Apesar da delicadeza de nos oferecerem um upgrade de quarto em razão do meu aniversário, nossa experiência no Aloha Village foi prejudicada por alguns problemas de infraestrutura incompatíveis com a categoria e o valor das diárias. Ficamos na suíte presidencial, que é realmente bonita e confortável, mas o chuveiro não funcionava e levou horas para ser consertado. Meu namorado e eu tínhamos um jantar reservado e, depois de um dia de praia, tivemos que sair sem banho. Foi uma situação bastante desagradável, especialmente considerando que, em uma hospedagem desse padrão, espera-se que comodidades básicas estejam em perfeito funcionamento e que eventuais problemas sejam resolvidos com agilidade. O restaurante é excelente, com pratos muito saborosos, e o café da manhã também merece elogios. No entanto, em dias de chuva mais intensa, há goteiras sobre algumas mesas, sinal de que a cobertura precisa de manutenção. A equipe da recepção foi muito atenciosa e nos apresentou boas opções de passeios pela região, contribuindo positivamente para a estadia. No geral, não foi uma experiência ruim, mas, pelo preço cobrado e pela proposta da propriedade, esperávamos uma estrutura mais consistente. Em uma próxima viagem, provavelmente avaliaria outras opções na região antes de retornar.

E um bom hotel. O quarto é um tanto escuro e o banheiro possui frestas por onde entram insetos. É necessário usar veneno para insetos pra dormir mais tranquilo. Mas tem um bom café da manhã e o pessoal atende super bem.
