Horrible ! We got to our room to find the floor was filthy - dirty and full of sands . Bottom of our feet were black within minutes . I tried calling the number on paper they gave us at check in - kept doing they to sunset vistas and no one there would help me .. kept saying to keep trying that number or go to check in which was in separate bldg and across gulf Blvd … definitely not going to be a repeat customer!!!!!

It was perfectly located in front of the beach! It was clean and convenient. My balcony had the beach view. I recommend staying in the west building like me, so you do not have to cross the street. The only inconvenience was it did not have basic kitchen supplies. For instance, they were not enough utensils plus the mugs were broken. There were not any cutting/kitchen knives or scissors. If you rent a place with kitchen, it is because you want to use it. Another thing, I booked for 6 people and they did not have sheets for the sofa bed, but they were able to deliver the sheets after I asked for them. They do not provide body wash which is rare in hotels or Airbnbs nowadays. However, that is fine with me since I always bring mine. I will definitely book again here since my priority is staying close to the beach and in a clean place. I can always bring a set of utensils, scissors, a cutting knife and mugs with me ; ) We had a great stay!

We had a nice stay; however, the description about the room was not 100% accurate. The room listed with a king bed and a queen bed, but it turned out that the second bed was a full size. Therefore, it was not comfortable for our young-adult children. I wish the master bed room shower had a shelf, so I could place shampoo, conditioner, and body wash etc. and the bath room vanity could be larger, so my husband and I both could put our toiletries all together. Other than that, the room was clean and spacious and staff was kind.
