Bed was super hard. But some people like that. Just not for me. We got there super late. Other family members went to bed. Husband and I went downstairs and had fresh coffee. Pretty awesome. Breakfast was super, also!

It was OK. I was hoping to see more staff to accommodate a bunch of us at checking. The fire pit didn’t work and the pool was closed (and outdoors-not mentioned) Had to request fresh sheets and room clean. Generally it was a clean, safe and convenient place to stay near the airport.

Stayed in the queen studio suite. It surpassed all my expectations. Property is new and in great shape. Room was quite large - with kitchenette, plates, cutlery, etc. You could sleep 5 comfortably, 6 with two on sofa sleeper. Pool is underwhelming, but I was not there for that. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. VERY close to airport, restaurants, shopping....

This property was perfect for our family of 5. It had everything we needed, the breakfast was awesome, and the rooms were very spacious. I was impressed with the breakfast. They had so many options and we loved the breakfast sandwiches you could make. The only issue was the bathroom floors were a little dirty. Overall, I’d hands down stay here again.

I really liked how much space was in my room. But I was especially impressed by a woman that worked at the front desk. She went above and beyond to help me with an issue I was having. It was not in her job description, but she took customer service to a new level.

Great hotel and location . Mattresses were to form. Uncomfortable . I travel for a living and normally mattresses are on medium firm not like this hotel which were firm and woke up with a stiff back.

Totally disappointing. When we arrived, no one was in the lobby to help, had to wait as the front desk was “away to help Housekeeping”. Once finally checked in I get to my room to discover it wasn’t what I paid for. I booked for and paid for a 1 bedroom suite and ended up with a smaller , less expensive room. The only offer from the hired help. “Sorry, not my problem”. No offer other than basically too bad. Not an offer to credit part of the difference or anything. Basically just “too bad our system has a glitch”.

We were visiting for two nights so we could attend our nephew's graduation form University of Tennessee. This hotel was perfect. It was a decent distance from campus, but that worked great for our crew. I appreciate the text messages we received while staying to ensure we didn't need anything. That was helpful and avoided us for a need to call the front desk for more shower gel and a new box of tissues. If and when we are back in the Knoxville area we would stay again.

Service was bad before we even arrived- Joan called when we were 3 hours away from Hotel telling me that hotels.com payment was not working and therefore we couldn't check in. She claimed to not be able to find the number to contact them. Mind you, I had already been charged for the night by hotels.com and she made no attempt To contact them directly since it was an issue with their payment. I simply googled the phone number and it took 90 mins but guess what? Hotels.com Had to contact the hotel directly and speak with Joan. We when arrived she chose to go answer the phones that were ringing off the hook While customers stood waiting first.

Bed was super hard. But some people like that. Just not for me. We got there super late. Other family members went to bed. Husband and I went downstairs and had fresh coffee. Pretty awesome. Breakfast was super, also!

Pull out sofa was comfortable but bed was a little too firm. Friendly service but breakfast was lacking. We would stay here again!

This property was perfect for our family of 5. It had everything we needed, the breakfast was awesome, and the rooms were very spacious. I was impressed with the breakfast. They had so many options and we loved the breakfast sandwiches you could make. The only issue was the bathroom floors were a little dirty. Overall, I’d hands down stay here again.

I have celiac disease and there wasn’t a single breakfast item I could eat. Since all the breakfast items were sandwiches that were per made I couldn’t even eat a sausage patty. I wish you would serve hard boiled eggs and some breakfast meat separately from the breakfast sandwiches. So frustrating!!

The hotel was very clean and had an excellent breakfast and store for food options. The room itself had everything needed to meet our needs, the only thing we lacked was more than one chair for when we ate in the room.

This Hilton Home 2 was new, clean and conveniently located. Breakfast was good. The lobby was very clean. Check in and check out was quick and convenient.

I Did not like the added $10 per day parking fee upon arriving. No need for this additional charge. Staff was amazing!

This review is about the initial check in since I will never stay at this location again. Even though both Expedias website and the Hilton app for this hotel location states there is free parking - I was charged for parking. It’s the principal more than it is the fee. How do you arbitrarily charge someone for something that you literally have to search for on their website. That set the tone off wrong to begin with because it’s deceitful and bad business. Then we booked a king suite and was put in a 2 queen accessible room. When I called down to question - Arlen the front desk person continued her less than average customer service and let me know she doesn’t see that on her side - even though I have a receipt stating the room reserved. The hotel is full and they of course don’t have any rooms left. Lastly, the bedspread on one of the beds is dirty! I honestly do not understand how this hotel gets such high ratings… beware!!!

Staff was very friendly and welcoming! Everything was clean and well maintained. Didn’t stay long enough to check out the pool or gym. Breakfast had a wide variety of food too
