We had a wonderful stay at Home2Suites by Hilton in Big Bear. Most importantly for me , the room was very clean. The hotel also has great amenities like, a gym, indoor pooI, patio with gas firepits. The breakfast had someone for everyone. I also liked the small details like 24 hr coffee, tea, and hot cocoa.

Hotel was very clean and roomy. Breakfast was nice. only problem is the parking situation. All the parking spots were full so i had to find a random spot and hope it was fine for the night, and that i left before people realized they were partially blocked in

The hotel is relatively new, clean, and comfortable. We got to do S'mores and hot chocolate every night, which our little one loved. There was also movie night but a bit crowded so we didn't join. I loved that there's coffee in the lobby throughout the day, I was able to have coffee and hot tea whenever I wanted without having to use the in room coffee maker (which germaphobes are often reluctant to use). Breakfast is included but not very appealing nor tasty - its the usual eggs, sausage, bagels, make your own waffles, oatmeal, etc, but just looked like really cheap quality foods. Overall we did have a comfortable stay, including our small pup. That said, we were charged $75 pet fee instead of the $50 advertised on the page. My pup is very well behaved and doesn't make a mess (you wouldn't have known there was a dog with us), so a bit disappointed for the slight overcharge. Parking was pricey at $29 per night. Overall it did feel a bit "nickel and dimed" for everything. For what you paid to book the room expect to shell out an extra $140 for all the additional fees and charges when you check out. Based on a 2 night stay.

Our stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton was excellent. The service was great, the rooms were clean, and the amenities were perfect! This hotel is very kid friendly with nightly s'more kits available and mid movie nights in their lobby Tv area. We will definitely be staying here again.

Simple hotel located just off the main road, close to many stores and not far from North Lake or Big Bear Village destinations. Very small indoor pool (put 20 people in there and you'll feel like Vegas on Memorial Day) and jacuzzi. Things could have been a little cleaner - some kind of brown stains on the bathroom wall and the outside area had a lot of bird droppings that no one bothered to remove for the 2 days we were there. Fortunately for my family, even though the front desk and room staff had some call-in-sicks, the remaining staff were up to the task. My kiddos loved the gym, pool, and various lounge areas. They even gave us skewers for our marshmallows. The rooms were spacious and well appointed.

This was a super clean hotel!!! We had a corner room and it was huge, the staff was so friendly and it seemed as if the hotel staff never stopped cleaning or helping guests. I was very happy with our stay and do recommend it to others. I actually am looking forward to staying here again.

Great experience and service here. S’mores in the evening near the fire pit provided by staff. 24/7 coffee and hot chocolate bar. Snacks available for purchase 24/7. Floors inside hotel room should have been a bit cleaner but overall great time. Will book here again.

Conveniently located near Snow Summit. Newer building is what we were told. Housekeeping did not appear until the final day which I wasn’t sure if they entered our room or not. The bathroom trash was emptied and only bath towels replaced. A bag of trash on the counter was removed but nothing else was done. Very puzzling. TV shut off twice and maintenance was called. Appreciate the fast and competent service by maintenance. Also, additional towel request was fulfilled in a timely manner by the housekeeping staff. The floor of the room was filthy. My toddler walked with her white socks that turned dirt brown. The very least could be to mop the floors after every check out. The edges and crevices of the floor in the kitchen/entry area were caked with scum. Overall a decent place to stay with the options available in the area.

We arrived about 2pm. Checkin is 3pm. It was not busy and room available, but wanted to charge me $50 extra for the convenience. We chose to wait. The hotel decor was nice, but the lighting was way too bright in the lounge/dining area giving it less than desirable ambiance. Our room was on first floor. The only window was below ground with egress dug out and escape ladder up to ground floor. It made for a dark room.

