The staff are friendly and efficient. The rooms are spacious and very clean.

This hotel was a great find! It is very affordably priced with a good location in Kunming. It is within walking distance of a metro station. The main negative feature was the surprisingly dirty carpets in the hallways for the rooms. The lobby area and most common area were all pristine. But, when we got off the elevator to go our room, which was also clean, I was a bit shocked to see carpeting that hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, with dirt stains all over the carpet. Another negative feature was the maintenance of the bathroom in our room. It was clean, but the paint was peeling on some sections, and the caulking around the shower door was unsightly, and not well done. On the positive side, the staff members were very friendly and exceptionally helpful, and I was very pleased with their responsiveness to my requests. The buffet breakfast was also quite well done, with a variety of Chinese food selections including steamed buns, dumplings, meats with vegetables, salad, porridges, fried eggs, breads to toast, fruit, juices, and noodles. It was a treat to eat breakfast each morning. The fitness center is very large with a lot of well-maintained equipment to use. A laundry facility is available with free washers and dryers, and laundry soap is provided as well, free of charge. I hope to return to Kunming, and will definitely stay here again!

Excellant bfast. Very comfi twin bed. Past 3 days, we were given 2 bowls yummy desert / soup. The only thing location not v convenient to shopping mall. Behind the hotel, has very good restaurant

Reasonable price, clean and good breakfast. Little bit far from the Kunming downtown area. Taxi is good option to approach downtown. Subway is not bad choice.
