Great hotel, lovely views, good amenities & transport links. Able to hire bike & lots of accessible cycle routes. The sky bar in the hotel, is an added bonus without being hugely expensive!

Tolles Hotel. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Leider zu wenig Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage.

The hotel was a fun departure from the typical Marriotts, etc. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Our room had great views of the water and everything was clean and orderly. The breakfast was a normal, tasty European style breakfast and the Sky Club had good drinks. The Mariner Club is a one minute walk for quality Mediterranean food. Overall we really enjoyed staying here.

Great property and I would stay again, however Very quite area and when they had a private event for the rooftop party it was too loud.

Hotellet var bra, men vi betalte mye for å parkere bilen på hotellets parkeringsplass var den full!!!! Dette var ikke profesjonelt i det hele tatt!!

The stay was fine, the room was ok but a bit small for two friends. The bathroom light stayed on for a long time after the door was closed so kept me awake sometimes. No room service and confusion about the cup supply. I booked because we wanted to spend time in the roof top bar but couldn’t for one of the two nights. The extra tourist tax was high, the other hotel we stayed in was cheaper, this was not explained at the time of booking.the breakfast was extremely expensive , we didn’t want a huge one only toast and coffee. On the second day the room key didn’t work so we had to return to the front desk to reactivate.

Fint nyt hotel lidt uden for centrum. Nemt at tage letbanen (Tram) indtil centralstationen. Man kan på endestationen Jiburg ca. 300 meter fra hotellet købe enkeltbillet eller flerdagsbillet. Der er parkering i kælder på hotellet, men vær opmærksom på at deres elladestik er en udfordring, som vi ikke fik til at virke og ingen på hotellet kunne hjælpe. De havde ikke en egentlig instruktion der kunne hjælpe. Så et forslag er, at de får lavet en letforståelig instruktion.

Nice hotel with a good location for people who want te be a bit further from the city centre. Good tram connection. Our comfort room had a 1.40m bed. That is too small for 2 people. Plus something to clean the shower is a need. Skybar was closed for a private event and the alternative lobby bar closed at 23.00.

Wonderful modern hotel, AMAZING FOOD. Great views and cocktails especially from the Sky Bar. Very quick tram service into Central

We kwamen aan om 01:00 uur. Inchecken ging vlot, maar toen we de kamer binnenkwamen zagen we in elke hoek wel spinnen. En het waren niet alleen kleine spinnen, maar er was ook echt een grote spin. We vroegen om een andere kamer, maar die kregen we niet. In plaats daarvan kwam er een medewerker met een lange stok de spinnen verwijderen (letterlijk dood maken en plat drukken, waarbij je nog bloed op de muur zag). Was gewoon walgelijk. Hij was ruim een kwartier ermee bezig en inmiddels met alle gedoe was het al 02:00 uur. De kamer was voor de rest schoon, maar in elke hoek op de plafond en op de grond en onder het bed waren heel veel kleine en een aantal grote spinnen. Voor zo een hotel kan dit gewoon niet normaal zijn. We kregen geen andere kamer en kregen ons geld ook niet terug. Hun enige service is dat ze bekend zijn met het probleem en er helemaal niks aan doen behalve dat er een medewerker de hele dag door puur komt om spinnen te verwijderen. Ze hadden trouwens gezegd dat de andere kamers ook met spinnen zijn en wij weer met hetzelfde probleem zouden zitten. Schandalig.

The dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in…..the staff are rude and try to charge you for things you haven’t done. I am a medical cannabis user and have been visiting Holland for 20 odd years and never had a problem leaving my medicine in my room but this time I got accused of smoking and they locked my door and refused to open it until I payed a fine. I explained to the rude hotel staff who continued to tell me that I will be watched like a hawk the whole remainder of my stay. The rooms are small and filthy with dust from floor to ceiling and all the windows were so dirty you can barely see out of them. The balcony was the dirtiest I have ever witnessed with cigarettes stuffed under the lip of the walls. There is no WiFi and your phone signal I limited I never had more than 1 bar. The tv channels are all in Dutch and they have no apps and they’re mirroring services don’t work either. Loud music from the rooftop bar that can be privately rented will most certainly keep you awake till 12am with thumping music that vibrates throughout the hotel. I have stayed in cleaner hostel that show you more respect. Avoid this hotel like the plague it’s a run buy liars and thieves that will try and scam you.

