Fantastic from start to finish! Checkin was super easy, chalet was easy to find and close to great restaurants. The hotels recently renovated and absolutely stunning! Everything was top notch and the owners are wonderful. Looking forward to returning!

L’accueil était parfait ; on sent un grand effort pour que notre séjour soit le plus agréable possible. Nous avons apprécié les petites terrasses en arrière, les chaises et hamac pour relaxer avec des lumières le soir, le grand bbq (que nous n’avons pas utilisé) et la table de pique-nique, les fleurs et le terrain bien entretenu. Les attentions pour le petit-dejeuner aussi…

Chalet 239 has been gut-renovated and turned into a sparklingly new, gorgeous roadside motel. We stayed there when we attended a music festival in North Adams, MA and we were knocked out by the comfort of our little room and by the keen attention to detail. The new owners are exceptionally kind, friendly, and thoughtful as well-- their presence and personal touch gave the hotel some of the vibes of the best home rentals but with all the advantages of a hotel. I would definitely stay there again!

The decor is so well done and the common space is perfectly appointed. The fireplace and snowy scenes on the big screen were the perfect way to unwind after a day of skiing. So close to the restaurants and Mt. Snow!

Check in was a breeze and the owner invited me to a cookout they were having in the back, I assume because it was the Fourth of July. Shortly after as I was sitting on a bench out front another staff member walked by and did the same. As I was by myself I felt awkward joining them so I opted not to but it was a very nice gesture. The room was spotless and the bed super comfortable. Seriously my only problem was the tv doesn’t have normal channels so if you don’t have a Netflix account or the like, which I don’t, viewing options are very limited. Also the hot water took a few minutes to get going but once it did it was fine. Very nice place for the price.

I was pleasantly surprised in how well well-maintained this property was. Beautiful decor, impeccably clean, and extremely comfortable bed and linens. We were in a king room with a little deck off the back. It was just lovely to sit outside and have a glass of wine. Check in and check out was a breeze and this adorable hotel is in a perfect location. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Teh staff were friendly and helpful. Immediately upon booking I received a text message from the staff letting me know someone was there to help with any questions. checking in was easy and the hotel was very clean. The room, beds and bathroom were all clean and well kept. The free breakfast was a plus.

Can't comment on the breakfast because this survey is about check in. Also con't comment on staff because there is nobody at the front desk to check me in. I check in online and get a code to open the door. I do have a little problem though with some toilet tissue left in the shower area.

Checking in was a bit unusual as the clerk wanted to charge the price on my CC even though it was booked through expedia. Had to wait about 10min till he figured out things and then CC was used for secured deposit. Room was given at check in and was clean and made up but was rather small, like a bedroom with a attached bathroom. Wall's are light weight and you can hear voices from next door room. It's good for overnight stay.

This newly renovated motel was decorated beautifully. We found the bathroom lacking for storage. There was not a single surface to put things on during our stay! I had to run out to the bedroom area for everything I needed to get ready in the morning. Shelves would be a nice addition!

Way exceeded expectations. The location is great, quick drive to Mt Snow for skiing. Tons of restaurants within a mile or two. Easy checkin and checkout, you register online and get a code to the door sent to you. Couldn’t be easier. The whole place is completely brand new and renovated. Super comfortable beds and pillows. Room and bathroom is BRAND NEW. Giant tv too. Will definitely be back.

The decor is very nice however the room and bathroom are too small and aren’t functional. No cable tv provided only a smart tv for you to use your own streaming services but the WiFi signal was not strong enough to watch anything. The bathroom was so small it was not functional. Absolutely no counter space just a sink. The sink was clogged and drained very slow. It took almost 15 minutes to get warm water in the shower no hot water. This property was not for us.

The decor is so well done and the common space is perfectly appointed. The fireplace and snowy scenes on the big screen were the perfect way to unwind after a day of skiing. So close to the restaurants and Mt. Snow!

I absolutely loved this place. We typically rent a cabin for the ski season. We came up for some late season turns and need a place for a couple of nights. The rooms are new and beautiful and the owners are everything you'd expect from locals in VT. Great eating options are very close and the mountain is just minutes away. The beds are super comfortable!!!

I was pleasantly surprised in how well well-maintained this property was. Beautiful decor, impeccably clean, and extremely comfortable bed and linens. We were in a king room with a little deck off the back. It was just lovely to sit outside and have a glass of wine. Check in and check out was a breeze and this adorable hotel is in a perfect location. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

L’accueil était parfait ; on sent un grand effort pour que notre séjour soit le plus agréable possible. Nous avons apprécié les petites terrasses en arrière, les chaises et hamac pour relaxer avec des lumières le soir, le grand bbq (que nous n’avons pas utilisé) et la table de pique-nique, les fleurs et le terrain bien entretenu. Les attentions pour le petit-dejeuner aussi…

Teh staff were friendly and helpful. Immediately upon booking I received a text message from the staff letting me know someone was there to help with any questions. checking in was easy and the hotel was very clean. The room, beds and bathroom were all clean and well kept. The free breakfast was a plus.

The rooms were spotless. Max, the manager, was very friendly and helpful. The location was great and the amenities were everything we needed. The only thing I would have changed would have been blackout curtains.

This is a beautiful property, a great place to stay. I found the room to be very relaxing and enjoyable. It was clean, which is really the most important thing to me. The man who checked us in was very friendly however he may have been slightly intoxicated. Because of this, it did take him a while to actually come to the desk, and he really struggled, putting in our information. It was the most memorable hotel check-in I’ve ever had. But overall, it was a nice place to stay.
