Parking felt safe, glad there was an extra entrance that we could use with our card in case you have to park in the back. Staff seemed friendly, just wish there were better breakfast options. There were different choices of eggs but no meat options for protein. Very basic breakfast menu, not a lot you could just grab and go. No muffins etc.

We liked everything about are stay, with the following exceptions. Would of liked to see fruit at breakfast and we had a 20 month old toddler with us that wanted to swim, but the pool was freezing. Heat would be nice for pool. We will stay again, only if we don't want hearted pool

Room was clean. Staff was very nice. However it was VERY noisy. Can hear the people above you waaaay too much. Did not like there were no amenities in the room itself aside from a fridge. Go to a cheaper hotel and you still get a coffee pot and microwave in room. Its a pain when you have children, to have to go all the way downstairs to warm something up for 30 seconds. Breakfast was really nice. Great options. Love how they kept Breakfast open past 9am. Side note: get new bedframes! The metal "support" bars stick out too far underneath mattress. Everyone in my family got their ankle bones chipped off at least once during our stay.

Difficult to locate. Access road not marked. Somewhat lost in a sea of hotels. After detecting the hotel name on the building it was difficult to find how to get to it. Probably one of the worst sleep I've gotten since the overnight train to Luxor Egypt. The air never shut off even after it hit the temperature, so I shut the system off and the fan was still going 😑. It literally sounded like the air-conditioning was draining in the toilet every 30min. The pillows are horrible. The place looks nice but bad sleep.

Brand new hotel. We thought we would try it out Rooms very small No microwave No coffee maker TV did not work. They are having problems with the whole hotel TV system Breakfast basic. Only apples. Room door would not lock, tv remote didnt work but at least got to get 1 channel to work and we was last room from one of the exit doors abd that's all we heard all night was that door slamming shut. Was not a good experience at all. And when brought up to the front desk it was like oh yea.

The shades would not go up or down. I was told I would receive a $10 per night discount to offset the shades not working. Never received it. Water pressure was not great and water temperature kept oscillating between hot and cold.

After staff expressed to us Saturday morning that no more pancake batter would be available at 9:30 (closed at 10) we left the breakfast area. On Sunday an apology by the worker and front desk person. On Saturday night we were also treated as an inconvenience when making pop tin their eating area since the folding of towels was spread out in there.

Stayed at this hotel last minute coming in for the Eras tour and it was such a nice clean place to call home for 2 nights. Staff was accommodating and welcomed us Swifties with a friendship bracelet banner. Bed was comfortable and I would definitely stay here again. The only complaint I have is the doors don't soft close and I wasn't expecting to wake up the whole floor with the hard close. I took pictures after we had stayed in the room so they don't reflect the room when we walked in the first time. Area has a lot of stores and food options around. The hotel is hidden behind others and didn't have a big sign that we noticed.

My first time staying at a TRU hotel and I appreciated all the help from the staff, very friendly and welcoming. My room was clean and comfortable. I also enjoyed the breakfast, good coffee! The hotel is located near many food options, good location. We will definitely use this hotel for future trips to Anderson. Good Job!

Parking felt safe, glad there was an extra entrance that we could use with our card in case you have to park in the back. Staff seemed friendly, just wish there were better breakfast options. There were different choices of eggs but no meat options for protein. Very basic breakfast menu, not a lot you could just grab and go. No muffins etc.

Brand new hotel. We thought we would try it out Rooms very small No microwave No coffee maker TV did not work. They are having problems with the whole hotel TV system Breakfast basic. Only apples. No oranges. No bananas Out of cream cheese Milk for coffee was expired. Overall unfortunately very poor for a new hotel

enjoyed our stay. Motel very clean and quiet, no road noise. All staff was very nice to work with. Breakfast had a lot of choices, such as pancakes, oatmeal, cereal, eggs sausage bagels or toast.

Room was clean. Staff was very nice. However it was VERY noisy. Can hear the people above you waaaay too much. Did not like there were no amenities in the room itself aside from a fridge. Go to a cheaper hotel and you still get a coffee pot and microwave in room. Its a pain when you have children, to have to go all the way downstairs to warm something up for 30 seconds. Breakfast was really nice. Great options. Love how they kept Breakfast open past 9am. Side note: get new bedframes! The metal "support" bars stick out too far underneath mattress. Everyone in my family got their ankle bones chipped off at least once during our stay.

After staff expressed to us Saturday morning that no more pancake batter would be available at 9:30 (closed at 10) we left the breakfast area. On Sunday an apology by the worker and front desk person. On Saturday night we were also treated as an inconvenience when making pop tin their eating area since the folding of towels was spread out in there.

I was impressed by the cleanliness and how easy it was to get a room. No hassle and it was very quiet and just an overall friendly atmosphere. We did get the free breakfast the next morning and it was good for hotel breakfast they had multiple

We had a wonderful experience from check in to checkout! The staff was completely attentive to what we needed, the pool and workout area was great, and the breakfast was amazing and was different both days! The property was very clean and for the most part secluded and it was close to any store or restaurant we wanted to visit.

The General Manager and all the staff went above and beyond there duties. I am extremely impressed by their attentiveness to pleasing the guest. My blood sugar went down lowvery fast and breakfast had finished and was cleaned up, The GM personally, made two omlettes and 3 sausage patties and 2 waffles and gave my fiancee an orange juice to bring to me, in the room. Then as we were leaving, after recovery, for the day, He asked how i was feeling. Priceless. This was my first time staying at a TRU. But it will not be my last. Youve earned a guest for life. Thank you (General Manager) )and the Staff at the Anderson, Indiania Tru by Hilton.
