Ett helt magisk boende. Fantastisk lägenhet. Fixade allt vi bad om, från strykjärn till en toaster. Fina rum, stora. Bra ac. Riktig lyx. Otroligt många handdukar, även till stranden Liten pool me helt ok. Enorm lyx att ha stranden utanför precis med egna solstolar. Det är .

My husband and I stayed at this property in September 2025. We decided to stay out of the hustle & bustle of Split and we are glad we made that decision. This property is well kept and the staff are helpful and friendly. There is a very long promenade in front of this property and many bars & restaurants to walk to. There is a small pool within the fence of the property and the beach is across the promenade. Beautiful views and a very quiet & peaceful spot. The apartment was very well equipped with everything you might need (although a toaster in the kitchen would be nice!) full size fridge, oven & microwave. No laundry in the unit. We had breakfast included in our stay and you go next door to their restaurant and it was very nice! Great selection with beautiful outdoor seating by the water. There is free underground parking (BUT - be aware, if you have rented a manual vehicle, you will need to be very experienced with stopping on extreme steep hills. There is an arm that automatically raises when you exit the parking lot, but there is a delay and you have to stop the car and it’s STEEP!) My only other con would be the bed, it was very hard and uncomfortable. Other than that, we loved our stay here!

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille, la vue depuis le logement sur la mer est tout simplement magnifique, on passerais nos journées a regarder et à écouter la mer. Le logement est de très bonne qualité et de belles finitions haut de gamme. Nous n'avons absolument pas manqué de linge de toilette tellement il y en avait, méme les serviettes de plage sont fournies. L'appart hôtel est idéalement situé près de split, du parc de krka et de plusieurs supérette à proximité, mais surtout, la plage juste devant. Il suffit de descendre, commencer par une baignade dans la piscine et finir dans la mer limpide, ou se faire doré sur les bains de soleil également fournis. De plus le petit sentier le long de la mer est sympathique et plusieurs restaurants à proximité. Je pense que c'est tout simplement le plus bel établissement de la côte.

Veldig flott plass og hyggelige ansatte!Leilighetshotellet ligg rett på stranda. I restauranten under oss, spiste vi god frokost. Nydelig strand med gratis solsenger/parasoller. Utleie av Sup-board.

Por gusto personal no nos gusta quedarnos en las ciudades, entonces elegimos este aparthotel que queda a 25’ del puerto de Split, frente al mar, con playa propia y un espectacular restaurante con comida y atención maravillosa. Éramos dos parejas y al ser dos habitaciones con baño privado y un baño adicional más la comodidad e independencia eran perfectas. Muy buen garage, siempre tenía lugar El apartamento además es muy moderno y tecnológico en cuanto a luminaria y mobiliario. Todo el personal muy amable

Our apartment was perfect and immaculately clean. The standard of finish and extra touches made it stand out from others. Ante was so friendly and helpful and around during the day if you need him. Location is quiet with a few restaurants which is ideal for a relaxing break. I am a vegan so struggled slightly with food options but the apartment has a fully functional kitchen with absolutely everything you could need to cook. We used Uber to go into Split and the Mall which was great. Overall if I could move the apartment around with us as we travel I would.

We staying during off season. Everything was great. Friendly reception staff and restaurant staff during breakfast. Clean and very quiet. The beach looks amazing and has a long promenade for walks along the beach. Rental car is a must.

It is a beautiful apartment for a luxury stay. Everything was spotlessly clean. and there were plenty of towels. The receptionist gave us a number to contact if we wanted anything - we did ask for extra pillows after the 1st night and they were there when we returned from our day out. The maid also knocked one day to see if we needed anything. We stayed in the Penthouse with 3 bedrooms. Apart from wanting 2 pillows each, the only thing we were missing was baking trays for the oven. The only negatives for this stunning apartment was that 2 of the en-suites only had a handheld shower. It would have been better if there had been a bracket high on the wall to fix the shower into. As it was we all used the walk-in shower in one of the bedrooms, after we had attempted to use the hand-held one above the bath in another en-suite. The other negative was the amount of road noise, as it is a busy road, this also made turning left out of the apartments slightly difficult.

Very helpful staff, especially as we had a late flight and no one was going to be around at the property to check us in, so they sent us photos and a video of everything we would need. The apartment was very clean and a good supply of towels. The kitchen area had a coffee machine plus a kettle and all the cooking utensils if you wanted to self cater. Breakfast was buffet style and relaxed with both indoor & outdoor seating areas, again the staff were on hand and very helpful. Good standard of cleanliness and great location right on the beach.

