Unable to use the pool, the water was too cold and the rail used to enter the pool was not secure. I was travelling with a person who is visually impaired and requires the pool rail to enter the pool.

Has a full size fridge in the room. Utensils also in the room. The hotel has a nice patio out back for relaxing. BBQ's on the patio for use. pool was also nice. Easy access from the 401 and a short drive to get downtown and tourist attractions. Bed was okay, but the seal around the door was not great allowing a lot of light from the hallway into the room. All in all was nice

Our suite was very clean and orderly, super convenient facility. Other amenities were good too. But our vehicle was broken into overnight in the parking lot and many things stolen. This isn’t the hotel’s fault of course, but there are no security cameras in the parking lots. Otherwise this is a great place to stay if you’re looking to do some cooking for yourself while away. The room was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent but congested on Sunday morning between 8:30-9:00am. Pool and gym facilities were clean and in good working order.

A little rough on the outside, the hotel was clean and welcoming on the inside. The room had a good use of space. Small bathroom, no tub, walk in shower. Small pool, big Gym. Breakfast ok, just premade omelettes and breakfast sandwiches with the bread/waffle options. Yogurt, cereal. Big Tv, comfy bed

The hotel was brand new and very nice. My only issue was that I booked this hotel because it has an EV charger. When I saw the pricing I was shocked at the hourly cost. I wouldn’t use because of this insane pricing. This is a Hilton property….im sure they can afford to reduce the rate or make it complementary. Sadly I won’t stay here again.

The showers were not cleaned after the last stay. Probably the worst pillows I've encountered at any hotel till date. Overall the facility in recently renovated but housekeeping definitely needs improvements. Complimentary breakfast was decent and staff were friendly.

Some stains in the shower. Looked like mud on the shower floor. May have been permanent or needed a bristle brush to scrub. Had to leave early (4am) due to weather…not sure the desk attendant was too happy dealing with that

For how expensive this stay was, I was not impressed the room was small there was barely any blankets, the shower was dirty cutlery was dirty, there was hair on the beds, i had to call for extra blankets, we stayed for 2 nights and paid over $500

The room was excellent! The stay was excellent! The only issue we had was that a dirty towel from the previous occupants was left hanging in between the shower curtains and the toilet paper wasn’t filled.

Staff are great and very helpful. New building with convenience to ample parking. There is a train close by so you hear the noise from there as well as limited dining options. There was also plumbing noise that can be heard throughout the night from the washroom. Maintenance was quick to check out concerns. There is a restaurant located at the hotel next door which is a little pricy for what you get. Gym was a great size with lots of equipment options. Breakfast options are limited and are in a weird set up (some hot foods on 1 side of the dining hall and other food items are on the opposite side). Hot beverages were appreciated to have throughout the day. It would also be nice to have a water station that is located in the gym. Washroom wasn't cleaned the greatest. There was hair still in the shower and on the toilet when I first entered. Overall great experience.

Modern, clean and good staff. Breakfast was good. Room was spacious for a studio. I was only there for one night; however the room is perfect for an extended stay as it has a kitchen and curtains to divide the living area from the bed.

A perfect studio apartment, with small but usable kitchen, couch, desk, dining table. Everything was comfortable (bed a little bouncy) and very clean. Really intelligently designed space. Breakfast was very adequate but the tongs used to get foods out of the little windows were really hard to use -- food from unsuccessful attempts all over the counter. Staff was very nice. We'd definitely stay again.

Very clean room, seemed quite new with all needed amenities. Our 1 complaint was the fighter jet sounding heating/cooling unit. Had to shut it off at night to be able to sleep.

Our room was too small for an extended stay. The air conditioner was noisy and when it wasn’t running the room was poorly ventilated. The tv guide did not line up with the actual channels. The dishwasher wasn’t working but was fixed upon request.

Everything about our stay was great. The room was absolutely huge! Having a kitchenette with dishes and full fridge was great. The price was excellent. This will be my go to for Kingston from now on. So pleased.

I hate to leave a bad review but that was theworst bed I’ve ever slept in. The mattress, the pillow, the blankets - all terrible. I had the worst sleep and had a 9 hour drive the next day. I was so tired. Room was nice, very clean. Staff was great at check in, just the most uncomfortable bed!

