Lavalse Hotel

Great hotel. Views from the rooms are stunning and there are great amenities (sauna, hot tub, gym).

Herrliche Aussicht von der Dachterrasse. Der Fitnessraum war absolut gut sortiert und sauber. Frühstück war schlecht organisiert. Die Speisen wurden nicht teilweise nachgefüllt.

Wir waren insgesamt eher unzufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt im Hotel. Zwar war das Zimmer sauber und in Ordnung, aber das war leider auch das einzig Positive. Das größte Problem war der extrem schlechte Service an der Rezeption. Beim Auschecken baten wir darum, ein Taxi zu rufen, um rechtzeitig unseren Zug zu erreichen. Statt uns direkt zu helfen, wurden wir zur Seite gestellt – während andere Gäste (offenbar koreanische Staatsbürger) priorisiert wurden. Es vergingen fast 15 Minuten, bis sich jemand darum kümmerte, ein Taxi zu rufen – eine völlig unnötige Verzögerung, die uns fast den Anschluss gekostet hätte. Erst nachdem wir unseren Unmut geäußert hatten, wurde reagiert. Ein weiteres großes Manko: Nur zwei Aufzüge für die ersten 16 Etagen. Wir mussten oft sehr lange warten, da der Lift an jeder Etage hielt – total ineffizient. Das hat sich summiert, vor allem morgens beim Auschecken oder wenn man mal schnell wohin wollte. Auch das Fitnessstudio war unnötig kompliziert. Es war nicht möglich, einfach so reinzugehen – man musste sich vorher an der Rezeption eine extra Karte holen, was erneut Zeit kostete, besonders durch die langsamen Fahrstühle. Alles in allem keine Empfehlung von uns. Maximal zwei Sterne, hauptsächlich wegen des Zimmers – Service, Organisation und Gästeumgang waren leider enttäuschend.

On a beautiful isolated island with amazing views of the harbor and city. The additional rooftop skyview was a plus.

깨끗하고 뷰도 좋고 여러가지로 훌륭한 숙소였습니다. 다만 수압이 별로 안좋았고, 엘레베이터가 어느 층에 있는지 각 층에서 확인 할 수 없어서 불편했습니다. 그것만 빼고 대체로 만족합니다. 다음에도 영도에 온다면 이 호텔을 이용할 예정입니다.

호텔로비가 좁고 대기할 수 있는 데가 없는 게 아쉽네요

조식은 안먹어서 잘모름 주차는 좋았음

대부분 만족했는데 사우나 규모가 너무 작고 내부시설이 부족한 편. 사우나를 만원에 쓰기엔 일회용품이 있어 그렇게 비싼편은 아님. 조식 서비스는 투숙객 가격할인받은 편 치고는 가성지 좋음.

부산의 전통 구도심인 남포동, 부산역, 자갈치시장가 가가운 위치에 있고, 영도라는 섬을 여행해기에도 매우 좋은 위치입니다. 시설은 비교적 최근에 신축한 건물이라 청경하고 관리도 잘 돼있습니다. 바닷가 옆에 위치한 호텔의 방도 넓고 쾌적합니다. 1만원에 이용할 수 있는 사우나도 매우 좋았습니다. 다음에 또 이용하고 싶은 호텔입니다.

Stayed at this hotel for two nights, nice hotel, good space in the room, the bathroom configuration is kind of different to what I'm used to, but it was just different, not bad. Hotel is beautiful, the views from the top floor are awesome. Breakfast was great, it was a buffet with several options to choose from. The area is quiet, close to Nampo. Only thing we personally found inconvenient was the dryer machines, really small, it took us more than we were expecting to do our laundry. But overall, it was a great stay.

후기좋아 가보앗습니다 일단 창문이 너무 더러워서 밖에 뷰가 깨긋하게보이지않습니다 커텐 펴는데 위에서 뭐가 자꾸떨어져서 위에보니 녹슬어서 재가? 떨어지는것이엿습니다 그만큼 낡앗다고 봐야겟지요 그 가격에 이가격이면 뭐 만족해여하는거일수도잇습니다

객실이 전반적으로 깨끗했어요

친절함, 숙소시설 다 좋았습니다! 근데 침대 시트에 피가 묻어있었고 청결상태는 조금 더 신경쓰셔야할것같습니다.

깨끗하고 조식도 훌륭했어요..,다만 직원의 응대태도는 좀 아쉬워요.

