Hôtel bien situé si vous voulez vivre avec les locaux dans le quartier Thonburi, à distance de marche du train. Établissement récent, douche chaude et puissante, mais il manque ce petit quelque chose en matière de service à la clientèle qu’on trouve si souvent en Asie. À l’entrée dans la chambre, on est accueilli avec une longue liste de choses à payer si on le vole (jusqu’au téléviseur et au coffre-fort!), mais on rechigne à ajouter deux oreillers supplémentaires. Manque de petites attentions, comme le climatiseur directement sur le lit, une seule chaise sur le balcon et pas de déjeuner thaï inclus.

Pænt og rent hotel med meget venligt og hjælpsom personale. Forholdsvis tæt på en Sky Train station, men ligger som sådan ikke tæt på seværdigheder. Prisen fejler til gengæld ikke noget. Der er 2 morgenmadsmenuer at vælge imellem, som ikke er noget særligt. Jeg var meget tilfreds med mit ophold.

The staff provided excellent service — they were polite, attentive, and very helpful. I truly appreciated their hospitality. However, the building does not seem to be well soundproofed. I could hear noises from surrounding areas, including doors opening and closing from the upper floor and neighboring rooms, as well as staff communicating via radio devices. I hope this aspect can be improved to ensure a more comfortable and restful stay for guests in the future

executive high price room super loud nonstop noise cold shower, TV doesn't work. Staff does nothing to help except yell early in the morning and wake you up waste of time money bad location.

There is a phone in the room, but it's not connected. Staff knows, but they don't do anything about it.
