Tru By Hilton Miramar

Property was clean and staff was great. One elevator wasn’t working and then on the day we checked out along with several others in the hotel, the second elevator broke. Had to carry all of our luggage down the stairs.

This site was very nice. Staff was nice. The breakfast was ok, but wish it had different hot options. Maybe some waffles instead of pancakes everyday. Otherwise i would definitely stay there again. I was there for a while week. Kids enjoyed the pool when it wasnt raining. Orher things and restaurants were all nearby.

Very clean new property. The front desk is friendly and helpful. The parking is ample and the hotel is well designed. Very eco-friendly property and good amenities including a pool table in the lobby which was very popular and a nice touch. The toiletries are good quality and smell amazing. I highly recommend this property.

It was a nice stay, it was clean inside the room and outside the hotel. The halls were easy to navigate, not difficult at all. I wish there was a microwave in the room instead of only one in the lobby. Overall, it was affordable and pleasant stay.

This was our second stay at a Tru by Hilton, and this place just not disappoint. Wonderful staff service, rooms are clean and comfortable, the hotel is fun and has a few things to do (pool table, pool, gym) should you need something to keep busy. Definitely recommend!

I stayed at Tru by Hilton in Miramar for a week due to having to evacuate for Hurricane Milton. The hotel is very clean, the staff is friendly and they have a nice lobby with a pool table, games, and a lot of tables to lounge or work at. Great experience and would recommend! They are also pet-friendly and only charge $75 for your entire stay.

Excellent facilities. Convenient location. Easy access to Miami, Hollywood areas. Free breakfast was a plus.

It was ok and a good experience. The pillows are way too soft order extras to be comfortable. Polite and friendly front desk.

The room was very accessible for handicapped. One of the best. But we had an issue with the lighting. It would never set to stay on. We even had someone come to the room to explain how to set it. To no avail. The lights would go off continuously. Very irritating. Plus the tv’s guide was was off one or two stations. Very frustrating. It’s the little things that make your stay relaxing.

The hotel is conveniently located near good restaurants and mayor roads. It seems pretty new and everything was clean. The AC in my room was very noisy. The room cleaning is every other day. The room service came at 10AM and I was still in the room, so I asked the lady to come back in 1 hour. I left the room at 11AM, when I came back late at night, the room was not done and I had no fresh towels. Had to go to the main desk and ask for towels. The check in was OK, but when I went to check out there was no one and had to wait for about 10 minutes, when the person came, then the check out was OK.

Very noisy in the room! Can’t sleep after being woken up by mechanical noises.

Craig who at the front desk is an amazing employ! He totally goes out of his way to be accommodating and helpful. He is also very pleasant.

Clean room, modern amenities, fine breakfast. Took a star off because front desk was completely unmonitored when I came to check in and stood there waiting and looking around for help for 20 minutes. Called front desk thinking that might get attention, but phone went unaswred. When the staff came didn't even acknowledge the wait time

Overall a nice place for a short stay. Thermostat in room wasn't working. Maintenance working was sent to fix, however he didn't speak English, very difficult to explain the situation. He was able to fix it after a few tries. My husband realized that he left his IPad in the room. I called to see if Housekeeping found it but was told no. Called after we returned from out cruise, still no IPad. It was clearly visible on the bed. Reception staff wasn't too interested in helping us. So someone on that staff has a very old IPad, but one that still worked.

Was very shocked at check-in when they wanted to charge $50 dollars for early check-in. Also, the $75 fee for our 6pound dog when it was supposed to be pet friendly. Anthony at the front desk was very rude with his explanation of theses charges. There are plenty of nice hotels that do not charge these fee! We WILL NOT be staying at Tru by Hilton again!

We had a very nice stay. I chose this hotel for its price and location, but we enjoyed the small breakfast. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Room was clean and quiet.

One of my family’s best stays. Ever. Unfortunately it was only an overnight trip, but we will definitely be coming back to this location. The staff at the front desk really stood out for me, they were very helpful and very friendly. The room we had was probably the best among the budget hotels we’ve stayed in. It was spacious and smelled clean. I like the fact that it was only carpeted by the entrance of the room and had no carpet around at the main bedroom area where in mildew, moisture and germs and other undesirable foreign matter could hide or germinate. The bathroom was big enough and not cramped. The lighting was perfect and live the big windows. The place had ample parking and was well lit where we parked at. Overall, this felt like a five star hotel in the budget category with absolutely five star customer service.

Title: The Most Horrible Hilton Experience I’ve Ever Had – Tru by Hilton Should Be Ashamed I don’t even know where to begin. I’ve stayed at many Hilton properties in the past, but this experience at Tru by Hilton left me shocked, hurt, and honestly, a little traumatized. The manager kicked me out of the hotel after declaring my dogs weren’t “companion animals.” That is not only insensitive — it’s illegal. Even so, I calmly offered the doctor’s letter I always carry. He refused to accept it. I called Hilton Corporate, and they confirmed I was within my rights and that what he did was wrong. Still, no apology. Instead, this man made up an outrageous lie, saying I “mistreated the cleaning staff” — which was not only untrue, but deeply offensive. I was a cleaner when I came to this country. I hold cleaning staff in the highest regard — I would never speak down to them. If that wasn’t enough, I cut my finger badly on a sharp, defective part in the hotel bathroom and bled heavily. No one offered help or care. Not even a first aid kit. It was just… cold disregard. Manager was not only incompetent, but cruel. He lied, he discriminated, and he treated me like a nuisance when I followed every rule. Tru by Hilton needs to look closely at who they hire to run their hotels, because this was the farthest thing from hospitality. I do not recommend this place to anyone, especially if you’re traveling with a service animal, or if you value decency and dignity. Shame on Tru by Hilton

I recently stayed at Tru by Hilton Miramar and had a fantastic experience. Checking in and out was seamless, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout my visit. The location is another big plus; it's in an area I’ve grown to love, making it convenient and enjoyable for my needs. Tru by Hilton Miramar has definitely become my go-to choice in the area, and I look forward to staying there again on my next visit!

Everything was fine except for breakfast. Not enough food choices (need to add hash browns, sausage, waffles and real eggs!)
