This was supposed to be a relaxing 1-night stop for me and my brother during a multi-stop motorcycle trip. We wanted something nicer because our journey was long and we thought we were treating ourselves. Upon arrival we found the condo was full of bugs. I have (10) pictures. They were in every room. When I contacted the property manager to request a different condo. They said this was normal at a beach location and could not do anything about it. An unacceptable answer. I've been going to the beach for 30+ years and have never stayed in a place in this condition. We arrived late and were only staying for 1-night or we would have found another place and not even stayed even though we would have probably forfeited our money. Seeing 1 or 2 dead bugs is understandable. I'm not a Bug O Phoebe (if that exist lol). This was way more than that, and they weren't all dead. I even placed all of my belongings on the table and kept them zipped up. As soon as we woke up, we left. Also, they hit you with excessive cleaning fees and parking fees that you have to pay after you book it. Effectively doubling the condo's price. I would never stay here again and certainly cannot recommend it. Side note: My brother stayed at a different unit here with a different management company a few years ago and it was very clean and nice he said.

The location of the property was exceptional! Dawn925 was well equipped, clean and exceeded our expectations. The description of the unit and how it was described was actually less than what was included in the unit. We will plan to stay at Dawn925 in the future for a longer stay. Great unit, amenities and location!
