Valcour Inn & Boathouse

Just a short ride south of Plattsburgh, amazing location right on Lake Champlain. The rooms are good sized and clean, decorated well and comfortable bed. Pastry breakfast and supplied drinks are very nice.

Beautiful room and inn! Lauren was there to welcome us and we felt very at home. The breakfasts and available coffee, tea and snacks were so appreciated, as was the gorgeous view of the lake and mountains. Thank you for a peaceful and enjoyable stay!

Breathtaking setting and ample, free onsite parking. Outside chairs to sit and admire the sublime lakeshore view with provided breakfast pastry and coffee. Our room (Heathcote, Rm 6) was necessarily small and very cozy with a well-appointed private but across the hall bathroom and good shower. Staff contact was entirely online but all questions answered. Drive into historic Plattsburgh for a variety of great dinner options. Provided breakfast included fresh croissants and muffins. Would very definitely stay again.