So we stayed here as near a wedding venue. A/C never got cool, set to 18 but never got below 21. Very eco but not good. Rug next to bed looked very dirty, could in theory be design but was not going to touch to find out. Bathroom good but some flaws, bedroom nice, but an hour to get to most places in Amsterdam and previous places have only been 30 minutes away. In short we would not stay again, but it was OK

Clean room and staff was friendly

Die Lage vom Hotel ist prima, gute Anbindung an das Zentrum. Das Zimmer war soweit ok. Wir waren das 2. Mal hier, leider wird aber auf viele Kleinigkeiten nicht mehr geachtet. Bei einem Hocker im Zimmer hing eine Querstrebe unbefestigt runter. Eins der Handtücher war eher ein Fadenwerk als ein Handtuch.

The hotel and staff are very nice. My only issue is with the cleanliness of the room.

All round amazing stay. Lovely clean rooms and beautiful views of the water and boats. Tram stop near by which takes you into the centre.

Kamer was heel proper en ruim genoeg. Hoofdkussens waren niet zo goed voor mij, maar dat is heel persoonlijk. Ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en vers.

The shower head was full of mold in my room and we asked them to clean it and nothing was done about it. Also the bathrooms doors are see through in a sense but also you can clearly see someone on the toilet through the cracks in the door. Not as private as one would assume.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad, op 15 OV-minuten van Amsterdam CS. Fijne kamer, mooie vergezichten, lekker ontbijt, vriendelijke mensen. Enig minpuntje was dat de airco veel herrie maakte, te veel geluid om (voor mij) goed bij te slapen.

The idea behind the hotel is good, an eco friendly hotel in a new development only 20 minutes from the centre of Amsterdam. However, there are so many minor niggles, plus one or two more serious problems. Whether it's the fact they don't provide slippers yet the floors are wooden and dirty, the fact there are only two lifts and one was broken for most of our stay or the touch panel controlled shower that doesn't respond to wet hands, they are all things that anyone who runs a hotel should know to avoid or mitigate. The major problem though is the air conditioning. It's a great idea in principle, however it feels like it was implemented by someone fresh out of college with no real world experience of how to make things work for people. The biggest problem was you couldn't turn it off! Press the off button and the fan sounds like a jet engine spooling up. Have it on auto and there are only two fan settings, one too weak to maintain a temperature it seems to target precisely (rather than running to a tolerance band) and the other loud enough to wake you up when it kicks in. This, plus the far too soft pillows that hotels seem to love left us short of sleep and too tired to properly enjoy our time there. Not helped by the private function (unannounced) in the bar above our room which carried on until after midnight with loud music thumping out. If they fixed these fairly minor issues it would be a great place to stay, but until then... avoid.

Beautiful location slightly out of town by a tranquil marina with excellent restaurants, with frequent trams from Centraal station. Very comfy room. This was my second stay - the first time on my own, this time with friends, who also loved it.

So so, the place looks nice from outside but it is severely understaffed. Also, there are too many drunk tourists and the rooms are not soundproof. The ad said the rooms are soundproof, but they are not. Avoid at all costs to have a room next to the elevator if you want to sleep at night.

When I went to the hotel for check-in, in the booking it said 3pm, I arrived at 2:55pm, the room is not ready and the reception asked me to wait without giving estimated time, I waited until 3:16pm to get my room card, while I was watering for my room to be ready, I noticed that there are other guests successfully checked in to their rooms while I was waiting, which doesn’t feel right/good to me, as a four star hotel, I would expect the reception to re-arrange an empty room for me instead of keeping me waiting. And there two other things that makes it worse, one is that the shower started to leak once which is kind of terrifying when you are alone at the hotel room in the middle of night, and also the hanging bracket for the shampoo/shower gel is not working, one bracket screw is lose and the other one does not hold the bottle. The good thing I like is the bed, it’s comfortable and firm.

Quarto limpo, confortável , mas em alguns momentos o ar condicionado é desligado pelo hotel, estávamos sentindo calor e ligamos para a recepção para perguntar e nos informaram que deveríamos abrir as janelas. A janela não abre o bastante para ventilar, quando pagamos por um quarto com a ar-condicionado não foi informado que em alguns horários ele seria desligado. Isso para mim já é um motivo para não voltar, principalmente no verão.