The apartment was very well equipped with everything you might need (although a toaster in the kitchen would be nice!) full size fridge, oven & microwave. No laundry in the unit. We had breakfast included in our stay and you go next door to their restaurant and it was very nice! Great selection with beautiful outdoor seating by the water. There is free underground parking (BUT - be aware, if you have rented a manual vehicle, you will need to be very experienced with stopping on extreme steep hills. There is an arm that automatically raises when you exit the parking lot, but there is a delay and you have to stop the car and it’s STEEP!) My only other con would be the bed, it was very hard and uncomfortable. Other than that, we loved our stay here!

It is a beautiful apartment for a luxury stay. Everything was spotlessly clean. and there were plenty of towels. The receptionist gave us a number to contact if we wanted anything - we did ask for extra pillows after the 1st night and they were there when we returned from our day out. The maid also knocked one day to see if we needed anything. We stayed in the Penthouse with 3 bedrooms. Apart from wanting 2 pillows each, the only thing we were missing was baking trays for the oven. The only negatives for this stunning apartment was that 2 of the en-suites only had a handheld shower. It would have been better if there had been a bracket high on the wall to fix the shower into. As it was we all used the walk-in shower in one of the bedrooms, after we had attempted to use the hand-held one above the bath in another en-suite. The other negative was the amount of road noise, as it is a busy road, this also made turning left out of the apartments slightly difficult.

Our apartment was perfect and immaculately clean. The standard of finish and extra touches made it stand out from others. Ante was so friendly and helpful and around during the day if you need him. Location is quiet with a few restaurants which is ideal for a relaxing break. I am a vegan so struggled slightly with food options but the apartment has a fully functional kitchen with absolutely everything you could need to cook. We used Uber to go into Split and the Mall which was great. Overall if I could move the apartment around with us as we travel I would.

Very helpful staff, especially as we had a late flight and no one was going to be around at the property to check us in, so they sent us photos and a video of everything we would need. The apartment was very clean and a good supply of towels. The kitchen area had a coffee machine plus a kettle and all the cooking utensils if you wanted to self cater. Breakfast was buffet style and relaxed with both indoor & outdoor seating areas, again the staff were on hand and very helpful. Good standard of cleanliness and great location right on the beach.

My husband and I stayed at this property in September 2025. We decided to stay out of the hustle & bustle of Split and we are glad we made that decision. This property is well kept and the staff are helpful and friendly. There is a very long promenade in front of this property and many bars & restaurants to walk to. Nous avons passé une semaine en famille, la vue depuis le logement sur la mer est tout simplement magnifique, on passerais nos journées a regarder et à écouter la mer. Le logement est de très bonne qualité et de belles finitions haut de gamme. Nous n'avons absolument pas manqué de linge de toilette tellement il y en avait, méme les serviettes de plage sont fournies. L'appart hôtel est idéalement situé près de split, du parc de krka et de plusieurs supérette à proximité, mais surtout, la plage juste devant. Il suffit de descendre, commencer par une baignade dans la piscine et finir dans la mer limpide, ou se faire doré sur les bains de soleil également fournis. De plus le petit sentier le long de la mer est sympathique et plusieurs restaurants à proximité. Je pense que c'est tout simplement le plus bel établissement de la côte.

Really nice location with a great sunset view over the sea, including a jacuzzi and free parking. Nice place between Split and Omis, but be aware of the traffic during rush hours. Seems like a up and coming area with a lot of new builds.

The apartment itself was perfect for our family of 4. Very clean and tidy with a lovely shower. All the amenities you could hope for. The air on was a little load but didn’t stop us sleeping. The balcony was a lovely extra. The fresh water pool was perfect when we’d had enough of the beach but the private use of the sun loungers and parasols on the beach meant we stayed there most of the day. You can also rent a paddle board directly from VIPo for a reasonable €20 for 4 hours. The apartment is above a lovely restaurant serving local cuisine. Most tables are outside on the terrace and I was concerned about noise in the apartment but we didn’t hear a thing and it was very quiet when we ate there too. The staff were wonderful. Stephania was great at check in. She made us feel very welcome, gave us a tour and, even though we arrived well before check-in, she let us store our suitcases and make use of the facilities while our room was cleaned. Within an hour (3 hours ahead of official check-in) our room was ready and she showed us around. The one thing to consider is that the apartment is not in the heart of Split and the tacos can be pricey. There is also only one road into Split from the apartment and it can get busy and slow during peak times. This didn’t affect us particularly and we factored a little extra time to get to the airport. We would definitely return to VIPo if we’re in Split again. Thank you team!
