Exceptional service and experience from start to finish! Front desk agent both at checkin and check out were super friendly and attentive! Bed very comfortable and property immaculate. Very easily located off 55! Will certainly stay here again!!

Everything was amazing. I will say the breakfast situation was a little offsetting....the lady in there was very controlling and kept snatching things from us as we were fixing our breakfast telling us we were doing it wrong, or using the wrong utensils or plates. We did not eat breakfast there the rest of our stay. Also the plug in our bathroom didn't work, but i just used the one in the living room so it was fine.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Overall, the hotel was clean inside and out. Most of the staff were friendly, although one employee was noticeably unfriendly. While the other staff members were welcoming, they often couldn't answer basic questions without finding someone else to help. The breakfast was great, and we enjoyed the pool. However, there were several areas that could be improved. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty when we arrived. The bathroom stated housekeeping would service rooms every other day, but despite not having the "Do Not Disturb" sign out, our room was never serviced on the middle day of our stay. We didn't receive fresh towels, toiletries, toilet paper, or any housekeeping. I also found the food delivery policy inconvenient. Deliveries had to be picked up from the front desk instead of being brought to the room. As a parent traveling alone with children, this made getting meals much more difficult. The biggest concern was a maintenance issue. After about an hour of moderate rain, water was pouring from the hallway ceiling on the top floor where our family was staying. It wasn't a small leak—it was coming down heavily. Overall, the hotel has good amenities, but the service and maintenance issues need attention.