電話とwifiが全く繋がらなかった。バスマットも無かった。翌朝、天井から雨漏りしており床に水溜りが出来ていた。 連泊の為、部屋のチェンジをフロントに申し出るが、今日は予約がいっぱいでチェンジ出来ないと言われる。急を要すると伝えるとようやく施設管理者が部屋を見に来て、他の部屋と交換しますと言ってきた。他の部屋あいてるじゃないか。フロントまでスーツケースを持って行って鍵を受けとるように言われる。係員が持って来てくれないんだね。その後、新しい部屋へ移動。新しい部屋は電話もWi-Fiもすぐ繋がった。バスタオル一式が無かったからハウスキーパーに言って持って来てもらった。 あまりお勧めできるホテルでは無いが立地や眺望は良かった。影島の屋台もすぐ横にある。

고객이 많은상황의 주차불편 엘레베이터 불편함과 객실문열고 들어가자마자 눈앞에 보인 누가먹던 피자 꽁다리 .. 체크인시 프론트직원분 친절했어요 체크아웃은 그렇게받으실꺼면 그냥 무인시스템갖추시는게 호텔운영에는 더욱 도움이 될것같아요 그리고 객실이 추웠습니다 난방사용하는 방법을 설명해주셨으면 좋았을것같네요

すごい雷と雷雨が夜中にあったのですが、部屋に雨漏りありました。

시트에 오염, 슬라이딩도어안쪽에 먹다버린 사탕, 침대조명에 뽀얀 먼지 ㅠㅠ 데스크에 컴플레인을 했는데, 담당부서에 알리겠다 정도의 답변으로 끝나고 2박을 마침. 다시는 갈 계획이 없음.

Highly recommend choosing a room with harbour view and higher floor. Definitely worth it. Good option for having cozy vacation in this hotel.

The hotel is nice and nicely decorated. I booked this hotel because it advertised having a restaurant and bar however, upon arrival we learned that the restaurant only serves a breakfast buffet every day which is expensive at ₩25,000 per person and dinner is only available on Friday and Saturday evenings. Therefore we were forced to find outside eating options as they don’t offer room service at all. We went to the bar to have a drink and learned that there is a set menu to order from so you do not have the option to even order something as simple as a screwdriver. There really was not a “bartender” and the Barista from the cafe had to come over to make the drinks but she didn’t even know how to make a Tequila Sunrise which is one of the items on the set menu. They offer wine but you have to purchase the whole bottle without even being given the option of trying a glass of it first. And each bottle was between $40-$60 USD. The refrigerator in our room was not cooling the entire time we were there and we called the front desk and they sent someone up to check it and he claimed it was working but it wasn’t. Nothing was cold ever and we were there for 5 days. The remote for our tv was broken. They replaced the batteries but the power button never worked so we had to manually turn it off and on. We did laundry once and the dryers do not work well at all. It took 6 hours to dry our clothes and we even tried all the dryers. Overall, the experience was decent.

The hotel is beautiful, I loved the location and the view from the room. One small thing I really didn’t like is the not so small gap between the bathroom door and the wall. Which my friend and I found a little awkward but otherwise a lovely room.

Location of the hotel was good but was not happy with the hotel. The rooms were very small and claustrophobic, so the hotel have installed large mirrors everywhere around the room. And the toilet was installed in the shower. This was new and strange experience for me.

Room had lovely views and spacious.

Very clean room and excellent location. Was great to look out over the harbour and rooms were quiet. Very easy to walk to the subway or catch Ubers if needed. Downside was the bathroom layout with the toilet door having big gaps so privacy was lacking.

There are different types of washroom depends on the room and one of it has very weired and inconvenient layout. Make sure you get separated shower and toilet otherwise it could be quite awkward. Other than it, happy overall.

A localização do hotel é ótima e o conforto dos quartos nos agradou muito. A vista é realmente privilegiada — uma das melhores que já vimos! No entanto, sentimos que o atendimento da equipe poderia ser melhor; em algumas situações faltou atenção e agilidade. O restaurante deixou a desejar, com opções de pratos bem limitadas. Além disso, tivemos dificuldade de comunicação no bar/cafeteria, pois os funcionários não falavam inglês, o que tornou algumas interações complicadas. No geral, é um hotel com pontos fortes na localização e vista, mas ainda tem espaço para melhorias no serviço e na oferta de alimentação.