Staff incredibly friendly and welcoming. Check in and out very quick and easy. Entire building very clean and well kept. Breakfast was delicious and warm. Pool very clean. Gym was very clean with lots of equipment to choose from. Rooms well maintained, very clean. 10/10

They told us when we arrived that they were over-booked and so they had arranged for us to stay in another hotel 10 minutes away. They framed it as an upgrade because instead of two double beds the new room had one King - which meant my 22 year old and I had to share a bed. They did cover the cost but the whole thing was pretty inconvenient, especially since I had reserved this room well in advance.

Front desk Cassandra was nice and gave an early check in. Room was perfect! Breakfast was fresh in morning, its always good to be out of the busy crowded city once in a while.

We stayed here for 2 days. Rooms were nice and new and spacious. Pool was extremely small for a larger place, no hot tub. Surrounded by marsh lands and conservation area. Must drive to anything you want to do.

Very nice Hotel, clean and feels new. The location is its only downside because there's nothing of interest close by. Would still come back because of the quality of the service and the overall quality of the place.

Great place to stay to explore Kingston and the surrounding area. Check in was easy and the staff very friendly and helpful. Room was excellent and had everything we needed. Breakfast is a hot and cold buffet style - nothing fancy but it was fine. Restaurant next door was good and as long as you show your hotel keycard there is a good discount to be had. Parking was easy and there was loads of space. It’s a bit out of town so you need a car really but I think it was better than anything we saw downtown.

We had a great experience and the hotel surpassed our expectations. The concierge(s) were friendly and always helpful. Breakfast surpassed our expectations, and we really appreciated the hotel's proximity to downtown, the marina, and Kingston Pen. We'd stay here again!

The service was very friendly and courteous! There were three of us and we were given a larger room than originally booked. The room was very spacious and clean. The pool area was also good and equipped with loungers. Big downside was the breakfast though: breakfast time ends at 9am. The selection is very poor (two types of cheese, packaged jam and peanut cream as toppings). The quality and selection are in clear need of improvement.

Spacy and clean room and bathroom. The bathtub is very small and uncomfortable. It was nice to have a kitchen space with all necessities. Not too happy about the breakfast. The choice of food is very limited and quantities are way not enough causing long waiting times / not being able to get second helping.

Very clean property. I only had issues with the breakfast times. 6-9AM no one is up at 6AM while on vacation, and there is a mad rush just before 9AM. Breakfast should be till 10AM

quick and easy check in, clean spacious rooms only complaint - breakfast was PACKED got there around 9am and had to wait for pretty much everything…asked twice for coffee there were no plates, no trays and food was gone faster than they could put it out Ended up going to nearby Tim Hortons for breakfast after waiting about 15 minutes and asking two different staff for coffee. Only the decaf coffee was full.

The room was clean with a plentiful supply of bathroom towels. Parking was easy with many spaces available. Breakfast was good. Choice was limited for hot food but certainly adequate. Plenty of hot beverages and cereals. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel looks like a conversion from an old apartment. Visible sign of renovation on ceilings in the lobby and our floor. The shower took a long time to heat up and wasn't hot enough for us. Sound proofing was poor and we can hear people in the hallway and steps from up stairs. There was a big group of parent and kids at the hotel during our stay and they were having pizza party at the lobby when we arrived at night. Chairs and tables in the breakfast area seem dirty and need some deep cleaning. Breakfast was also chaotic and there were no staff to help direct or organize the people. Overall we wouldn't recommend it if you are coming as couple for romantic stay. Better for families or if you are just passing by for the night.

The breakfast menu and service needs to be reviewed by Hilton, the quality not so good for example the oatmeal is so sticky you can tell its from days ago, also the bakery quality is so basic same as 1 star hotels.

Hotel is clean and well maintained. My only issue would be the turn over service. They only do it every other day and so with kids in the room garbage was piling up fast. Lastly, breakfast was good also with good variety and selection for clients. My only issue with this was that kept the pork and other items in same location and unfortunately othe clients didn't keep things separated and cross-contaminated everything with pork. As a non pork eater, this made things inedible for and my family to consume. My suggestion would be to keep the meats and non meat items separated.