Stayed on first floor. Very loud the entire stay - with the people staying above us. Requested a switch in rooms, took til the next day for someone to respond to me. Said they called the visitors above us but they did not bc the noise just got worse. Second day they moved us to the second me floor. Unsure why, bc the same issue could have occurred with the thin walls since there are 3 floors total. Thankfully, it did not. No management involvement, nothing offered to us due to our experience; the hotel is very nice and clean, but if you want a good nights sleep - would not recommend. OR - request floor 3! :)

The hotel was brand new and beautiful. My room had a full kitchen with a nice sized fridge and a microwave. There was an electric stove in the cupboard that you could cook on. It had plenty of dishes, pans and utensils. There was a couch and also a long desk area to use for working or just putting things. The bed and linens were comfortable and really nice. I really liked how bright the room was during the day and it had a lot of lights to turn on at night, all with outlets to plug in electronics. The room was so quiet with no outside noise (I was not on the street side but I think the windows are double paned). The air conditioner worked great and was also quiet. The indoor and outdoor sitting areas were large with a lot of seating. There was cold water and a coffee station that was available 24 hours. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel was very close to eating places, the Village area and skiing in the winter. It was one of the best hotel experiences I have had and will definitely stay there again when I am in Big Bear!

Loved it! We stayed in a 2 queen bed studio (2 queen beds and sofa with full size bed). Everything is brand new so it was super clean and fresh. Just how I like it! :) The Staff was the friendliest ever. In particular, Denise is amazing! There was a kitchen that included a small refrigerator/freezer (freezer on top, fridge on bottom), sink, dishes, and microwave. The outside patio had firepits, grills, and plenty of seating. The lobby has plenty of seating as well and a plethora of charging stations. It's probably one of the most modern places to stay in Big Bear Lake. We had a great time and wish we could have stayed longer. If you don't want the cabin vibe or don't want to deal with an airbnb, this is a great option. I didn't find it walkable to the village b/c it was hot but it's about a 2-minute drive...super easy. I definitely will stay there again.

Our bed was way too soft for me, and I did not sleep well getting up several times. Your facility is fine/great . . . I have no love for your bed. I probably would not select your hotel for next time because of the bed issue.

Fortunately for my family, even though the front desk and room staff had some call-in-sicks, the remaining staff were up to the task. My kiddos loved the gym, pool, and various lounge areas. They even gave us skewers for our marshmallows. The rooms were spacious and well appointed.

The Hotel is new, clean, best indoor pool. The room is clean, the toiletries are NOT cheap. Very spacious and comfortable. Lots of choices for free breakfast. Most relaxing getaway for our family with 2 kids. I will recommend 100% and we will surely come back next time!

The check in time was 4pm but our room was not ready until 6pm which was disappointing. There is no restaurant at hotel as stated in description but the breakfast was decent for a free breakfast. The grab and go market was good for a quick snack. The complimentary smores at the fire pit outside was great for the kids. The common areas were comfortable and inviting. The room was clean but we had to hunt down towels/washclothes.

There is no entry to hotel from the street which is its address. We couldn’t find the phone number to this specific hotel. We called main number. A note about how to enter the premises would have been helpful. Check in lady charges us $29.95 for parking. She claimed that there was a note somewhere online that said parking would be charged even though I was alerted to the price I paid included all fees. She wasn’t friendly like most people in Big Bear are. Hotel room did not have any toilet paper!! Incredible.

Issues with the room keys, keys did not work two days in a row. Staff was friendly but was never present at the front desk, a button needed to be pressed in order for staff to come up front. Bathroom could have been a little cleaner. Overall it was a great hotel for families, with the indoor pool, movie nights and free smores kits

Our stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton was excellent. The service was great, the rooms were clean, and the amenities were perfect! This hotel is very kid friendly with nightly s'more kits available and mid movie nights in their lobby Tv area. We will definitely be staying here again.

Check in process was a disaster. Check in opens at 3 and the property was not prepared at all. Rooms were not ready and we had to wait an hour in line to check in to find out our room was not ready yet. Our room became available only at 5 pm. Disappointing.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The facility was clean and allowed our pet to stay. Easy check in and check out. Love the fire pits and s’mores! Already told our kids and grandkids about it since they are avid skiers and snowboarders. Thanks for a great stay!

Conveniently located near Snow Summit. Newer building is what we were told. Housekeeping did not appear until the final day which I wasn’t sure if they entered our room or not. The bathroom trash was emptied and only bath towels replaced. A bag of trash on the counter was removed but nothing else was done. Very puzzling. TV shut off twice and maintenance was called. Appreciate the fast and competent service by maintenance. Also, additional towel request was fulfilled in a timely manner by the housekeeping staff. The floor of the room was filthy. My toddler walked with her white socks that turned dirt brown. The very least could be to mop the floors after every check out. The edges and crevices of the floor in the kitchen/entry area were caked with scum. Overall a decent place to stay with the options available in the area.