フロントの男性の対応はとても優しく、素晴らしかった。 幼児と一緒の旅だったので、ミルクをあげていると、隣のお店のソファーを使わせてくれました。 とても優しく、スムーズな対応に感謝しました。 ホテルの清掃のスタッフさんも、気さくに対応してくださり、感動しました。 ランドリーのスタッフの方も優しく、親切にランドリーの使い方を教えて下さいました。 ここまでのホスピタリティに 本当に感動しました。 ひとつ残念なのは フロントの、女性の対応です。 あまりの塩対応、男性の対応との格差に落胆しました。 宿泊の料金も、安宿ではないと思いますが ここだけが、唯一残念でした。 この対応が無ければ、ホテルの印象は 違ったかなと思います。

Our stay at Lavalse was 10/10. A nice view from our room, it was clean and the service from the front desk was superb. Very good breakfast buffet. Close to good shopping and restaurants. The only thing I can find that could be improved is that there could be a little to much queues for the elevators.

The staff was very rude. We requested some extra pillows and was told they would not provide them. No explanation. Not even an offer to provide them for a fee. I called the next day and explained that it was a medical condition which requires me to sleep at an elevated angle. They begrudgingly got approval and provided the pillows. We requested a late check out and was informed it would incur a fee. I explained that they had told me that late check out was free if requested ahead of time. They then agrees to give a single hour. Overall, the hotel room and the hotel itself were very nice, but the staff was rude and uncooperative.

제가 숙소에 머무는 동안 야경을 사진찍다가 저의 실수로 휴대폰을 난간에 떨어 뜨렸습니다. 직원분께서 휴대폰을 건질수 있도록 도구를 준비해 주셔서 휴대폰을 찾을 수 있었습니다. 매우 감사한 순간이였습니다. 그리고 휴대폰 충전기를 놓고 퇴실 하였는데 택배로 보내주셔서 제가 그 곳에 가지 않고 물건을 받을 수 있었습니다. 룸의 모든 시설은 만족 하며 서비스에 만족하며 감동을 받았습니다. 다음에 또 이용 하겠습니다.

It's a beautiful hotel and location with a limited transportation. Front desk agent was horrible...I understand the check in time is 3pm which is standard to all hotel industries. We arrived around 12:30 pm to check to see if any rooms are available. GSA kept saying that check in is 3 PM and I accepted an offer to pay an extra to check in eary but she wouldn't acknowleged it meanwhile other guests were arrived late and other GSA checked them in..after all, we had to go another GSA who checked us in ??

Lindo hotel em Busan, muito perto de várias opções de transporte e de um grande shopping da Lotte com Supermercado, mall com muitas lojas e cinemas. Fácil de acessar várias atrações da cidade usando o transporte público.

Nice Hotel, nice room, best view over the area, but metro is a bit far away

Not good at all ! If you are in Busan for Tourism its not a good location either

交通不便是最大問題 最近南浦站要步行15分鐘 機場除的士外沒有車直達 不過的士車費便宜尚可接受 酒店附近類似工業區 人車爭路較危險 但房間景觀一流 寧靜舒適 每間酒店都有優缺點 要取捨

Excellent location. Fantastic view from the room

Great location to stay with a family when visiting Busan - right outside the hustle but close enough to get into the heart of the city quickly. Comfortable room, best breakfast selection of any hotels we had on trip. Staff were not the most helpful but after reading a number of reviews this is what we were expecting.

Beau bâtiment, étage élevé avec vue mer et port. À 6-7 mins à pied de l’arrêt de métro ligne 1. Parking compris, roof top.

남포동, 국제시장, 자갈치 시장, 영도다리 .롯데백화점등 관광지와 가까우며 뷰가 너무 좋았습니다.

Not at the top tourist location but transportation is still easy.

It is a nice modern building with small clean rooms but not convenient for city touring. No liquor license or dining except for breakfast.

The location was good and in walking distance to local restaurants and the Lotte Mall and my favorite, the fish market where you can buy fresh live sea food and have them prepared upstairs along with drinks. The restaurant needs improvement though. There is not enough staff to replenish the food and condiments such as sugar, ice, fruits and the such. I had to find someone to bring the shortage to their attention. All in all it was a pleasant stay although nothing exceptional

The view was fantastic the staff were very knowledgeable & friendly would not recommend the breakfast everything was luke warm - coffee - tea - eggs & bacon etc. Would recommend eating out at local places instead.

Booked an ocean view room, turns out no room has an actual ocean view, rather "Harbour view". Otherwise a nice hotel in a good location. Breakfast was so so, even shortly after opening eggs and hash browns were cold already.