The smart sensor/lighting. System resulted in waking up my sleeping partner… … The room was very modern and striking, and the bed was very comfortable

There was not any upgrade for us and also there was no VIP access either. The air conditioning was non existent in this hotel. While it was not extremely hot outside the room would hold in the heat and stuffiness and it would not cool off at night. We opened the window at night but it’s on opened about 4 inches so there was very little relief in the room,

Fantastic hotel with an easy journey into the city centre. Great breakfast selection and room was a good size with a nice bathroom.

Personale alla reception assolutamente poco gentile, poco disponibile. Colazione con pochi posti a sedere rispetto agli occupanti tanto che in molti hanno dovuto attendere in piedi per potersi sedere.

Check in was the worst experience in 20 years! Everything else was great but who ever was working Friday Feb 28 2025 in the evening saw this as her day to make power plays!

An unserem Abfahrtstag war auf einmal die Tür zu unserem Hotelzimmer defekt. Es dauerte knapp 2 Stunden bis ein Techniker kam, um den Schaden zu beheben. Dadurch fehlte uns die Zeit, noch vor unserer Abfahrt am Nachmittag unser geplantes Besichtigungsprogramm zu machen. Der Vorschlag, uns ein Taxi zur Zeitersparnis ins Zentrum zu bezahlen, wurde abgelehnt. Auch ansonsten keinerlei Entgegenkommen. Nur Achselzucken, es sei eben Sonntag….Sehr ärgerlich! Sehr schlechter Service!

Super schönes Hotel, Lage , Zimmer doch leider genervt von der Buchung gewesen, hier ist noch Potenzial nach oben!!!

My 5 star is for the managers and their staff. They make you feel and home. This is worthy more than the 5 stars. Thank your good service.

First, the staff. Very friendly, polite and helpful. Both at front desk and restaurant (breakfast). I asked for my room NOT to be cleaned daily. The cleaner I talked to in the hall still was concerned that I had enough towels etc. I was impressed with her positive and friendly attitude.

Wonderful place, super friendly and welcoming staff!

Absolutely beautiful hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. The food in the main restaurant was exceptional and the sky bar had beautiful views over the coastline. The hotel was also well connected to the city centre with regular buses and trams running into the evening. We will definitely want to return on our next visit to the city.

Very nice property in nice marina canal area, a little away from Amsterdam old town, tram 26 a block away and goes right to central station

Nice hotel outside the bustle of the inner city which was the biggest selling point for me. If you want the action, this place is not it, but it’s only 15 min from CS on tram 26 toward Ijburg. There were nice views of the water from the room. Hotel restaurant was lovely. The bed had lots of nice pillows and the bathroom was very clean. Only downside is it’s a 5-10 min walk from the tram stop, which could be a pain for someone with a lot of luggage.

Das Hotel ist sehr modern und stylisch. Das Früstück ist super reichhaltig. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer fehlt leider. Das Tram ist 5 Minuten Gehminuten vom Hotel enfernt. Das Tram hat ca. 20 Minuten bis ins Zentrum. Die Auswahl an Restaurant rund ums Hotel ist nicht gross. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist sehr schön.

Super hotel. Very modern & clean with friendly staff. Perfect location, with all amenities. Brilliant cycling & walking routes & places to just sit & take your time. Tram 26 takes you direct to Amsterdam in 15 minutes. I would not hesitate to stay again.

The hotel locate in a quiet area. It take about 30-40 minutes to travel from center station to the hotel. When we arrive in the weekend, tram 29 wasn't running. We took bus 79 which is free during weekend.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im Hotel und wieder sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel ist mit der Straßenbahn von Amsterdam Central leicht zu erreichen und ein Supermarkt ist in der Nähe um z.B. Getränke unterwegs günstig zu kaufen. Ein Strand ist ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar, um nach dem Trubel der Stadt zu entspannen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel und zuvorkommenden Service. Frühstück und Abendessen sind lecker und ließen keine Wünsche offen.

Prima hotel voor bezoek aan Amsterdam. Jammer dat bij inchecken niet gezegd wordt dat ontbijt op de ochtend zelf 3€ pp duurder is dan wanneer je het bij reserveren of inchecken doorgeeft. €21,50 voor ontbijt wel aardig aan de prijs. ( voor Amsterdamse begrippen misschien niet)
