Station across street was loud at times. Otherwise hotel was fine

Staff at the reception desk were not only not very helpful but also rude. Also, the electric outlets were not working when we entered the room so we had to call for them to be repaired. Shuttle drivers were really nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good and we appreciated that there were gluten free options.

The only problem I had was having to request extra bedding for the sofa bed. Had to ask 3 times before they were brought to my room. There was also loud kids running back and forth directly above of us for hours! This isn't the fault of the hotel but still worth noting.

The check in was fine. The service was awful. Needed extra sheets and pillows for the pull out couch. I had to call 3 times to finally have them delivered and they didn’t have extra pillows. Also needed another set of towels. Called the front seat 3 times again to have them delivered and no one ever showed up! The breakfast was poor quality and cold. Will not be staying at a Marriott again

The staff was outstanding in every way. They were courteous and helpful all the time during our stay. I had to go to the clinic for five days and they made a difficult time very pleasant.

Shuttle service was amazing. The driver was friendly and polite. Got us from the hotel to dinner and to the concert and back. The staff helped with ideas for dinner and options

Very convenient location. Attended event at Maltz center. Staff was great. Breakfast was excellent. We interacted with several clients of Cleveland Clinic who noted the convenience of the property too.

This isn’t the best located hotel, as it’s a bit far from the downtown area but for our purposes it worked. Parking is available in the garage opposite and price is reasonable (I think it was 20$). Breakfast is better than what I was expecting with a good selection of warm food, cereal, pancakes, breads and some fruits and yogurt.

It is a very clean property. It is very conveniently located to the Cleveland Clinic Main Campus. We were able to easily walk to and from our appointments. Breakfast was included which made mornings very convenient.

Lovely breakfast spread, rooms were very clean and thoughtfully designed. We stayed while visiting Case Western, so location was perfect -- within walking distance. Front staff was awesome, when they didn't have the original room booked, they upgraded and gave us 2 connecting rooms!

Great Residence Inn. Highest Quality. Luxurious Front entrance Great security. Secured indoor parking garage. Great Buffet Breakfast. Beautiful Location. Luxurious lighting in Hallways. Computer access to desk computer. Highly recommended. Being a previous customer of other Residence inn by Mariott, I looked forward to the luxurious apartment. It was a great experience.

The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and extremely clean. We walked down the street for dinner and had a few options. The hotel also has a complementary breakfast buffet with an amazing selection for adults and children. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

The hotel room was very clean and the front desk personnel very attentive. I love the shuttle driver he helped my spouse who had a visual disability in and out of the van. The breakfast food was subpar not really up to standard for this chain. The first day barely okay. The second day not eatable. Overall I would stay here again and recommend this hotel. The location is excellent for the Cleveland Clinic

Room was clean, comfortable bed, most staff great. Don't plan on getting a drink at the bar. Waited forever for the bartender, not many choices to drink, was out of most stuff. Watched the bartender ignore multiple people waiting for drinks. Breakfast was good, lots of selections.

Nice property. Walking distance to Cleveland Clinic main campus. Nice rooms. Nice gym. The bed is a bit too soft, and the breakfast is just your usual mediocre Marriott standard.

We finished our errands and checked in late, around 10 p.m. The male staff member who assisted us was quite rude in the way he treated us and asked a number of unnecessary questions. In addition, the air conditioner made a loud, persistent noise throughout the night, which made it very difficult to sleep.

The room was perhaps one of the worst I’ve ever stayed in. When we arrived the door was partially opened which made us a bit nervous. After making sure no one was in the room we noticed the bathroom tub had pieces of hair all over it, and there was no hand soap in the bathroom. Our biggest concern was the pullout couch. There were multiple stains, I believe they were blood stains. I went to the front desk and the rep gave me a couple sheets to cover it up. I said in a nice way that this was unacceptable and she just said “ have a nice night” I just walked away and decided I’m never staying at a Marriott property again. After getting back to the room we noticed more hair on the king bed and there was a nasty stench in the room. Unfortunately the hotel staff didn’t seem to care

My husband and I had to do a quick one night trip to Cleveland. We were so happy with our stay. I have to use a wheelchair and the staff went above and beyond to make sure that I had a room with enough space and upgraded my husband and I without us asking. Every staff we came into contact with was extremely nice. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast had many good options. We would definitely stay here again.
