Clean and nice room. I especially enjoyed the fire pit on the front porch area in the evening. It was a beautiful night and was a perfect relaxing area.

The rooms are large and very accommodating. Floors look like a wood laminate, no carpet. Feels spacious and clean. Beds are extremely comfortable. The bathroom is large with a sliding glass door stand up shower, tons of room on the sink counter for all your toiletries. There are two-three places/ stands to lay out your suitcase Several hooks bars to hang clothes and towels in bathroom, hooks in the room also in addition to open closet space. Very well thought out design and one of nicest rooms I have stayed in. The breakfast was good, the pool has a lift if needed, the exercise room had several pieces of equipment, The staff was wonderful. Nice little outside area with a fireplace. Everything felt clean and new. The little town with shops and restaurants was walkable from the hotel. We were close to Hershey amusement and chocolate world, close to Sight and Sound Theater, downtown Lancaster(nice little walkable city), little over an hour from Philly if you wanted to spend a day enjoying American History, and of course right in the the middle of Amish country to enjoy all the shops, markets and restaurants.

Loved the hotel! Rooms were spacious and clean! Staff was super attentive and friendly! Only wish the pool was bigger and the breakfast options were better. I’d still definitely return though! Loved it!

Place was awesome! Everything was so clean, staff were great,so friendly. Breakfast was delicious 😋. Pool was nice and clean. We'll be staying here next time we're in the area. Stayed four nights.

We didn’t have breakfast there. Our room was very clean- perfect except housekeeping had left a spray bottle of cleaning solution behind. Otherwise, the hotel was pristine, super quiet and comfortable. Staff was very helpful with questions and were also very friendly

Excellent stay, clean, just what we needed. New and fresh. Front desk was very kind and accommodated an early check in for our family. Great location near Lancaster but in a much more quiet small town yet accessible to area attractions. Only area of recommended improvement is to keep a larger quantity of hot breakfast options prepared. There were very few people staying the same weekend as us yet it seemed the breakfast station was habitually empty and we would have to wait a substantial amount of time.

Parking easy. Breakfast average. Staff friendliness and helpfulness was to the moon and back good - exceptional. Room cleanliness: dirty spots on the floor especially close to the base trim. The most difficult thing was seeing pet hair on our socks. Nice of you to allow them, but you must put more effort into cleaning those rooms. We would prefer to know if you’ve had animals in our room, particularly the same day we arrive. Thank you.

My sister and I stayed here for a few days for our birthday celebration and I am so glad we did. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, access to the hotel and parking was easy, breakfast was delicious… it was just nice all around. If I ever find myself in Intercourse, PA again I will definitely stay here.

We had a studio room with kitchenette. It was so spacious. The front desk staff were super nice and the hotel looks like it is either new or recently had a big makeover. Very happy with the stay.

We were in a Single King with a sofa bed too. We were very pleased with the room, the bed was comfy, the bathroom was very nice! The property was convenient to Kitchen Kettle Village & the new Barry's Car Barn (antique vehicles) is right next door. Very walkable area. The employees were all very nice & helpful! The "continental" breakfast was more than just coffee & donuts or bagels. They was alway an egg dish, scones, breakfast meat, bread, cereal, oatmeal & coffee & OJ. Also coffee & Tea always available. On site indoor pool & gym. It was an exceptional stay for us.

Shannon at front desk at night was awesome. Hotel was quiet around. Very clean. Only downfall was ac unit was very noisy. Other thwn that, the stsy was great. I would book there again.

We decided to stay one extra night in Lancaster County, so this was a last-minute booking. Staff was very helpful and nice to work with. Our room was clean and spacious. And, breakfast was great. Hampton Inn is our "go to" booking and we were delighted to be able to book this one.

Everything was great! We love the waffles for breakfast and the staff is so friendly. The girls are on top of everything. They’re refilling the food and cleaning up any messes that are made. Wiping the tables as soon as people leave. The room was very clean the only problem was the hot water. Saturday morning the water was luke warm when taking a shower. I told the girl at the front desk and she immediately took care of it. She sent a guy to our room. He checked it out and we decided it was the amount of people taking showers. The same thing happened on Sunday so I spoke to Angie at the front desk. She was great! We stayed in April and everything was great and we will be back again.

The staff was awesome. I stayed for the week. After 2 days the room was supposed to be cleaned. After waiting well into the afternoon, the supervisor named Beverly came to check. She was surprised nobody had done the room yet. She actually did the room herself. Outstanding! Kim at the front desk was cute and courteous making sure my needs were met. And Devon taking care of breakfast was so friendly and made the best potatoes! I will definitely be staying here again!

Very helpful staff including the manager, John, as they dealt with a third party reservation glitch. Property extremely clean, was quiet also. Location was convenient too. Would highly recommend.