The images on the website are misleading. The property is quite far from the waterfront. The staff were amazing and very helpful. But the quality of room (fixtures etc) was subpar. Lastly, the sink ran cold water until you take a shower which does have hot water and then the sink has hot water. Mess up the sequence and you will be waiting a long time. The quality of service though - world class.

The hotel was brand new and beautiful. My room had a full kitchen with a nice sized fridge and a microwave. There was an electric stove in the cupboard that you could cook on. It had plenty of dishes, pans and utensils. There was a couch and also a long desk area to use for working or just putting things. The bed and linens were comfortable and really nice. I really liked how bright the room was during the day and it had a lot of lights to turn on at night, all with outlets to plug in electronics. The room was so quiet with no outside noise (I was not on the street side but I think the windows are double paned). The air conditioner worked great and was also quiet. The indoor and outdoor sitting areas were large with a lot of seating. There was cold water and a coffee station that was available 24 hours. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel was very close to eating places, the Village area and skiing in the winter. It was one of the best hotel experiences I have had and will definitely stay there again when I am in Big Bear!

This is a very clean organized hotel that opened in early 2024. It is in a good location, but not quite walkable to anywhere. The rooms have a kitchette that are well supplied with dishes, cutlery and a handful of kitchen utensils. They offer a buffet breakfast that is basic but offers decent, healthy options.

The hotel itself was brand new and beautiful, the rooms were great and clean but the service was not good. The breakfast was terrible with small dishes for many people. Most of the time everything was out and had to wait till they charge them after a long time! They even didn't clean the breakfast room after the breakfast till around noon. The location was good.

We had a wonderful stay at Home2Suites by Hilton in Big Bear. Most importantly for me , the room was very clean. The hotel also has great amenities like, a gym, indoor pooI, patio with gas firepits. The breakfast had someone for everyone. I also liked the small details like 24 hr coffee, tea, and hot cocoa.

The hotel is relatively new, clean, and comfortable. We got to do S'mores and hot chocolate every night, which our little one loved. There was also movie night but a bit crowded so we didn't join. I loved that there's coffee in the lobby throughout the day, I was able to have coffee and hot tea whenever I wanted without having to use the in room coffee maker (which germaphobes are often reluctant to use). Breakfast is included but not very appealing nor tasty - its the usual eggs, sausage, bagels, make your own waffles, oatmeal, etc, but just looked like really cheap quality foods. Overall we did have a comfortable stay, including our small pup. That said, we were charged $75 pet fee instead of the $50 advertised on the page. My pup is very well behaved and doesn't make a mess (you wouldn't have known there was a dog with us), so a bit disappointed for the slight overcharge. Parking was pricey at $29 per night. Overall it did feel a bit "nickel and dimed" for everything. For what you paid to book the room expect to shell out an extra $140 for all the additional fees and charges when you check out. Based on a 2 night stay.

Amazing stay for families. Big fridge, dining table, microwave actual plates, utensils, pots and pans, toaster. Fantastic hot breakfast included. I have 3 very picky eaters, and being away from home has always been a struggle , but not this time. Big clean rooms and nice staff. Barbecue area! Overall wonderful experience for families.

Ok overall. Some of the staff was very nice, others not so much. Booked us into the wrong room initially, but problem was corrected quickly and they removed a day of fees. Breakfast was blah, nothing exciting and sausage three days in a row. The hotel itself is clean, and the rooms are spacious. Great for a place to sleep, but not too much else.

The service staff was super friendly and the stay was nice. Our first night we enjoyed s’mores out on the patio aside the fire pit. However, on our third night before heading home the kids wanted to enjoy s’mores again and we were told by the front desk that only one bag of s’mores per guest however we had 5 guests which only two of us could enjoy the experience. I was extremely disappointed because it was not right that only some of us could enjoy. We also tried to stay an extra night but were told the cost would be for two nights and I couldn’t give anyone not just purchase which sounds ridiculous. Also the hotel charges for parking at an extremely high cost. Where no where else the parking was so expensive.

We also tried to stay an extra night but were told the cost would be for two nights and I couldn’t give anyone not just purchase which sounds ridiculous. Also the hotel charges for parking at an extremely high cost. Where no where else the parking was so expensive.

The room was great! Great amenities, everything you could need is there. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and breakfast had lots of options.