My sister and I stayed here for a few days for our birthday celebration and I am so glad we did. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, access to the hotel and parking was easy, breakfast was delicious… it was just nice all around. If I ever find myself in Intercourse, PA again I will definitely stay here.

Excellent hotel, very well located. The rooms and everything were very clean, super cozy. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Shannon at the front desk.

The rooms are large and very accommodating. Floors look like a wood laminate, no carpet. Feels spacious and clean. Beds are extremely comfortable. The bathroom is large with a sliding glass door stand up shower, tons of room on the sink counter for all your toiletries. There are two-three places/ stands to lay out your suitcase Several hooks bars to hang clothes and towels in bathroom, hooks in the room also in addition to open closet space. Very well thought out design and one of nicest rooms I have stayed in. The breakfast was good, the pool has a lift if needed, the exercise room had several pieces of equipment, The staff was wonderful. Nice little outside area with a fireplace. Everything felt clean and new. The little town with shops and restaurants was walkable from the hotel. We were close to Hershey amusement and chocolate world, close to Sight and Sound Theater, downtown Lancaster(nice little walkable city), little over an hour from Philly if you wanted to spend a day enjoying American History, and of course right in the the middle of Amish country to enjoy all the shops, markets and restaurants.

This hotel is a great place to stay. It is in the perfect location for visiting Kitchen Kettle Village shopping and all the surrounding areas. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the hotel is very modern, with a nice indoor swimming pool. Breakfast is good too. Would definitely stay again if in the area, and would highly recommend this hotel.

Property is new. Nice room. The breakfast was the worst I have ever had at any hotel. Toaster barely worked. Minimal choices. For that reason alone I wouldn't stay here again. Not the servers fault.

We were in a Single King with a sofa bed too. We were very pleased with the room, the bed was comfy, the bathroom was very nice! The property was convenient to Kitchen Kettle Village & the new Barry's Car Barn (antique vehicles) is right next door. Very walkable area. The employees were all very nice & helpful! The "continental" breakfast was more than just coffee & donuts or bagels. They was alway an egg dish, scones, breakfast meat, bread, cereal, oatmeal & coffee & OJ. Also coffee & Tea always available. On site indoor pool & gym. It was an exceptional stay for us.

Excellent stay, clean, just what we needed. New and fresh. Front desk was very kind and accommodated an early check in for our family. Great location near Lancaster but in a much more quiet small town yet accessible to area attractions. Only area of recommended improvement is to keep a larger quantity of hot breakfast options prepared. There were very few people staying the same weekend as us yet it seemed the breakfast station was habitually empty and we would have to wait a substantial amount of time.

We decided to stay one extra night in Lancaster County, so this was a last-minute booking. Staff was very helpful and nice to work with. Our room was clean and spacious. And, breakfast was great. Hampton Inn is our "go to" booking and we were delighted to be able to book this one.

Everything was great! We love the waffles for breakfast and the staff is so friendly. The girls are on top of everything. They’re refilling the food and cleaning up any messes that are made. Wiping the tables as soon as people leave. The room was very clean the only problem was the hot water. Saturday morning the water was luke warm when taking a shower. I told the girl at the front desk and she immediately took care of it. She sent a guy to our room. He checked it out and we decided it was the amount of people taking showers. The same thing happened on Sunday so I spoke to Angie at the front desk. She was great! We stayed in April and everything was great and we will be back again.

Place was awesome! Everything was so clean, staff were great,so friendly. Breakfast was delicious 😋. Pool was nice and clean. We'll be staying here next time we're in the area. Stayed four nights.

We left a bag of purchases in the room. I called less than three hours later, and spoke to the manager on duty. She called me back about two hours later, and said she checked the room, and then talked to housekeeping. The room had already been cleaned and nobody remembered seeing the bag.I take responsibility for leaving it in the first place, but I would expect that there's a lost and found policy.

the hotel itself was very nice. The hard part was that some friends were staying at the same hotel. we requested for our rooms to be close by. I called and was told that they put our rooms next door to each other. My friend, when they checked in, asked and was told we'd be 1-2 rooms apart. When I went to check in, just after 6pm, I was told the room wasn't ready yet (check-in was anytime after 4). After waiting for close to 15 minutes, which is a lot when I was traveling alone with 2 toddlers and it was dinner time. We finally got the key and was told we were on a different floor than my friends. I had also requested a pack n' play, which I was told they were waiting on. They were able to move me to the same floor as my friend, but we then had to wait a while longer. we requested to be close by because I was traveling alone with my kids and my friends were going to help out, plus we wanted to hang out for a litlte bit once the kids all went to sleep. If our rooms were nearby, we could sit in the hallway. Even with our rooms on the same floor, we were put on opposite ends of the hallway, which was less than helpful.

I stayed 1 night. To go to Kitchen Kettle Village. This location is perfect and very close walking distance from the shopping area. Everything was great. I arrived early and at no extra charge I was allowed to check in early.
